Dr Jog, wow!! As a first time mother with a baby suffering from a cows milk allergy an being sent from pillar to post by my GP and health visiting team- my baby was seriously poorly and had experienced and unexplained breathing event. My worries as a mother were growing as my baby was clearly in pain and suffering. After one visit Dr jog took full control of my baby’s health- gave a clear explanation and her plan to tackle it. She clearly explained to just listen to her and I needed to follow her care plan for 4 weeks untill my follow up appointment. I had a different baby within a week this allowed us to have a lovely first Christmas! Enjoy my baby and being a mother but most importantly my baby is now in good health and thriving! I cannot thank her enough!

I first attended Miss Satherley's clinic six months ago. With a family history of breast cancer, I was left feeling very concerned when my GP sent me for investigation. I am so grateful to have found Miss Satherley. She has managed to calm the deep seated fear I have regarding my family history and spent no end of time listening to my questions and worries, taking time to explain everything to me in such a clear and concise manner, and even took the time to teach me a self examination technique. To know I have Miss Satherley to turn to should I find anything I'm uncertain of has made no end of difference. I cannot recommend Miss Satherley enough to anyone who may find themselves in a similar situation to myself.

Mr Miakhil welcomed me warmly, asked me how I have been since having the procedure. I told him that I was feeling very well and I was very happy with the outcome following the operation. I also told him that I was sleeping much better and going to the toilet once or twice during the night, compared to waking up 6-7 times, which is what was happening before the operation. He then asked me if I had anything that I was worried about. So I asked him about having intimacy (sex) with my wife and that I was not getting firm erections. He assured me that things will improve gradually, so he prescribed Tadalafil 5mg tablets for me to take to help in this regard.

Met Mr Amer at Washington Clinic . He was warmly welcoming despite having had a very busy day up to that point. We discussed the background to my appointment , which was a very effective way of getting to understand a bit about each other as well as the medical details. Very clear explanation also using some video to show what procedures would entail . Good clear summary of the various risks involved . I came away from the appointment very confident in Mr Amer and with a clear plan for treatment which hopefully can be done quickly to fit in with other things I'm doing . Faultless .

My surgery took place there and had to stay overnight due to vertigo and dizziness. The hospital was friendly, new and pristine. The nursing staff outstanding as well as of course the medical team. I had dinner and breakfast and it was also healthy and delicious. Yesterday I returned to have the dressing removed and it was equally good. If any criticism would be to the pharmacy with a 30minute wait to get my prescription and also despite being a Bupa hospital not having the availity to charge Bupa for medication- I am under Bupa Global and in other Bupa hospitals this is the case.

Dr Ziad Farah is professional yet personable. He studied my case in detail and was able to provide reassurance on how my treatment was going. He is incredibly responsive and fast acting - I have never experienced this before but I am so grateful for this as he was able to act quickly on my case which has been prolonged for months. He provided me with the right referrals, quickly. Most of all, he was one of the first specialists to take his time and listen to me in detail and was very understanding and empathetic. From the initial consultation Dr Wright explained my condition and the treatment options in the clearest terms. On the day of the procedure he explained very clearly what was going to happen from start to finish which allayed any stress I might have had and put me at ease before the operation. The procedure could not have gone any better from my perspective and post operation I had no pain or discomfort whatsoever. My wounds were tiny and healed within days. All of this I put down to Dr Wright's skill and expertise. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

My son needed to have two teeth extracted prior to being fitted with braces the following month. The dentist was extremely caring - especially as the procedure proved to be quite difficult due to the large roots of the teeth being pulled. It took an hour for the first tooth to finally come out - and the dentist recommended that a second appointment be made to minimise the amount of trauma caused extracting both teeth in one go. The appointment was made while the procedure was still ongoing - which was very efficient and was a relief for my son.

Professor Griffiths and his team performed esophagectomy surgery on 24.11.25. I was informed in advance about the procedure and the operation was very successful. At all times Professor Griffiths acted with utmost professionalism and his knowledge and skills gave me total confidence in the surgical procedure. Post operation was supportive with daily meetings in ICU and the ward. The recovery has been quick and down to the skills of the Professor and his team coupled with the care of the doctors and nurses at the ICU and ward.

Disappointed I had to wait 20 minutes for an appointment first thing in the morning, however everything else was positive. Waiting area and treatment room were both tidy and clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Some additional work required and dentist took me through options for treatment and resulting cost. Dental work was very good and pain free(!). Payment all completed to my satisfaction. Overall, a positive experience

As a private patient self funding I went through the paper work and had to wait only a couple of minutes before I was taken through for the Echocardiogram. The same sonographer had carried out the procedure the year before and she was so welcoming which immediately put me at ease. She was efficient and professional and I had every confidence in her.
