Over the past few years, I’d received some indications that I might face potential fertility challenges. As I’m now planning for the future, I decided to visit Next Fertility Nordic. And I’m so glad I did. Even though I don’t live in Estonia, organising appointments and receiving results was seamless and stress-free. The clinic has a welcoming, calm atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional, instantly putting me at ease. The consultation was thorough and informative, and I genuinely felt listened to and understood. I left with valuable insights and a clear plan for the way forward. Dr Moodley’s care was exceptional. The best doctor I’ve ever experienced. Thorough, extremely knowledgeable and up to date with current guidelines. Took a comprehensive history, explored all of my symptoms in great depth and made a clear and comprehensive plan for my treatment. I have been feeling so sick for many months now, and I have felt largely invalidated and disbelieved by medical professionals. Dr Moodley has been the first doctor to really recognise and understand what I’ve been going through, including writing a really concise letter to my GP with clear instructions for the next steps. He was also very kind. I cannot recommend him highly enough, I was in tears after the appointment, it was such a relief.

I am leaving Abbington House tomorrow. After my time spent here at Abbington I am leaving knowing that there is a more peaceful way that I can live my life sober. My one-one professional therapist here has been “Cos”! Cos is an incredible therapist with so much personal knowledge of recovery..helping me daily to understand all so that I leave with the tools I need. All the staff here show empathy…care & kindness.. to all, they certainly do know their stuff! So if you are reading my review here & you or someone else needs the support of Abbington House ? I can 100% recommend this to you with confidence! Thanking all the lovely staff at Abbington for helping me on my way to a new life of sobriety!

Directions to the car park should be better, ie if you put Candover Clinic in the sat nav you can't get to the patient car park for MRI without going out and sitting in traffic to get around the other side of the hospital. It could also be clearer where MRI is on the map (eg circled). It was quite confusing whether I was in the right place as was given NHS forms (is a shared NHS facility). They also told me off for not reading a leaflet but I didn't get a leaflet. The lady who completed the procedure was excellent though. Before and afterwards I felt a bit more alone and confused than at other private procedures.

They took the time to listen to my concerns, carried out a thorough assessment, and explained everything clearly and sensitively. The diagnosis process felt respectful and supportive, and I left feeling informed, reassured, and guided on the next steps for my son. Amazing experience! Being an NHS patient, the only expectations I had were, expect the same level of service in terms of courteousness and I’d still be in a queue to receive treatment. How wrong was I? The hospital staff on the welcome desk were great and the imaging department were very friendly too! My surgeon, Mr Jeer was incredible! Very thorough in his explanation, exceptional professionalism and the wait time for an MRI and follow-up appt was non-existent! Fingers crossed for a small wait time, for the ACL reconstruction. 💯 exceeded my expectations, thank you so much!

My experience was very poor resulting in unnecessary angerplas procedure which could have been avoided if the diagnosis had been correct in the first place. It was found necessary to go privately to a specialist cardiologist consultant to enable a stress echcardiography to show that I did not have engina or any heart problem. This test should have been done within the Heart Clinic over a year ago when the problem was brought to your attention.

Dr. Giannouladis was excellent, and explained everything to me very thoroughly so that I was able to reach an informed and considered decision about the treatment which I felt was best for me. In spite of this, my memory (and hence my recollection of the exact lens I opted for) is poor. I should have kept a better record. It would be helpful if I could access my medical records on the patient portal so that I could refresh my memory.

The Women's Health GP

General Practice (GP)

Katie saw me straight away and gave me plenty of time for questions and discussion. She took a blood sample for checking my iron levels and also reviewed the recent results I had received from the NHS regarding cholesterol, testosterone and liver function. Katie gave me the relevant information from these tests and recorded the results. I felt very reassured by my visit and came away extremely satisfied.

I have to visit 9 Harley Street more often than I’d like due to heart issues. If one has to do these things then this is the place to come. Welcoming efficient and friendly receptionists and a lovely calm atmosphere. Professor Wong is amazing - the best there is with a quiet calm manner and the ability to explain complicated procedures in an understandable way. He is inspiring.
