I had swapped Consultants because I was unhappy with my previous experience. Dr Bhalara provided better explanations, was more concerned about the longer term consequences of my treatment, came across in a much more professional way, amended my treatment and has very efficient back-office support.

I have suffered with severe inflammation of the body for two years and have been bed ridden at the worst times Within one visit to Dr Bhalara he assessed my problem , prescribed the correct medication and care plan and within 24 hours I was back on my feet pain free and living my life again Cannot praise his quick professional and direct approach to my needs Thoroughly recommended.

The NHS would not listen to my symptoms. They took the easy route, and diagnosed what I knew I already had. They literally told me not to come back. I went to Dr Bhalara to seek a better outcome, and I got one. He gave an immediate diagnosis (I had all the NHS test results and received another new test on that day). He treated me and told me he had a Plan B if the treatment did not work. He diagnosed what I thought I had, but also found something additional that was making the situation worse. His report, which I received within 2 business days of the consultation is one of the most accurate, detailed and helpful medical reports I have ever received (and I have had a few). As I was leaving the consultation, he followed me to the door, and apologised for not really doing much more than I received in the NHS. Whilst modesty is a virtue, I now have an accurate diagnosis with a treatment plan and a fallback using more appropriate medication. Dr. Bhalara is truly an exemplary practitioner.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant

I really appreciate how thoroughly Dr Bhalara explains everything so I can grasp what is really going on. He always entertains my questions with patience and regard and answers them in a way that doesn't make me feel like an idiot for asking them. Kim, his p.a., is exceptionally good at her job. She emails when she says she will and gets back to me when I have any questions. I am going through a lot right now but I feel very safe and cared for with this team!

A very thorough set of diagnostics arranged. Thinking outside the box and reviewed me as a whole not just a part. Inspires confidence. Highly recommend.
