A very positive and well executed procedure, given it very delicate nature.
Overall i was very pleased with the professionalism of Mr Maan and the support of the nursing team. I would only add that upon my initial discharge which was 24 hours after the operation there was a handover of staff after reinsertion of the catheter and my wife and I felt we were given a crash course in catheter management which all felt very rushed!
Mr Datta is very approachable, he explains fully procedures to be carried out. He has a good sense of humour which helps with procedures he is carrying out. He is very professional and thorough. Can’t thank him enough for resolving prostate issues. Jo too is so efficient and friendly. Thoroughly recommend Mr Datta and his team
Mr Datta was very thorough in investigating the cause of my UTIs. He was consistently caring and reassuring. Most importantly I always felt he had time for me and was willing to answer any questions I had. A delightful and professional man.
From my very first appointment through to my most recent follow-up, Mr Datta has been outstanding. He has always taken the time to listen to my concerns, understand the difficulties I have been experiencing, and explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Throughout my treatment, he has been supportive, professional, and proactive in helping to find solutions. Rather than dismissing my symptoms, he investigated them properly and worked with me to identify the best way forward. His knowledge, patience, and caring approach have made a significant difference during what has often been a difficult and frustrating journey. At every appointment, I have felt listened to, respected, and involved in decisions about my care. Mr Datta is kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about his patients. I am incredibly grateful for the support and treatment I have received and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
I found my visits and treatment to be excellent. I was kept informed throughout and the consultants support team were on the front foot from the off. The consultant was very pastoral and professional and I have nothing but praise for him and his team.
Very efficient service by all staff, and a very knowledgeable Urology specialist Dr Pillai, a reassuring experience
