I was delighted with my recent visit to One Hatfield Hospital. a) The hospital was easy to find. b) The parking was perfect, and I immediately found a parking space. c).I loved the look of the hospital, and the high ceilings and modern appearance I found very uplifting. When I went inside the hospital I was greeted by Georgia at the desk, who took me through the registration process, and I also registered my car. I sat down for a very short time and then Mrs. Fiona Batesan ( with whom I had an audiology appointment) came out to greet me, and she took me in to her consulting room. I also met Amy who was the very friendly nurse who was assisting. I thoroughly recommend Mrs. Fiona Bateson. Finally, I had a delicious snack in the little cafe. Sam was serving and he was very attentive and interesting to speak to. I forgot to mention the toilets, which were very clean, and I was slightly amused when the male cleaner rushed outside the moment that I entered the toilets. All in all, I had a very positive experience of my visit to the One Hatfield Hospital, and I shall certainly be recommending the hospital to everyone. Since my visit I have heard of a friend who had his NHS. hip.or knee replacement at the hospital, and he was also very pleased with his experience. Thank you to Mrs. Fiona Bateson, and all the staff at the One Hatfield Hospital.

From the moment after I was diagnosed with cancer, I wished to undergo surgery as soon as possible. Dr. May Al-Sahaf responded quickly, she discussed all available options with me and arranged the surgery within days. Before the procedure, Dr. Al-Sahaf explained everything clearly, from what the surgery would involve to the potential risks, in a calm, professional, and reassuring manner. Just minutes before the operation, when I was overwhelmed with worry and tears, she comforted me with a warm hug and kind words. The surgery went well, and Dr. Al-Sahaf checked on me soon after to ensure I was doing well. During my stay in the ward, she visited me every single day, including Saturday and Sunday. She carefully monitoring my recovery and ensuring I had everything I needed (like the physio). At the follow-up appointment, Dr. Al-Sahaf thoroughly explained the tumour results and gave me detailed guidance on what to do and what to avoid. Although I was unlucky to have a tumour, I was incredibly lucky to have met Dr. May Al-Sahaf. She truly saved my life. Despite her youthful appearance, she is highly experienced, deeply professional, and someone you can trust completely. I am deeply grateful for her care.

The day of the surgery October 2025 was great. Mr Ridha and nurse Annette are amazing. I have had a few strange experiences at this hospital though including the surgery I had last year. Getting my stitches out this time by another few nurses after the rhinoplasty, I left my appointment feeling so on edge and wasn’t offered aftercare answers to my questions, no mirror to see my new nose. I had to request tape to put on at night as I wasn’t offered it at the time. They were asking me questions that I feel like they should’ve known and making comments to each other whilst I was there about my stitches. I just felt like they had no idea. I understand it was difficult for them and I don’t like to make complaints, but people go for private healthcare for a reason and I’ve experienced enough negative things to feel disappointed.

I initially felt a little apprehensive about the meeting, but the doctor’s professional, friendly, and understanding approach (Dr Olutobi Oyebanjo) quickly put me at ease. He took the time to clearly explain the reasoning behind their assessments, which really helped me feel informed and supported. By the end of the session, I received my diagnosis along with clear next steps, which gave me a real sense of reassurance and clarity moving forward. Although the process involves a commitment with various assessments and meetings it’s absolutely worthwhile. I felt genuinely listened to and guided throughout, and I would definitely recommend this service to anyone considering an assessment.

My mom recently had an appointment with the rheumatology consultant, and the experience was very positive. The doctor was patient, kind, and took the time to listen carefully to her symptoms and concerns. She felt that the consultant truly understood her condition and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. The consultant discussed her medication plan clearly, explained possible side effects, and reassured her about what to expect in the coming weeks. It was also nice that the doctor encouraged her to ask questions and made sure she felt comfortable before ending the consultation.

I had my first specialist appointment at Harley Street yesterday and I was really impressed. The staff were lovely, the doctor who I saw (Professor Prasanna Sooriakumaran) had a welcoming nature and has helped me already in one visit. I asked for an appointment on Monday and was seen within a couple of days which I am very grateful for (I have a busy work schedule). I am looking forward to my next visit to receive excellent service again. I also wanted to mention that a staff member (lady) on reception was friendly and had a lovely approach. Overall, amazing service and thank you again.

I chose Michael to do my gallbladder removal based on previous reviews and his excellent reputation. I could not have chosen better! Michael's professional but caring and approachable manner meant that I was at ease throughout the consultations and procedure. His communication was clear and concise allowing me to fully understand the procedure and the possible ramifications. The procedure and recovery went well and I cannot thank Michael enough for his skill and care throughout this stressful period. I highly recommend Michael if you are in need of gallbladder surgery.

Not much to say, she's straight to the point, makes you feel comfortable and makes sure to tell you everything you need to know about your condition/treatment. I had some cursory knowledge about a treatment option that she was willing to run me through a study to help me understand the relative risk of an outcome I was worried about, and options for monitoring it. She gave me a referral to another doctor over an issue she felt he was better equipped to handle which I followed up on and got the procedure done I needed thanks to that referral.

The team at IPD were brilliant to work with from start to finish! They were considerate and thoughtful throughout and made it very easy to arrange my test. Ines was wonderful on the day and made our toddler feel very comfortable getting her sleep study done. Ana has gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable about a potentially very scary prospect of our young child getting surgery. Without their support, I don't know what we would have done! Thank you to the whole team.

Book here for a routine gynaecologist appointment which I was very nervous about. However, my clinician Linda Farahani made me feel incredibly at ease throughout the whole appointment. All my questions were answered and I felt very satisfied after the appointment. Gemma at reception is amazing and guided me to where I needed to be for the appointment. The clinic was spotless throughout so I knew this place knows what it’s doing. Highly recommend!

It was brought forward by a few minutes as a result of a telephone call from the receptionist asking me to go for my appointnent asap because I was the last on the list and there had been cancellations. As I was dependent upon a taxi journey of 12 miles I couldn't arrive much earlier than planned. The Doctor and staff saw me immediately on my arrival and I was in there for no than 15 minutes. Excellent service.

I was mostly coming in for preventative advice, so I was really grateful for Enes’ efforts to diagnose a problem that was often not actively causing me issues in the session!
