From first consultation, coming as a patient from another consultant, through the colonoscopy and post procedure results follow up, Dr. Humphries was always extremely kind, taking all the time needed to hear my concerns and address all questions I had, and has always put me at ease, explaining things in a clear and calm manner, leaving no stone unturned regards treatment options and making me feel reassured after the procedures done. I have no words to express my gratitude to him, and all his team of assistants, nurses, and his exceptional PA, Kristina Cervenanska, who has been outstanding, on helping me arranging things in such short notice, from day one. EXCELLANT ☆☆☆☆☆ From the first consultation Mr Krupa put me at ease....incredibly professional ..helpful and informative making sure i fully understood my options. As a 57 year old i needed to have my 20 year old implants removed and replaced......not only were they encapsulated but too large for my body frame lso requiring an uplift ..with lots of info and another consultation decisions were made to replace and uplift...i fully trusted Mr Krupa to make the right decisions during surgery. My surgery was 3 weeks ago today and ive had my final check up and i cant thank Mr Krupa enough. The results are more than I could hope for ....Mr Krupa is an excellent surgeon Thankyou

I had my just under 3 year old toddler meet Dr Devereux last week at the end of my tether, as I was not getting the answers from other health care avenues with regards to my daughter's gradual deteriorating health. Dr Devereaux went above and beyond to carry out an extensive assessment and came to the conclusion my daughter needed to go A&E. The professionalism, care and empathy I witnessed was beyond par, and it was thanks to the time and patience of the Dr, we were able to save my daughter from an existing brain tumour (unbeknown to us) from taking over. We are forever grateful to Dr Devereux and highly recommend this Dr to all.

excellent experience, my second! prof Griffin is amazing. but all the staff were fantastic. i would like to particularly mention, the 2 staff nurses who looked after me. One was spanish and i think the other was a bank nurse from Romania . both were reallly excellent as a retired nurse myself I recognise skill and expertise.

Overall my recent experience was excellent. I had recently had foot surgery and had a blue post surgery shoe on. A lovely, thoughtful and kind nurse called Theresa brought me a stool and pillow to elevated my foot without me even asking and generally looked after me and made sure all the other patients were ok.
