Mr Holland also took time to explore all available treatment options and was supportive of the path I chose. He ensured I understood each step and never made me feel pressured in my decisions. His calm and reassuring manner made a significant difference, especially when I was feeling anxious before surgery. He was always available to answer questions and provided excellent post-operative care. I felt fully supported throughout my recovery. I am very grateful for Mr Holland’s professionalism, communication, and kindness, which made the whole process much easier. We visited this clinic for our immigration medical examination, and I have to say—it was a surprisingly pleasant experience! The entire process was incredibly efficient, and as a family of three, we were seen and fully processed within just 1.5 hours. This was especially appreciated as we have a 9-week-old baby, so getting home earlier than expected was a huge plus. The doctors and reception staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. A special mention to the team for noticing we had accidentally booked an extra test—they issued a refund automatically without us even having to ask. How amazing is that? Highly recommended service!

I was fast tracked to ENT with A symmetrical Tonsils. Mr Dhanasekar was excellent. He gave me a thorough examination and explained I needed to have a Tonsillectomy. Everything moved swiftly and efficiently from the first consultation through to the pre op and finally the operation itself. Mr Dhanasekar explained fully what was going to happen and even travelled to Grimsby the day after my operation to check on my progress. He updated me on the findings of the MRI and Ct scan which put my mind at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon and I can’t praise Mr Dhanasekar highly enough. He was wonderful throughout.

I arrived on time at 10.55 for an 11 am appointment and 40 mins later than my appointment I asked if Mr Patel was running late. Staff checked and came back to me saying it was a 40 mins delay and I was next. It's really noisy in the waiting area so I felt I needed to pay attention for my consultant to call my name. Could you have an electronic board to help visually with who is next and for information about running late etc. I had another appointment so I was pretty stressed about getting to it. I also was wanting a drink from the cafe but felt I needed to stay out in case I was called.

Staff were all great and very friendly and professional at all times. The only issue I had is with the openness with prices. The initial consultation and then the procedure prices were given up front and very openly. But after the procedure I was just told to book in for a follow up consultation which at know point did anyone mention the additional cost of this. £175 I feel this should have been mentioned or put into the price for procedure

Had asked in advance for gluten free food kept getting gluten or no clarity. Tea coffee making facility for guests patients is unsafe & ineffective. Care is good. Staff are caring and well trained. Food and beverage still leaves room for improvement especially for any special requirements.
