The service I received from Dr Elgheriany was personalised, tailored, kind, positive and an exemplar for how to treat IVF patients with chronic endometriosis. He is incredibly knowledgeable about endometriosis and adenomyosis and explained everything so clearly at every stage, always backed up by the latest research. His results speak for themselves - I had several rounds of IVF at a different provider but it wasn't until the first transfer I had with an embryo created at the Evewell that I succeeded in becoming pregnant. Dr Elgheriany also taught me more about endo in our initial twenty minute consultation than I'd ever been told in several years before that by multiple different healthcare professionals, and his advice helped me change my diet and pain management habits to such a degree that my symptoms are now minimal to non-existent for the first time since I was 11 years old. I've had two operations to help manage stage 4 endometriosis in the past, including the removal of both of my fallopian tubes, but nothing has helped as much as this.

I had been in a lot of pain for quite awhile, the waiting list in the south ( I'm from Tipperary)is just too long,so my doctor recommended Belfast. and from the first phone call I never looked back, on meeting Mr.Pagoti,,I was struck by his kindness ,and caring attitude.He explained everything to me in a simple way,he came to see me before surgery, and afterwards and also the following day,so a huge thank you to him and all his staff. Everyone who came into my room to look after me were just exceptional .I was so well looked after,it felt more like a hotel than a hospital, as for the food it was unbelievably good,so thank you to the kitchen staff. I would like to say to those people who are still on a waiting list and in pain, just pick up the phone and ring Kingsbridge..I'm seven weeks post op and for the first time in a long time I feel like mu own self, like I have my life back again so once again Mr.Pagoti and team thank you...

I travelled by car from the north west to the Kingsbridge Diagnostic Centre, tucked in behind the Kings Hall. Parking was difficult to find, and as the letter instructed me to arrive 15 minutes early, I anxiously clambered out, leaving my husband to park the car while I located the building and the correct floor. The reception staff were mediocre at best, though I did manage to get checked in. Once called through, the procedure itself was completed and an outcome provided. However, the consultant was abrupt and condescending. While I appreciate that private healthcare is under pressure due to NHS waiting times, this is not the standard of service I would expect for something I am paying for. The assistant involved in the process appeared either tired or lacking job satisfaction in their role. Altogether, the atmosphere was dispiriting, and I could not wait to leave the building and be on my way.

Couldn't fault the hospital at all. It is clean, and a very welcoming environment, but of course is absolutely down to the people that run it. Every single member of staff I came across - whether in my pre op assessment appointment, or during my surgical visit - was incredibly kind, patient, and so easy to get along with. I have had few good experiences when it comes to hospital visits, but the two times I've been at The Lister Hospital, I have spoken to and laughed with so many workers. My nurse Rasheed was an absolute gem, and was brilliant with my family when they came to the room after surgery. Whether it was the nurse that helped me to the loo, the people on reception, the physio - every single person I interacted with made it such a calm and positive experience, their kindness will stay with me so thank you very much

I was seen by Dr Heggy and a lovely staff nurse Charlotte. Dr Heggy was fantastic he actually listened to me. He listened to exactly how I was and had been feeling. I'd been told by another Dr that there was nothing that could be done so I had to see someone for pain management. I'm in pain everyday and just wanted a resolution or at least pin point what could be wrong. Dr Heggy really made me feel heard and suggested other things before we gave up and just give me medication for my pain. Nurse Charlotte was fantastic. While Dr Heggy was looking things up and trying to find other options Charlotte spoke to me like an actual human. So thank you to Dr Heggy and nurse Charlotte for your time and patience with me. It's very much appreciated

I’ve had left inguinal hernia repair today. Mr Khanna was informative , relaxed , straightforward and left me feeling completely comfortable in his hands. Immediately .post op Mr Khanna came to visit me and told me my operation couldn’t have gone better, and my sizeable hernia which I believe was technically challenging has gone. it’s early days of course but post operatively I’ve got off to a great start with considerably less pain than I expected. So much so I’m barely taking any pain relief. It’s worth mentioning that the whole care team have been truly exceptional today. I will provide a further post operative review after 6 weeks.

Arrived early as instructed, car park was full as the barrier was open and it appeared people were taking advantage of free parking. The amount of cars in the car park did not reflect the amount of people in the waiting area. I was shown where to go and I took a seat, my appointment was at 2.30 i was there at 2.15 I went in around 3.00. Not sure why I needed to be so early as I was not asked to fill in any forms or speak to anyone. My actual appointment was ok the consultation was professional and the consultant was very nice. Disappointed that the hot drink station doesn’t have takeout cups or the nice border biscuits.

He listens fully, without rushing. Explains clearly, without condescension. His presence is both grounded and quietly reassuring, the kind that makes you exhale without realising you were holding your breath. I left feeling like I’d been treated as a whole person, not just a case. Genuinely cared for, deeply at ease and the issue that brought me in was fully resolved. Highly recommended.

Mr. Hariom Sur and the entire team made the whole experience as good as it possibly could be. Upon leaving I was also lucky enough to encounter Lynne, who carried out my immunotherapy treatments, and Laura, who was present at my initial diagnosis - again such warm and friendly people.
