very good got 90 % strength in my shoulder 100% movement no pains I'm 71 years old very pleased with my surgery thank Mr pageant Singh very much for the op
I could have been given more details about the use of the arm sling and the amount of exercise I should do immediately after returning home.
Dr Singh has fixed my elbow so well that my life has changed. I can finally pick up my kid and niece. Before surgery I gave consent to say “anything you see that hasn’t been seen since the scans, I give you consent to fix” and he went over and beyond to help me. I honestly have a much better future and can slowly start going to gym 5 weeks after surgery. I have healed so fast. Very easy to talk to him and contact, he has always had time to stay in contact with me and could not ask for more. Thank you so much Dr Jagwant Singh!

Thank you so much for your review. Hearing that you are now able to pick up your child and niece without pain is absolutely incredible, and rewarding for a surgeon. Surgical scans give us a roadmap, but being able to address what we see in real-time during the procedure is key to getting the best possible result. I truly appreciate the immense trust you placed in me to make those decisions on your behalf during surgery. You are making fantastic progress to be safely thinking about returning to the gym at just five weeks post-op! . It was a pleasure keeping in touch with you throughout this journey and ensuring you felt supported. Thank you again for your incredibly kind words. I wish you and your family all the very best. Warm regards, Jagwant Singh
Mr Jagwant Singh has been exceptional throughout my treatment journey. I came to him with a complex shoulder condition that was affecting both my quality of life and my ability to remain active. From our very first consultation, I was impressed not only by his expertise but by the time he took to understand me as a person, my age, lifestyle and long-term goals. What particularly stood out was the thoughtfulness of his approach. Rather than simply recommending a standard solution, he carefully considered the options available and sought the views of respected colleagues within his orthopaedic network. That willingness to draw upon the collective experience of fellow experts gave me enormous confidence that every decision was being made with my long-term interests at heart. The recommendation of a pyrocarbon hemiarthroplasty rather than a full shoulder replacement reflected this personalised approach. Mr Singh explained the reasoning clearly and balanced the need to address my symptoms today with preserving future options and supporting an active lifestyle for years to come. I always felt that the treatment plan was tailored specifically to me. Most importantly, I felt listened to, respected and genuinely cared for throughout. Major surgery is never an easy decision, but Mr Singh's calm manner, honesty and attention to detail gave me complete confidence every step of the way. The outcome has exceeded my expectations, and I am incredibly grateful for the skill, care and judgement he brought to my treatment. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review of your experience. I am incredibly grateful for your kind words. Hearing that your surgery has exceeded your expectations and is allowing you to look forward to an active lifestyle is the greatest reward for any orthopaedic surgeon. Every patient is unique, and I firmly believe that the best outcomes happen when we tailor the treatment plan entirely to an individual's specific age, lifestyle, and long-term goals. Complex shoulder cases often benefit from a collaborative mindset. I am very glad that discussing your case within my network of trusted colleagues gave you that extra reassurance and confidence before taking the step toward shoulder replacement surgery. Thank you again for trusting me with your care, and I wish you all the very best with your continued recovery and return to the activities you love. Regards Jagwant Singh

The surgery went according to plan and all the checks were done pre op and post op. After 7 weeks I was able to move my shoulder with minimum pain. All in all a very pleasant experience.

It was a genuine honour to participate in the Wrightington Shoulder Course. The two-day program delivered intensive teaching and valuable learning opportunities We were privileged to share experiences with a distinguished international faculty, including Lionel NEYTON Marc-Olivier GAUCI Giuseppe Porcellini. A special acknowledgement goes to Ntambue Jimmy Kauta, who travelled from Cape Town to contribute his expertise in managing complex shoulder conditions. I extend my sincere thanks to Puneet Monga Katy Boland and Sarah Briggs for the invitation, and to the Wrightington team (with particular appreciation for Jackie Richardson) for organising such a high-calibre event. New Research: Bridging the Information Gap in Rotator Cuff Recovery When a patient hears the words "rotator cuff tear," their mind often floods with uncertainty. Will I need surgery? How long is the recovery? Will I ever be able to lift my arm again? Effective recovery starts with clear communication. However, for a long time, there has been a disconnect between what doctors explain and what patients actually want to know. Our latest publication, "From Tear to Repair: A Systematic Review of Frequently Asked Questions Before Rotator Cuff Surgery," aims to bridge that gap. By analyzing thousands of records, our team has identified the exact questions on patients' minds to help healthcare providers create better, more targeted educational tools. link to the article OnlineFirst https://doi.org/10.1177/17585732251395212
