I recently had surgery at Spire Hartswood Hospital, and I was extremely impressed with the excellent care I received throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, every member of staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. The hospital has a very patient-focused approach, and I always felt that my comfort, wellbeing, and recovery were their top priorities. The facilities were outstanding, particularly the cleanliness of the hospital. Everything was maintained to an exceptionally high standard, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. I especially appreciated having my own private room with an en-suite bathroom, which provided both privacy and comfort during my recovery. The nursing and support staff were wonderful. They regularly checked on me, ensured I was comfortable, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I never felt rushed and was very impressed by the attention they gave to my care. They made sure I was fully rested, comfortable, and recovering well before I was discharged. My overall experience at Spire Hartswood Hospital was excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend the hospital to others. The combination of outstanding facilities, exceptional cleanliness, and the professionalism and compassion of the staff made a real difference to my experience. I would definitely choose Spire Hartswood Hospital again should the opportunity arise in the future.

I cannot recommend Tom Hobbs & Smile Stylist Clinic and staff highly enough. I came to them for Invisalign and whitening treatment. My case had a slight touch of complexity as I have implants from previous work done overseas which would need replacing after aligning. Where other dentists might have hesitated, Tom welcomed the challenge with professionalism and confidence. He invests time to explain your treatment options and sets realistic expectations. Because my original implants were performed abroad, tracking down the correct components after my Invisalign/whitening was complete proved laborious, but Tom took on the task of navigating uncharted territories, liaising with overseas implant companies to source the exact, specific parts needed for my mouth. Throughout the entire process, the care I received was superb, meticulous, and deeply professional, not just from Tom but from the whole team, clinical and non-clinical. If you have a challenging dental case or are simply looking for top-tier care, look no further. They gave me my smile back, and I am incredibly grateful! I will keep coming to Smile Stylist in the future.

I have been under her care since May, from consultations and telephone calls through to two surgeries, and throughout the entire journey she has been absolutely outstanding. The level of care, compassion and professionalism she provides is second to none. Her bedside manner is truly amazing; she makes you feel listened to, reassured and genuinely cared for. She takes the time to explain things, puts you at ease, and gives you confidence and reassurance at times when you need it most. Finding a consultant who combines such exceptional clinical care with genuine kindness and compassion makes all the difference, and Miss Bean does exactly that. I have felt supported every step of the way, and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me. Miss Bean is a credit to her profession, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been under her care. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an outstanding consultant gynaecologist.

I had an appointment with Dr Girgis at St Joseph hospital. The receptionist was very helpful and sent me to the right eye department. The staff there were amazing and very reassuring. I met Dr Girgis afterwards who explained to me about the cataract surgery . I was very pleased with everything. I came back a week later and had the 1st op in one eye l, I went home with all the information and medication . It went well and I felt no pain at all . 2 weeks later I had the other eye done . It also went really well . Dr Girgis called me after both surgeries to check if I was ok . My eyes are in great condition now . Thank you Dr Girgis you are the best ophtalmologist and thanks to St Joseph hospital i felt i was i. A 5 star hotel . Maha H.

I saw Dr Shaw today following a flare up of long term Meniere’s disease. He was kind, caring, thorough and informative. He took time to check past and present symptoms and whether treatments, lifestyle changes and medicines had worked. I had various hearing tests with the audiologist and Dr Shaw carried out further examinations. He gave me a plan to pursue with my GP and local ENT team and I have already received my letter from today's consultation. Thank you very much for seeing me and still taking so much time and care when I was late due to an unexpected train issue. That was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Dr Shaw to anyone with ongoing vestibular issues and/or Meniere’s disease.

I was referred to Professor Ali by my GP for further advice on two Solar lentigines (sun spots) on my face. I'm so glad that I went to Professor Ali. He was very warm and welcoming and immediately put me at my ease. He assured me that the two spots were not cancerous, and also checked all my other enlarged freckles and marks, which gave me peace of mind. He advised on a range of treatments for the spots - including on their effectiveness and cost-effectiveness - and was even able to immediately treat the two spots. I came away feeling relieved and happy. I wouldn't hesitate to go to Professor Ali again.

I recently saw Dr Hatipoglu at The One Hospital immediately following a cardiac MRI. She was able to provide me with an overview of the scan. She reviewed my cardiac history and my medication, which she supplemented. I was very reassured that she is already planning and arranging the next steps in my diagnosis and treatment. I found her very pleasant and easy to talk to. She provided me with her email and when I had a query over my new medication she responded very quickly. Overall this is exactly how you would want your medical interactions to be. I am very grateful for her support.

I had no idea what to expect prior to coming to AH, or what rehab even involved. All I knew is I needed it. As someone who generally assumes the worst, I couldn’t believe the level of warmth, love and support I was shown across the board. The therapists and support workers are understanding, compassionate, empathetic and are truly passionate what they do. They instill a sense of community in the house that makes all feel welcome and to give any one who walks through the door here the best chance of success. I wouldn’t change a thing about my experience here.

I honestly can't praise Ava's surgeon enough. He was absolutely brilliant with her. Ava is non-verbal with complex needs, but he took the time to get to know her and understand her little ways of communicating. He spoke to her, not just about her, which meant such a lot. He was lovely with me too, explaining everything clearly and putting me at ease during a worrying time. Professional, kind, down to earth and genuinely caring. Just a genuinely lovely bloke and a credit to his profession.

As I’ve mentioned in comments. Mr Sharma only looked at the xray which was mainly taken of my right hip after I had it replaced in January. He did not have x rays of my left hip which were fine in August. He did not ask any questions or check flexibility of my left hip. No treatment or recommendations to physio given. I have seen one of the Dr in the past for my back and he was friendly and helpful. I felt this service was not as good as it was paid for by NHS.

I visited Corrective Pain Relief due to persistent pain and stiffness in my neck and left shoulder. The assessment was thorough, and the treatment made an immediate and substantial difference to my mobility and comfort. The practitioner took the time to locate the root cause of the tension and explained everything clearly, including practical exercises to help prevent the issue from returning. I feel so much better and highly recommend their services!
