An unforgettable Natural Water Birth Experience! Where to begin. I had a natural water birth delivery without painkillers. This was only possible because Reena made me feel empowered throughout my whole pregnancy. I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care I received from her throughout my entire pregnancy and delivery. I met her through another consultant whilst looking for an obstetrician and I only had to meet her once to know she will deliver my baby. She had such a beautiful aura to her. You could see how much she loves what she does. Her confidence in her work just shined through. She made me feel confident in choosing her. She was so well put together and knew how to answer everyone of my questions. She was so compassionate through out my whole pregnancy and checked in on me every opportunity she had. I cannot recommend her enough. In every scan appointment she would be super excited to see our baby and explained every single detail regarding the baby. She would explain and teach us about the babies growth. She truly loves what she does and that makes every appointment super joyful. She has such a warm energy to her. She is absolutely beautiful inside and out. I feel that I found a freind in her and I could be super comfortable talking to her about everything I felt. When my baby was discovered to be breech, she gave me options on how to turn the baby naturally first. I chose Moxibustion which is a natural method to help turn the baby before the medicalised version of turning baby. This worked and we were able to stick to our plan for a natural birth. She always gave me enough information to know the outcome of every decision I made so i was well informed, she let me lead my pregnancy. I chose to have a water birth, and I am so thankful I had Reena by my side. She brought my little guy out on my last push. My pregnancy was a calm ans empowering experience and my birth wad far beyond what I could have imagined. I had her unwavering support and guidance during pregnancy, which helped me in my natural birth without taking pain medication, she helped me stay focused and grounded. Every step of the way, Reena was there with the amazing midwives, offering kind words of encouragement, helping me trust my body, and ensuring that both my baby and I were safe and well taken care of. Her approach to care is simply unmatched. What truly sets her apart is the way she listened to my wishes and made me feel in charge of my pregnancy and delivery. Thanks to Reena, I had a beautiful, unmedicated birth that was everything I hoped for and more. I truly feel empowered and grateful for the incredible experience she helped me create. She is more than just a doctor, she is a freind now and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking an amazing birth experience. She made me believe I can give birth naturally whilst making sure I had all the medical guidance needed. Thank you, Reean, for helping me bring my baby into the world in such a beautiful and peaceful way. You are a rare gem in the world of obstetrics, and I will forever be grateful for your care. Professor Zoe Winters

Having originally dealt with another breast cancer consultant (and a plastic surgeon he referred us to), I was not convinced my wife was dealing with the best. After some Googling and AI research, it soon became clear that Prof Winters is one of the UKs most esteemed breast cancer specialists. I reached out to organise a consultation for a second opinion and I'm so glad I did. She explained things in more detail - although it can still be very hard to digest it all as these Professors live and breathe this stuff - and highlighted a number of decisions that had been made and/or checks that had not been done. At the time her clinic was closed whilst she recovered from an operation herself, but she referred us to some of the other leaders in her field who we also felt reassured by. We also received her consultation letter extremely quickly. To add, going through this sort of process is extremely stressful and worrying. Beyond the expertise and wealth of knowledge that Prof Winters has, she is also supported by her amazing secretary Jenny. Jenny replied to me at all hours, helped with any questions I had and also helped chased up results we needed. She is simply brilliant. If you need experts in the field of breast cancer, who can properly support you and care for you, you won't go wrong engaging with Prof Winters and her team.

Mr Samuel Rajaratnam

I would highly recommend Mr Samuel Rajaratnam. Having had a previous knee done with another surgeon who was also very good but this time the experience was completely different. Mr Rajaratnam has a whole team supporting you during the surgery and post operatively. The pain was very minimal due to the techniques employed during surgery which included a spinal block, a lignocaine block above the knee being replaced, which meant I was able to get off the bed for the first time with no pain at all. Throughout my time in the hospital I was visited daily by the anaesthetist,Barry Phillips, Mr Rajaratnam and his physician. They spent time assessing my pain and mobility and adjusting my medication accordingly. They also have a consultant nurse, Christine Howis who is available when you are at home if you have any problems. Sam also has a team of physiotherapists who see you in your home so you do exercises that are specifically designed to get your knee strong as quickly as possible. I know how important post operative care is post knee replacement and it is amazing that Sam has a team that does just that. It really was an incredibly positive experience.

