This was so different from when I was here 10 years ago. The nursing staff were so lovely this time, cheerful and friendly and Lou was particularly helpful. All staff everywhere were kind and pleasant. The physiotherapists led by Carmen were astonishing. Their whole approach was helpful and kindly, the exercises were achievable, the support was just excellent including the post op phone call to me at home. I feel really positive about it all. I also commend the food, it was fantastically good especially the lamb stew, very Elizabeth David . And I really liked the inflating things on my feet the first night, very soothing. The one thing I didn't like was the tsunami of emails with essential information, each with a link to a cloud, needing a password . This took ages to navigate, and I gave up. When I mentioned this in person I got a really good booklet which I'm still using. It takes seconds to flip from section to section, it works and is useful. Perhaps if each email made it clear what section it's about, then that might help. But it's quicker to use the paper version.

I had a great experience with Dr Cappai at Diverse Minds Clinic. She listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on therapy and pharmacological treatment. I conducted some research before booking with Diverse Minds Clinic, and I was reassured because the clinic is registered with the CQC (unlike some other popular services in London), and Dr Cappai also works in the NHS as an ADHD specialist. The building in central London, Harley Street, is very elegant, and I felt comfortable during the long assessment (I had a 3-hour ADHD and ASD assessment), and Dr Cappai allowed some breaks and ensured I was at ease. The appointment started on time, and the report was very thorough. I am happy with the service. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Dr. Paneesha’s reputation preceded him and upon meeting him he assured me that I was in good hands, and he definitely kept his promise. He is such a thorough, caring and attentive person. Always greeting me with a smile along with a joke or two, easing the tension in the room. Whether it’s good or not so good news, his delivery is always honest and always impeccable. I recently had surgery at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Newport and I honestly couldn’t fault the care I received. From start to finish, the staff were outstanding and made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm, reassuring, and well looked after. A special mention has to go to Esther and Megan R — they were absolutely fantastic during my stay. Both were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring, and they really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and supported. I can’t recommend the level of care highly enough. If anyone is considering having a procedure done privately, I would 100% recommend St. Joseph’s Hospital. The standard of care is excellent, and I felt in safe hands throughout.

Private room badly refurbished from a two bed ward. Very poor heating system so room was cold and because there were three windows to the corridor, it could not be darkened - blinds ineffective. Bathroom newly refurbished but I was surprised there was no Arab douche facility or bidet. It is not acceptable to have to pull individual sheets of very poor quality toilet paper from a wall machine. There were shampoo bottles and body lotion but no soap bottles or dispenser. I know the NHS cannot compete with SJand E or the Wellington but I was dismayed by the standard. Care was good but rushed because of Christmas staffing levels.

I have consulted with Dr Kandan several times since my bypass surgery, and have always found him to be courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with post surgery symptoms. He took time to listen and discuss various aspects of my cardio recovery, and took on board my comments and concerns, rather than simply issuing another prescription. He did amazing work in liaising with my GP in relation to cholesterol levels and my intolerance to certain statins, and that is now in a much better place thanks to him.

On my order I specifically asked for CAPSULES of paracetamol not Tablets. The turn around was quick but I realized when receiving 3 boxes of tablets no care had been taken to check the medecine. When I asked for a return label they asked for photos and description of the packaging of which I cant do . I'm over 90 and not familiar with taking photos and being a simple mistake in product I didn't understand. I will never use these people again and wil never recommend them. My order #
