What sets him apart is his exceptional professionalism combined with a warmth that immediately puts you at ease. What truly stood out was his dedication beyond the consulting room. Knowing I was anxious about test results, he personally arranged a call on a Saturday morning — entirely outside of any scheduled appointment — to talk me through the findings, put my mind at rest and reassure me. He also took the time to arrange prescriptions promptly and even replied to emails and answered questions on a Sunday. That level of availability and genuine concern for a patient's wellbeing is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. Dr de Rosnay is the kind of doctor who restores your faith in healthcare — compassionate, thorough, and always willing to go the extra mile. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

I had a combined ASD & ADHD appointment at Diverse Minds Clinic and am very happy with the outcome. I had to fill in several questionnaires before the appointment, and that was pretty hard. However, the sacrifice was repaid, as Dr Cappai put me at ease and understood my difficulties. For the first time, I felt heard, and it was a great experience. The service provided at Diverse Minds Clinic is impressive. They tend to reply very quickly, and staff do all they can to support you. The team has been very helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me with the forms where I was having problems. Dr Cappai also arranged to speak with me on the phone, free of charge, before my appointment, which I thought was remarkable. I will continue working with Dr Cappai during the titration period and possibly in the future. Highly recommended.

I had a Teams meeting today with Angela about my nutrition, as I’m looking for ways to gain weight. She was completely non judgemental, incredibly warm, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole conversation. She never made me feel bad about my eating habits and was very kind and understanding in the way she worked with me. She gave me really sound advice and clear, practical feedback on how I can improve things going forward, particularly around healthy weight gain. I wasn’t sure what to expect going into the meeting. I half expected to be told to cut out lots of foods and start eating things I didn’t like but instead, she took the time to understand what I like and don’t like to eat. Overall, she was extremely helpful, supportive, and approachable, and I genuinely appreciated the session. I thought she was great.

All staff, from reception to nurses and surgeons, I found to be friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I was generally rather nervous about the whole process, this being the very first time I experienced any form of surgery or a stay in hospital. However, I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding and felt well advised at all times, allowing me to make informed decisions at my own pace, without being pressured. I had to wait a bit longer than I had anticipated for surgery but by comparison to the NHS, it was efficient and slick. It is early days to comment properly on my shoulder replacement but things are progressing well although slowly and I am hopeful for the future.

Dr Alex Hadley carried out implant procedures on me. He took the time to explain what was going to happen and reassured me when I had questions. Dr Coker always presents in a professional yet approachable manner. She is very clear in explaining any tests results; her treatment plan; and any further investigations she thinks should be undertaken. The language she uses is accessible. She is receptive to answering any questions I might have. She promptly keeps my general practitioner informed of my current treatment, to ensure my medical care is managed holistically. She is an active listener and always allows me time to explain my current symptoms etc. In her professional manner, her approachability and her persistency in investigating my symptoms, I have confidence that I am in good hands.

I went to the clinic for egg freezing procedure. From the beginning everyone in the clinic was kind and responsive. My medical coordinator Karin, she was amazing, always very kind, and responsive. If you don’t speak Spanish, you don’t need to worry Karin speaks English perfectly as well as Dr Voskuilen. Dr Voskuilen is an amazing professional, she is kind and she made sure to explain everything very well to me. Dr Voskuilen made sure the dose of hormones was best suitable for me and I had regular scans to check the progress of the eggs. The procedure went really well without any complications. I am glad I chose Reproclinic.

Pretty straightforward experience overall. The receptionist on the first floor (the Somali lady wearing a hijab) was extremely kind and helpful. My phone was about to die and I asked if there was any chance of a charger- she went out of her way to help me, which I really appreciated. It’s the small things like that which leave a lasting impression, and that’s exactly why I wanted to leave this review. The only small suggestion I’d make is having oat milk available at the coffee machine for those who don’t have dairy, it would be a thoughtful and considerate touch.

As soon as I got there I was encouraged to relax, when i went in to the theatre for my procedure the nurses Lissy Jacob and Sue Gatrell made me feel very relaxed and explained how to take the gas and air, then Mr Farrukh Khan the consultant explained in detail what he was about to do. Op went well only a slight bit of pain so quick puff of gas helped. Passed on to recovery nurse who's name i didn't get but she was very good checking me over and making me laugh before discharging me. WOULD SAY ANYONE HAVING TO GO HERE WILL BE WELL LOOKED AFTER.
