Before I met Glenda I was at a very low point in my life. I was experiencing an incredible amount of stress and anxiety following a breakdown in my relationship. I found it very hard to function at a level to which I was used to. I have always been high energy and needed to be for my work. Glenda instantly put me at ease, she was always very patient and explained in great detail why I was feeling why I was. Glenda is highly professional and never once did I feel patronised or judged. She spoke to me with respect and encouraged me to learn more about my situation through reading, podcasts, audiobooks etc which really helped me along the way. Some days I would arrive at our therapy session without knowing what I was going to discuss but Glenda creates a safe environment which allows you to open up and share your thoughts and feelings. Glenda is an incredible psychodynamic therapist and has been highly influential in my life and I will be forever grateful for her knowledge, her patience and her kindness. Thank you for everything.

From beginning to end what a warm and comforting environment. I don’t think the people that make the difference always get the feedback they deserve. Mr Basu was extremely kind and even referred to my dad in his call as he’s just passed away and I’d mentioned him. Sarah gascoigne from my initial call to book me in for my vacuum assisted biopsy I’ll add I suffer with anxiety and even though dreading it her personality and the way she spoke to me on email calls and holding my hand / leg lol just made the process possible. Shamima was also so kind and supportive and finally Dr Telesca you were so lovely and approached me in the best way possible so professional yet warming and just made me feel it was going to be ok. Thank you dream team! Take care hope you get to see this and all your bosses praise you as you should be in what is such a scary place for the patient to be. Take care.

Mum was almost blind wearing really thick glasses, and couldn't see at all without them. She had a few complications with her eyes but Dr Stewart and team endeavoured to give her as much sight back as possible, even if just slight. After her cataracts surgery on the 'good' eye, she is like a new woman. At nearly 78yrs old, mum doesn't need to wear her glasses for the first time since she was young. She can see clearer and further away. Close up is still difficult but we trust that after both eyes are done, and potentially glasses again with alot less prescription, she will be able to see so much better. She's had no pain or anything. The drs were brilliant and we can't thank them enough. This is the best thing to have happened to mum who was petrified to get her eyes done. She says he is the best Dr I have ever seen and I'm so happy.

I went as an NHS referral for cataracts and they explained about the various options for both NHS and private. As I work full time and do a lot of computer work I decided to pay to have Rayone Galaxy toric lenses. I am so pleased with the result. After wearing glasses since early teens I am now glasses free! Mr Injarie and all the staff at the clinic were friendly and professional and made you feel at ease. Mr Injarie took time to explain everything and obviously is a brilliant surgeon. I can't thank them enough. I was so nervous about having eye surgery but from start to finish I felt in very safe hands. I would highly recommend.

I came in Mr. Singh, with a torn tricep tendon. He assess me rapidly and got me into surgery within days. Mr. Singh is a phenomenal surgeon. My operation was smooth the incision clean and minimal. The tendon was repaired to the highest degree and is now stronger than ever. The after-care Physio was attentive and detailed. I’m well on the way to recovery and deeply grateful to Mr. Singh and his team for their excellent service. That said I hope to never see Mr to see Mr. Singh again.!! however I would highly recommend him as a Top surgeon and thank him and his team for their efforts and excellent care :)

Everything was first class from reception to the nurse checks to the kind person who took me to surgery, the surgeon was nice to talk to, the team in the surgery room were efficient and kind. Back on ward the nurses were so lovely. I had a wobble (previous trauma) which unexpectedly made me emotional. They were so kind, non judgmental and all in particular Anna took time to be human - show human support from one female to another. It was appreciated.

Came for a pre op, lovely staff and lovely pre op Nurse, however I was sent for bloods, I wasn’t asked if a trainee could take them, she tried twice which was painful, before the nurse then took them on the third go in my other arm. Totally understand the need for training however, I had made it known that I hated needles and was not a good person to practice on, I unfortunately got up feeling very dizzy and sick, which for me was unnecessary.

We saw Dr Vijayakumar at the Portland after our daughter had suffered 2 reflex anoxic events. Dr Vijayakumar was incredibly kind and wonderful with our young daughter and was very reassuring to us as worried parents suggesting further tests to reassure u that was nothing worrying . I highly recommend her for any worried patents and for full investigations for any neurology concerns.

I came to see Mr Monib as an NHS referral. I had previously been seen at St Albans hospital breast clinic and it was unclear to me how the two are linked. This was not explained, and previous scans taken in St Albans were not available for comparison. I now have a follow up appointment at St Albans breast clinic. I hope that I will be seeing Mr Monib although this has not been stated.

Had surgery on my knee on 28/1/26 under the care of the brilliant Mr Singleton. The whole experience was positive, everything was well explained and I was never rushed. All staff from Debra, Neil and Lavinia on the ward, Dr Slade, Kelly, Janine, and Tony in theatre, Sue in recovery, Gemma from Pharmacy and Ben from Physio were outstanding. I have been so well looked after.
