Dr Ahmad and his team are professional, courteous and very well connected with colleagues in the Diabetes and Nephrology departments at Leicester General Hospital. With Dr Ahmad's supervision and dedication i am now living with my Diabetes within 'normal' parameters which is a huge bonus. I am very grateful for the first class care shown to me so far by Dr. Ahmad.

I had an excruciating L4/5 disc prolapse & Mr Dudhniwala help me managed months of pain first through an epidural and then ultimately a discectomy. Throughout he was very patient throughout and explained every part of each procedure and my condition and took the time to allay any concerns I had around recovery. I’m 2 months post-op now and I’m in the best physical space Ive been in for years and the wound also healed up very quickly. If there were the options for more stars, I’d give them! We chose Montrose as they appeared on a lot of ‘Right to Choose’ websites and were rated by the CQC and as soon as I called Mollie and the team’s support has been superb. The charges and plans were shared upfront and were explained well. We paid to have a private Adult ADHD assessment and the speed of the booking / assessment/report/ treatment plans and meetings were quick. The doctor was really rude and unprofessional about other members of staff to me. He also didn't check that I'd received appropriate amount of anaesthetic before doing the procedure leaving me in an unacceptable amount of pain for which he didn't apologise or check to see if I was ok. He also tried to do the procedure on the wrong eye and after checking the eye he could see where I'd had a previous procedure and said, "At least I can see you're not lying". I do not want this awful man near me ever again.

Disabled parking wasn’t available at the car park for the Diagnostic Centre or at Outpatients at the main site. In fact, there were no spaces for anyone to park. Although I arrived at the car park in good time, being unable to park meant I had to drive around until I found a spot to park on the street, the very thing that Kingsbridge is advising patients not to do. The onus should be on Kingsbridge, not the patient, to have planned adequate patient parking before offering private patient services.

Dr Muirhead and Sam were fantastic from start to finish. I was quite nervous about the procedure but they immediately put me at ease and continued to reassure me throughout. Dr Muirhead was professional, understanding and thorough from the initial consultation through to the end of the procedure, and I know that she will be on the end of the phone if I need any aftercare help or advice. She explained everything clearly and I felt in very good hands.

Was overnight stay at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee, all staff were very polite and courteous to myself and the other 5 people within the ward during my stay. The team were very attentive to each individuals needs, which made for a pleasant stay. Facilities were clean and if any ‘accidents’ occurred then these were addressed immediately to promote cleanliness in the ward

The waiting areas were calm, clean, and very relaxing, and I had no difficulty finding a seat. My wait to see the consultant ran just a few minutes over my scheduled time, simply because the patient before me had slightly overrun.
