He took the right steps to assess my problem and explained the process in a clear and understandable way. Once the test results were in he discussed them with me and made me feel at ease. Dr Nuttall carefully listened as I explained my background and she was able to diagnose what was wrong. She was very good in clearly explaining why this happens and what my treatment plan would be. She also administered some emergency medication which was a godsend. I immediately felt reassured and in safe hands. Her admin team are also very responsive.
