My daughter had a routine check up and a filling was recommended. My daughter was extremely nervous and became upset following the appointment. We returned to the dentist and Dr Seren welcomed us back to the treatment room and talked my daughter gently and thoroughly through the process. In the day of the appointment., Dr Seren and assistant moved treatment rooms to ensure my daughter had a TV screen to distract her. Dr Seren took the appointment at my daughter's pace and kindly described each stage of the process. My daughter and I are left with an excellent impression of Dr Seren, Quality Dental and our nerves associated with the Dentist have been lifted. Dr Seren has such a lovely manner, from the way she spoke to my daughter, to me and to her staff, she is a credit to her profession.

I have been visiting the clinic for many years for injectables (Botox, Profhilo, Mesotherapy) and other skin care treatments (HIFU, Microneedling) and cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Kubicka and the rest of the team. They are utmost professionals and a very welcoming. I am given a personalised plan to ensure I have the best treatments for my skin and age. Appointments are never rushed, which I love. If I have any questions, relating to a treatment I haven't yet had, they always have the time to discuss. Highly recommend and will continue to return.

I would very highly recommend the Clayton ward. We have had two babies there and were really well looked after by kind, happy staff (doctors, midwives, assistants, catering and reception) who taught us a huge amount about how to care for a newborn. Having access to 121 support from midwives anytime day or night is just invaluable. The food was very good (for hospital food) and we genuinely looked forward to it each day - it really helped us recover as sleep deprived parents.

The facilities were very nice and so waiting to be seen was actually quite a comfortable experience. The doctor who saw me was very friendly and didn’t rush me at all when we were discussing my issue. I am very anxious with these kinds of things, but I felt quite at ease during my appointment and that is down to having a kind and friendly doctor.

I visited this clinic as I had terrible sciatica down my right leg and lower back pain. The osteopath was brilliant. Very helpful, knowledgeable and I have had 3 treatments so far and seen a huge improvement in my symptoms. I am back at work and able to enjoy life more. Thank you Mark for your treatments. I have always had a phobia about dentist s having had bad experiences as a child. Although my phobia has not gone away I found the whole experience very calm. The receptionist with her friendly manner relaxed me straight away. The dentist has a calming manner also and did not push me from my comfort zone. Overall a good experience.

Dr. Menon was kind and efficient and listened to me when I queried whether a throat spray which he mentioned was necessary. I had experienced discomfort after a procedure during which a throat spray had been used previously.
