Dear Team, I would like to provide feedback, as my experience at Harley Street Specialist Hospital has genuinely changed my life. I want to say how incredibly grateful and eternally indebted I am to my surgeon, Mr Luke Cascarini. He has given me a completely new lease of life. He is not only an outstanding surgeon but an exceptional human being, and I cannot thank him enough for the care, precision, and compassion he showed throughout my entire journey. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Janet, Dr Bosh, and all the nursing staff, as well as every member of the team right down to the wonderful ladies on reception, including Marianne. There are too many to name individually, but every single person played a role in making this experience extraordinary. The hospital itself does not feel like a hospital at all — it feels more like a health retreat where you leave as a better version of yourself. The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. For anyone suffering from sleep apnea, as I was, or dealing with any of the conditions treated by your specialists, I could not recommend HSSH and Mr Luke Cascarini more highly. Mr Samuel Jayaraj

The care I have received from Mr Jayaraj has been exceptional; from the minute my referral went through the process has been seamless and wonderfully efficient. I have suffered for decades with breathing difficulties and fruitless trips to my own GP practice. After eliminating nasal drops as a sufficient solution Mr Jayaraj advised I was a candidate for surgery. Mr Jayaraj has been very generous with his time, he made me feel safe and heard on the day of surgery and the aftercare has been incredibly thorough too. The outcome is already an overwhelming success; I am thrilled to be breathing normally for the first time since childhood following septoplasty and sinus surgery. As an unexpected bonus my sleep and anxiety has improved and 7 weeks after the procedure my recurrent sinus pain no longer seems to be an issue. I cannot recommend and thank Mr Jayaraj and his team enough! He is a genuinely kind, friendly and compassionate gentleman who ensured the best possible treatment plan for my improved health with outstanding results..

Mr Andrew Renwick

Having hernia surgery is not something anyone looks forward to, but Mr Renwick and the team at Ross Hall Clinic and Hospital made the experience stress free. I was provided with clear information about the procedure, the various options for surgery and what to expect in terms of recovery times etc. My pre op assessment was extremely thorough and the operation itself was successful. I was able to return home on the same day and although I experienced some discomfort I only required two of the stronger painkillers I was prescribed and a few paracetamol during the first 48 hours. I opted for robotic assisted laparoscopic surgery for my bilateral inguinal hernia which Mr Renwick advised was likely to reduce my recovery time. My operation was exactly 6 weeks ago and I can say that I am now back to full health and ready to (gradually) get back to the gym.

I felt safe in the cleanest, calmest environment. The information I received was top notch and I have never experienced such kindness to me. Dr Ibrahim was very kind and I felt that someone was finally listening to me after many months. The staff at the Royal Hallamshire, particularly Nancy and Lisa also went the extra mile and again were very kind. Mr Ravi Mallina

Dr Mallina treated my carpal tunnel syndrome which was given me severe pains at night and discomfort during the day. I felt that he was an expert in the field and Dr Mallina diagnosed the issue right away and treated it with surgery which was arranged in a very short time. The surgery resolved the problem instantly and I was given great post-surgery care. Dr Mallina guided me step by step offing a lot of care and attention and being accommodating. He communicated every step of the way while giving excellent care and guidance. I would highly recommend. I have a similar problem in my other hand and plan to use Dr Mallina again.

Mr Paul Haslam

From first meeting with Mr Haslam he spoke so much in lay men’s vocabulary which gave me confidence in the procedure I was to have. Operation was just as had been discussed at the first meeting in July. I was told that a full knee replacement would be painful, which was true and even after eight weeks can still feel sore. Physiotherapists have been. So very helpful in my recovery. I was able to update Mr Haslam , how I was doing and thankfully he was delighted with my progress. I do realise that progress is ongoing for a while but I have been given confidence and assurance by Mr Haslam that all is going well.

My stay at Delamere was incredible I would highly recommend it. The staff were so friendly and nice, every single one of them knew my name from day 1 which made me feel a lot more comfortable and safer. The structure of the groups and days were well thought out through. Every group was informative, engaging and interesting. They offer many 1-2-1 sessions to allow for a more focused therapeutic approach, all the therapists and mentors were highly knowledgable and compassionate. The food was great with plenty of options and flexibility. I’m very thankful to have got to stay here.

I have had other operations but never a consultant/surgeon with Mr Stott's intuitive empathy, genuine listening skills and obvious concern for the patient's well-being - quite apart from his first-rate skills as an orthopaedic hip specialist. You never feel rushed at consultations, he gives excellent explanations of what is going on and what to expect, at every stage. My recovery from left-hip replacement is going well, I am receiving excellent physiotherapy support and I feel more positive than I have for a long time. I recommend Mr Stott whole-heartedly.

I have been visiting the clinic for many years for injectables (Botox, Profhilo, Mesotherapy) and other skin care treatments (HIFU, Microneedling) and cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Kubicka and the rest of the team. They are utmost professionals and a very welcoming. I am given a personalised plan to ensure I have the best treatments for my skin and age. Appointments are never rushed, which I love.
