Nothing to do with the consultation but the invoicing system could have been explained better.ie after our first visit we received an invoice from the clinic which we paid promptly, approximately 2 weeks later we received a second invoice from Circle in Cheadle for the same appointment which we ignored thinking it was a duplication. We were not aware that hospital services were invoiced seperately until we had a follow up invoice from Circle again demanding payment. If the double invoicing system had been explained initially it would have saved us the embarrassment of not paying promptly.
