Dr Bernat first saw me in 2020 after a 6 year history of mental health issues and no help from NHS services. Instantly, I felt a sense of care and understanding from her, and everything was explained to me thoroughly. She has supported me through 4 inpatient admissions, and has helped me begin my journey to recovery.

I found Dr Bhandari to be empathetic, non-judgemental and easy to speak with and our time together had a positive impact on me.

Great intuition and very easy to talk to. Dr Alam was a massive help and made me feel safe during my stay.

Dr Brener was excellent throughout my stay. I saw him three times a week and he was always aware and up to date with my progress in group therapy. He gave me assignments based on my needs and listened to my views on what I needed too.

I was a little surprised when I first met him- a bit disquieted at first. I did not feel compassion which is so needed with mental health. He did show more care when I challenged him.
