A very informative & thorough follow up session delivered in sympathetic & easy manner.
Mr Payne was extremely professional during our interactions and the procedure undertaken went very well
From the first consultation I was in no doubt that I was in safe hands. The timescale and the procedure was mapped out and adhered to. 3 months since the surgery and I’m happily back on the golf course and pain free so a very positive outcome
Everything was explained clearly by Mr Payne from the moment I arrived at the hospital everything g ran really smoothly, couldn’t fault it.
Christopher Payne From my very first appointment with Chris, I found him to be very approachable. He took time to listen to me and used humour where appropriate, which put me at ease immediately. Chris explained in detail what the operation would entail. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He suggested that in order for the procedure to continue to be successful well after the operation that a reduction in weight would be essential. He offered advice on this which was very helpful. To give me time to lose weight we agreed on a future date for the operation. The hospital was very clean and everyone I came into contact with were pleasant, helpful, friendly and supportive and again I was put at ease. The operation was successful and the whole experience in the hospital was excellent. At the follow up appointment Chris was very thorough in examining the procedure and spent time discussing this. He explained that heavy lifting from now would not be advisable. This was all done in a conversational way. I am very impressed with the way Chris dealt with me as a patient and would highly recommend Mr Payne and Kings Park Hospital. Jim H
Recent visit the Dr was on time, and it was a very thorough follow up after my hernia repair. Excellent 'bedside manner' and professionalism.
My visit was of the standard that I would expect dealing with a professional in such an organisation
I was admitted to Kings Park Hospital, Stirling for my day case procedure. My experience was very positive from start to finish. The nurse who looked after me on the day was caring, informative and extremely supportive. The theatre team were also, without exception, extremely reassuring and supportive. My Consultant, Mr Payne was exceptional. He was down to earth, approachable, sincerely engaging and very pleasant at all times. He was also very reassuring, involving and informative before, during and after my procedure. He contacted me personally to deliver my results a couple of weeks after the procedure and I felt not only reassured by the good outcome, but was also confident to know that I could approach Mr Payne again at any time for follow-up, if I had any further GI issues. I would absolutely recommend Mr Payne, his Tayside team and Kings Park Hospital to anyone with similar concerns.
Very professional, pleasant mannerism, explained everything clearly and open to answer any questions I had. Operation was successful.
Mr. Payne was happy with the outcome of my surgery. He explained the outcome in an empathetic manner and I felt totally reassured. He answered the questions I had in a professional manner and I left the appointment feeling contented and very happy with my surgery,
A previous trainer of mine. Respected colleague.