Miss Milica Perovic

I had a consultation with Dr. Milica Perovic and was told I would receive a letter with my test results and scan findings shortly afterward. However, I only received them after several follow-ups. Although her secretary had confirmed that the results were ready on a Monday, I did not receive them until the following Friday, when I escalated the issue to HCA and filed a formal complaint, which was quite frustrating. When I asked the doctor for more detailed information about my medications—the very reason I had chosen to go private for a second opinion—I was simply told to check back with my GP, which was disappointing. Additionally, I was informed on the day of the appointment that the consultation, scan, and blood tests were all included in the total cost. However, I later received an unexpected invoice for the blood tests. Overall, there was poor communication and unclear information regarding both results and fees.

Dr Ramin Baghai-Ravary

I had a very successful consultation with Dr Baghai-Ravary. I found him to be thoroughly personable and approachable. Dr Baghai-Ravary was understanding of my concerns and provided clear explanations of my conditions and how they affected my lungs. I was impressed that he had reviewed my past medical history and test results (performed in other parts of the NHS) in advance of our meeting and, during the consultation, assessed additional test data that I had access to. He explained the meaning and implications of all those results in a clear and concise manner. Dr Baghai-Ravary explained his reasoning for a change in medication as part of a clear plan of action that he proposed, both in the consultation and in his letter summarising it. That was two weeks ago and I am feeling the benefits for which I am grateful.

Upon looking for a new clinic after previous treatment not working out, we heard an influencer mention Avenues and then looked on their website. We decided to have a chat with them and from the get go had a really personalised experience. I truly felt as though the doctor cares about the science of fertility and helping us achieve a better outcome rather than just pushing us through for more business. All of the staff are really professional but on a personal level and the facilities feel more luxury than clinical. Even if I didn’t have a better outcome with our fertility I would still recommend Avenues based on these reasons. It’s all the little things that really make the difference.

The ablation procedure I underwent under the care of Dr Segal has been transformative and has had an incredibly positive physical and psychological impact on my life. Prior to the procedure I was acutely aware that an episode of AF could occur at any time and this left me anxious and uncomfortable. Dr Segal supported me throughout the period in which I was having AF episodes, from diagnosing the condition, putting in place a management plan and outlining the options, to undertaking the procedure and administering the after care. He was professional, supportive and incredibly informative and He is an absolute expert in his field and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

My visit was for Zoom tooth whitening with Debbie, the hygienist, and her nurse, WIkki. Both were lovely, putting me at my ease and ensuring I was comfortable and relaxed. The procedure is quite lengthy, but Debbie constantly checked that I was comfortable and whether I needed a break or not. Wikki even lit scented candles and put relaxing music on, and I nearly drifted off to sleep. The shade of my teeth was checked both before and after the procedure, and the result was 3 shades lighter. I cannot thank Debbie and Wikki enough for making me feel so much more confident with my smile.

Receptionist who is on always makes my son feel welcome and allows him to speak comfortably and puts him at ease. dr Amrita is amazing with my son and I don’t know how she manages to make it look so easy when I know it definitely is not and my son gets extreme anxiety at times. She really is good with children especially with autism and makes them feel empowered and in control and does not pressurise when not needed. Happy kids set up in the only dentist my son will allow to see now. We travel quite far for appointments but it is worth it thank goodness for happy kids.

The staff on Oncology are angels and they are professional, calm, approachable, caring, positive, pragmatic and extremely attentive, supportive and I could not have wished for any other team and individuals to look after me. Every visit is consistently seamless and feels like I am the priority when they are with me, despite having other patients and priorities. I can see and hear they make everyone feel this way! Nothing is too much trouble for them!

As all previous visits to the Centre, everything was all that a patient could expect, from the timely arrangement of the appointment to the professionalism of the visit. On this occasion the total time at the Centre was quite short indicating an organisation of efficiency delivering a professional service in a timely manner - what an excellent example of service when compared with the usual patient experiences on occasions by the NHS.

i came in for my 6/7 week check up after a knee surgery (meniscus tear) i really couldnt be happier! dr Abdelrahman knows im not great with hospitals and explaned whan i needed to hear and kept me calm! first ever surgery and was nervous; on the day his team was brilliant and id like to thank dr elreidy as his part was amazing too! cant them enough! for a first experience i dont think i could of had a better team!

As a regular visitor I am made welcome by staff, who are always helpful, albeit stretched in their work. Some days more stretched than others. I am content that my wife received good care although, I always want more, which I know is not possible within resource constraints. It is a heartbreaking place for may but the staff present a cheerful demeanor and seem to have time for all residents.

I have both eyes operated in September 2025. I was amazed how good the hospital is. Only over a year old the place is well designed, comfortable, pleasant for patients and staff.
