Dr Shah's care was excellent. He gave a clear diagnosis and was very reassuring before, during and after the procedure. He shows empathy, sensitivity and humour. I would thoroughly recommend his services.

I was extremely impressed by Dr. Shah's professional attitude, knowledge and kindness. He took the time to explain everything in detail to me and made recommendations should the issue return. I contacted his practice twice after my appointment as I had a couple of further questions and my queries were answered promptly by Dr. Shah's very efficient and lovely practice manager.

Extremely clear communication and expert treatment. Perfect balance between aesthetic needs vs health and the individual needs of the patient. Both he and the nurses were a pleasure to deal with, very professional and flexible.

Very relaxed and positive. I was worried about the upcoming procedure, but Dr Shah explained it well and gave me reassurance.

My concerns were addressed with professionalism and multiple options were discussed during my consultation. During the procedure, I felt that I was in safe hands. Both Dr Shah and the nurses were friendly and made genuine conversation with me, which kept me at ease. The whole process was quick and comfortable and after a week the results are already showing! I’m more than pleased with how the scar is healing so far, and very glad I chose Dr Shah to carry out the procedure. It’s evident that he takes great care in what he does and I would 100% recommend to anyone.

I was very frightened about having Surgery with a local anaesthetic, as this was a completely new experience for me. Dr Dev Shah was very kind and understanding and is an excellent surgeon. He and his two nurses helped me through the whole experience which gave me the confidence I needed. Without his attentiveness and answering my endless questions, I don’t think I could’ve coped with having the procedure..

Great overall care. Clear explanation of procedure. Treatment was pain free and speed of healing very quick, leaving minimal immediate scarring that will probably disappear. Excellent.
