20/10 I was recommended to Dr Alek by multiple friends, including one who is a doctor herself and trained under him. He came highly, highly recommended and is known as the best in the business — and I can completely understand why. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was warmly greeted by Sam, the practice administrator. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Thank you, Sam! I’ve seen many aesthetic doctors and practitioners before, and Dr Alek is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Previously, consultations felt rushed — numbing cream applied, a quick question about what I wanted, and straight into the procedure. With Dr Alek, it was completely different. We began with a thorough consultation where we discussed my concerns, the procedures I was interested in, and everything I’ve previously had done — including where, when, and any medications I’m on. He then did a full facial assessment, looking at proportions, symmetry, and structure. He carefully felt for any existing filler or lumps, explained what they were, and clearly walked me through what we can and can’t do moving forward. Everything was explained in a way that was detailed yet easy to understand. We created a thoughtful plan of action together, and what stood out most was that he never once tried to “sell” me on anything — something I’ve experienced with every other practitioner before. It’s immediately clear that he truly cares about his patients, has an incredible passion for what he does, and an exceptional eye for detail. He really knows his craft. Today we did Botox, and it was genuinely pain-free. He is precise, intentional, and incredibly gentle. As soon as I left, I couldn’t wait to call my husband and tell him how amazing the experience was. I’ve now officially joined my group of friends who cannot recommend Dr Alek highly enough. Everyone was at all times friendly and quietly efficient. I was assessed via up to five impressive machines on the working day following my initial approach to the clinic. I had to approach the Clinic following the retirement of the consultant whom I had originally engaged, and who had agreed with my optician that I was ready for surgery. The initial examination at the Clinic was most impressive, and when Mr Chan met me shortly thereafter he was clearly able to make a quick assessment. He explained to me that the operation would be challenging, given the damaged condition of my eye, but he agreed with my decision to ask him to proceed. The pamphlets provided enabled me to have a good understanding of the nature of a cataract and the usual course of treatment before and after the operation. On the day of the procedure I approached without misgivings, and following a full discussion with a senior nurse who sought fuller details of my medical history, and then the application of anaesthetics by the anaesthetist, I proceeded to the operating theatre. It was good and very reassuring to be able to feel the area round my eye go numb in advance of entering the theatre. The operation was for me comfortable, and I enjoyed the soft verbal exchanges between Mr Chan and his staff, and the gentle and futuristic sounds of the surgical equipment. Afterwards, I have felt no discomfort from the after effects, and the post operation advice from another nurse has been very clear and helpful. And I am delighted with the outcome. After having been in effect virtually blind in my right eye, my vision is now clear, bright and colourful. Very much better that these current aspects of by “good” left eye! Well done everyone! I had an ACL tear. Post surgery, before going to Ilias, I started with a physiotherapist that wasn’t as helpful nor professional. It was uncomfortable and decided to change my Physio. I spoke to TEN Health & Fitness and was paired with Ilias and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the start, Ilias was extremely friendly, approachable, and easy to trust, which made a huge difference throughout the rehab process. The programme was well-structured and clearly tailored to me, and over time we built real trust in both the process and the outcomes. I’ve now fully recovered and my knees feel stronger and more stable than they ever did before the injury. I’m genuinely more confident in my movement than I was pre-ACL. I’m back to playing football (the reason I tore my ACL), playing tennis, and even skiing! Highly recommend to anyone going through any type of muscle/tendon/bone injury and wants to heal.

My appointment with Dr Millar was on time and not at all rushed. She was very approachable and took the time to run through my results in detail. She gave in depth explanations that were correctly pitched to my level of understanding and she was incredibly patient with my long list of questions. In fact instead of seeming frustrated she appeared empathetic. She was very thorough, explained what would happen next and ensured I was clear on follow up. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for her persistence with testing and for her help with the understanding the outcome. The diagnosis made all the pieces of the puzzle fall in place and Dr Millar seemed to recognise the importance of that.

I highly recommend Miss Mez Aref-Adib. I’m 39 years old and had a 6 cm fibroid that caused heavy bleeding and severe pain. Dr. Aref-Adib performed my laparoscopic surgery and successfully removed all of the fibroids. She was extremely attentive to my condition after the surgery, followed up closely to make sure everything was going well, and was always available to answer any questions I had during recovery. Three months later, I feel so much better, and there is only a very faint mark left from the stitches on my abdomen. I highly recommend Dr. Aref-Adib—not only because she is highly skilled and professional, but also because she is genuinely kind, caring, and responsive.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Bhandari. He was very attentive and took the time to genuinely listen to all of my concerns. Unfortunately, they were running behind schedule. About 10 mins after my appointment time I was advised that I would not be seen for around 45 minutes. About 45 mimutes later I was advised that I was next in line. I was eventually seen about 80 minutes after my appointment time. Whilst delay was frustrating the communication was good and understand the delay created by unrealistic time per patient schedule.
