Paul's first-hand experience with hamstring repair surgery facilitated knowledgeable discussion and a balanced assessment of available options. I found him to be both approachable and professional, and appreciated his team's co-ordination of a related MRI scan and follow-up appointment for imaging review. Over the past few years I have seen Mr Shah on numerous occasions.Intially for an assessment , then intra articular steroid injections into both hips.Finally a total hip replacement for both hips .The first one in March 2025 , the second in August 2025 . On every occasion Mr Shah has been courteous and understanding.He has taken the time to explain everything.His diagnosis and prognosis has been spot on every time . I am not 14 weeks post second hip replacement .The procedures have been a success and life changing ! I can not thank Mr Shah enough for turning back the years on my life !

This was the second time I visited Dr. Davies (the first time was just after I gave birth and the second time was after I ended breastfeeding) and I was 120% satisfied with both visit. His knowledge about the change of women body after the birth is impeccable. He understood the struggles and concerns new mums would face and provided personalised advice which made me feel reassured and help me to regain my health confidence back. I will definitely go back to him in future as necessary. All staff including the receptionist and clinical assistants are friendly and professional too.

The quickest wait times I could find for an Adult ASD Assessment and I also felt the process was very thorough and considered, putting me at ease that the result was accurate. The in-person assessment in particular was a bit stressful for me which was a granted but I felt respected and cared for which helped a lot. The final report was thorough and I'm now in the process of accessing some additional support sessions which should help me understand my new diagnosis.

We had been to the mourne clinic on previous pregnancies but this was our first visit to the new premises. It was absolutely gorgeous, such a lovely welcome and a beautiful waiting area with water and tea facilities available for patients. The scan room itself was very big and spacious and had lovely comfy seats for partners to sit on. The staff on reception and performing the scan were so friendly and professional. It was a wonderful experience.

The most recent visit was the second day they had transitioned to a new system, which was causing chaos. I waited 10 minutes to register at the main reception, then waited another 10 to register at Borough Reception, and then waited for over 30 minutes for a walk in blood test. Everyone was very apologetic, but it was inconvenient. I hope the new system leads to a more streamlined system once everyone is used to it in future.

Above and beyond! I was not the most agile person on crutches, my partner dropped me at the door whilst he went to park. Getting me checked in and wheelchair was no issue at all. The nurse in Out Patients who removed my stitches was ki d caring and professional, checking on me all the time (allowing me to take photos !). Took time to fit my walking boot to make sure it was comfortable.

I had subacranial decompression surgery carried out by Mr Murthy. The wait time was reduced as I was offered a cancellation. The staff were all incredibly pleasant, the facility was clean and the surgeon explained the procedure in detail prior to the surgery as did the anaesthetist.
