I feel very fortunate to have had my chemotherapy and radiotherapy at GenesisCare Cambridge. The standard of care is excellent and everyone at the clinic is friendly and welcoming. While spotlessly clean with fantastic facilities the centre doesn't feel overly clinical. I really like the holistic approach to treatment at GenesisCare and particularly benefited from the exercise medicine clinic which took me from gym phobic to regular gym goer with huge benefits for my physical and emotional wellbeing. GenesisCare go above and beyond to make treatment less arduous, from providing really comprehensive support to prevent or mitigate unpleasant side effects to offering a complimentary taxi service to and from radiotherapy sessions. Another plus of GenesisCare is that the consultations are never rushed - there is always time for questions and I particularly appreciated my consultant taking time to talk me through the treatment options and providing really clear answers to all my questions.

I would rate my overall experience 10 out of 10 From the moment I arrived I was treated courteously and professionally. Julia and her assistant treated me with great care and consideration, calmly advising each stage of my treatment and checking I was comfortable and happy to carry on. Dee in reception is a treasure, first appearances are so important to a business, she welcomes you with a cheery "putting one at ease" smile. The reception area and treatment rooms are absolutely spotless. I have been using OSD Dental Dept since 2017 & I will continue doing so, I would not hesitate in recommending OSD Dental Dept to anyone who may ask.

He is an extremely professional and courteous man whose knowledge of his profession surpasses that of many others. Throughout my journey of improving my vision, I have been thoroughly impressed by his care, expertise, and professionalism. Every one I met at the Princess Grace Hospital was most pleasant and attentive from the reception staff to the nursing staff. All of the nurses I met from the initial welcome on the 5th floor on 19/11/25 to both Halima and Fernanda who looked after me during the night and day were all especially kind to me. there were many others but unfortunately I did not write down their names. I think it would be difficult to think of a better place to be a patient.

My visit was disappointing but not due to Professor Douek but the fact that another department decided to over rule a decision made by the professor and cancelled an appointment previous to this one which means that I will need to take time out again to visit but also wasted an appointment time someone else could have had. Professor Douek was apologetic and sincere and did still complete an examination. Very professional.

I had a google meets with Frankie. She was very empathetic, as understandably the conversation was a very emotional and reflective experience for me. That said, the patience and tone in which Frankie approached the questions directed at me was always in a professional and kind tone. Time was allowed for breaks and the whole process was clear as to where and what was required. Frankie was lovely and put me at ease.

Mr Hammadeh diagnosed the issue immediately and within a month I’d had a procedure which resolved it. Mr Hammadeh was very calm and assured throughout. Gave me a lot of confidence that my treatment was well understood and nothing to worry about. The operation was successful. There was very little pain or inflammation. I was very satisfied by the whole experience.

NLM Clinic in Doncaster provides you privacy of consultation. It is located quite central, however not on the main road, which means that the privacy is maintained at all times. The environment is calm and comfortable. You are offered a drink on arrival and the consultation room, despite being small is welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Consultation for msk issues. Warm and open consultant. Asked lots of questions to understand the symptoms, impacts on my wellbeing and possible causes. I was provided with an initial diagnosis and for added assurance refrerred for imaging. Managed to get an MRI in good time. The MRI appointment was efficient and professional.
