I had surgery to fix my broken wrist. I am a dentist and I wanted the best surgeon in the game! Mr Berber was very accommodating, ensuring my surgery was performed within 6 days of the injury. I also live away from London so he was able to have video consultations in the evenings for me. The communication was excellent along the way and he took the time to answer all my questions. The surgery went extremely well and he even shared all the photos and x-rays with me for my records. The follow up was prompt and timely, and he even spent extra time with me despite my late arrival to the appointment. Mr Berber is a skilled surgeon and has excellent bedside manner. Everything was excellent from the first contact to the last. The doctor was very pleasant and professional. I felt very fortunate to be treated by him. All the support staff, nusing and admin, including the doctor's NHS secretary, were excellent also. The NHS secretary for the doctor was very helpful in resolving queries and My only suggestion for improvement relates to the end of my treatment appointment, at the moment I was discharged by the nurses, when I felt poorly informed about what would happen next.

Dr Karolina Afors is highly skilled and took plenty of time to read through my pages and pages of notes at our first appt. After being dismissed by other doctors, she was a breath of fresh air with lots of ideas, and she was invested in helping me get my life back from pain. The medicines she has prescribed me for my endometriosis have changed my life and she always has a range of suggestions for symptom management of many conditions. Cannot recommend her enough.
