Dr McKean put me at ease and was very helpful in explaining the procedure
It was a very good session especially considering a different diagnosis occured following the ultrasound. Dr McKean was very good at explaining the issues, options and outcomes.
He is such a lovely, friendly and professional man. He explained everything so well and made me comfortable.
David carefully explained the procedure, told me what to expect and made sure any questions I had, had been answered. I was made to feel comfortable and confident by him and his team. A really positive experience after having been quite anxious about the procedure.
Ultra and 3 steroid injections required in left wrist. Dr McKean exudes professionalism and confidence which helped me to relax and eliminated any nerves i had prior to the procedure. He explained everything clearly in language that was understandable to me which helped put my mind to rest.
Very clear through the whole process
