A follow up consultation carried out a friendly open way while being very professional throughout. The consultant was excellent and all staff members professional and friendly!
Well for a start I couldn't have had a better Doctor he was so thorough and dealt with my problems straight away. Mr Nichols looked into what had happened to me before and afterwards decided I needed X-ray's, he came out of his office and showed me where to go and the nurse would get me ready and would bring me back to him to him for the results,after I saw Mr Nichols again he told me what was the matter and said a Injection might help if I wanted it. I was only to happy try. A few minutes later when Mr Nichols as me to try and move my arm I couldn't feel any pain at all , to be honest I thought I was dreaming, but I was so grateful, having been in pain all those years with Basingstoke Hospital not trying to do anything, I wish I had seen Mr Nichols earlier all I can say is, Thank God for Mr Nichols!
Parking was easy and free - always a bonus these days! Friendly staff and hardly any wait.
Caring professional and took the time to explain possible outcomes at the start of treatment. Reassuring that any future problems, just to pick up the phone
Friendly and reassuring initial consultation followed by expert surgery for thumb joint replacement. Minimal discomfort and swift recovery time.
I was seen early and Mr Nicholls was excellent as always. His manner being professional and comforting.
