I was referred to see Miss Adib by my Breast Consultant following oestrogen positive breast cancer and experiencing prolonged and difficult menopause symptoms for 13 years. I was very apprehensive, but at the same time, desperate to feel better than I was and more like my old self. Tania has been supportive and empathetic every time I've seen her and always explained my treatment choices, making it a shared decision. Her therapeutic approach is cautious, and incredibly supportive, allowing plenty of time for me to ask questions. I've seen Tania every 3 months for the last 15 months so that she can keep a close eye on my hormone blood levels, which has made the process smoother for me, as I've never been that far away from an appointment. The results of the last year have been life changing for me. The myriad of chemically induced menopause symptoms have mostly disappeared, which means life is so much easier.

Mr Yamoah has changed my life and I will forever be grateful. For almost ten years my GP told me I had IBS and wouldn’t take my pain seriously. This time last year I reached breaking point and didn’t think I would ever feel better. I’m so glad I decided to seek private care. Both Mr. Rajaratnam and the physiotherapist that visited me at home ( not the hospital physio's) strongly emphasized not to do any strengthening exercises for the first few weeks but restrict myself to just bending the knee aiming to get a 130 degree bend after 3 weeks. Heating the wound with a hot water bottle helped to loosen up the knee prior to doing this exercise. This was contrary to what the physiotherapists in the hospital were advocating , Anyway after 6 weeks I can bend the operated knee almost as much as I can the other one and I'm walking normally and I am now starting on strengthening exercises.

Dr zgan was brilliant explained everything. Think he got a shock knowing a already had an operation on nose. And told me what had happened with thst healing process. While attending Dr zgan I had other issues going on and held back surgery until the other stuff got sorted which I knew would happen. The next day after operation the nose and ear was back to normal. The feeling I had had gone thankfully. Even explained ager surgery what he dad to do. Must say Dr zygan is brilliant doctor. Thank you very much Dr zgan appreciate what you did for me. I recently had surgery with Mr Rashid Abu-Rajab on just one day’s notice after my original surgeon went off sick, and I couldn’t have been in better hands. He was excellent both personally and professionally. Mr Abu-Rajab took the time to clearly explain how the operation would go, what to expect during recovery, and made sure I felt fully reassured throughout. As a VERY nervous dental patient, I was referred to Vermillion by my own dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction with sedation. No-one likes dental treatment, but I could not recommend Vermillion anymore than I can do, the patient experience was seamless and extremely gentle and caring. It really was! From entering the practice and the friendly receptionist, through to consultion and surgery with Dr Fiona, as well as a follow-up to assuage my anxiety of the recovery of extraction. A 5-star treatment all round.

they were very considerate considering I was terrified as once before I had to press the button. I couldn’t go through with it and I had to go to an open scanner as they were about to place me through. I had to stop them. They gave me time to recompose and got me to look backwards and upwards and out through the exposed end and that made the whole experience different can’t tell you how relieved I am to get through that. I’m highly claustrophobic so yes, the experience was a positive one.

Britany was absolutely incredible. I am blown away by the extra lengths she went to, to research my condition and check with all the medics and then put together an appropriate plan for me. After my original consultation with a orthopaedic surgeon at a physiotherapy clinic in Doncaster, he wanted to put me on his list. He said I could have a new knee and be fit for Christmas. I said. I want Mr Haslam to operate on my right knee..I trust him. I haven't had any issues with my left knee. He operated on my friends Son's torn ligamentes. He'll br back playing Rugby again soon. Parking is easy. Reception staff efficient. Dr Brasse is always welcoming, warm and professional. Whatever I have seen her for she has always been pro active with tests ie Dexa scan etc. Dr Brasse always makes you feel at ease whatever I see her for. More recently she has shown me her expertise in Aestetics and have to say I am very pleased. Highly recommended.

Overall, it was a great experience. My only suggestion would be to consider allowing patients to complete any required forms online in advance of their appointment. Being asked to fill out paper forms upon arrival—particularly after having already completed information online—feels a little outdated and could be streamlined for greater convenience.
