I feel lucky to have been under Mr Bille's care in recent months. On the basis of my experience I consider him to be an extremely knowledgeable and skilled surgeon and a very clear communicator who shows a lot of care in the way that he interacts with patients. In our initial consultation Mr Bille put me at ease and listened carefully to my description of my symptoms and concerns. He provided a very helpful explanation of the procedures that would form part of my surgery and associated risks and benefits so that I left feeling well informed. The surgery itself went to plan and in the check-ins we had over the following few days while I was in hospital he was kind and reassuring. In our subsequent follow up meeting he took the time to talk me through the histology report, giving me plenty of time to ask questions. Without a doubt the surgery has supported a significant improvement in my symptoms, for which I am extremely grateful.

I attended an appointment with my mum as she has been referred for cataract surgery. Upon arrival we had a warm friendly welcome. When mum was called in I explained to the lady that mum is profoundly deaf and she lip read's and asked if she could look at mum when talking to her. Naz was absolutely amazing, she spoke clearly and looked at my mum when speaking and explained everything to her. Both myself and my mum were really impressed as it's not easy for my mum when people don't understand her deafness. The lady we saw after Naz was good with mum too. With our experience yesterday it put our minds at rest that mum will be helped and understood when she goes back for surgery.

Dr Charlotte Frise is an excellent doctor. Despite the multiple complications I had, she had time for me even when she was off duty. She saw me through until I sailed through. I was never afraid at any point even when I couldn’t breathe and had oxygen of 80% on room air, I was motivated. Her smile was always soothing and reassuring, it felt like family. She treats patients like family and it’s heartwarming in difficult times. I begin to tear up when I express how I feel about the care she gave me. Am very impressed and grateful for her services. The NHS is blessed to have doctors like her.

From the first consultation to the subsequent procedure and then follow ups he was reassuring, providing me with all the information I required, answering any queries I had in full. The procedure was pain free and information regarding after care clear and concise. The result is that I have virtually no mark/scar - he is so skilled and painstaking at the closure of the wound. Dr Shah has been charming and totally professional through the whole experience and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Kiera was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel very much at ease throughout my appointment. I was diagnosed with a Retina tear in my ear and she made me feel very much at ease and safe. She talked throughout, keeping me informed of everything that was happening, giving reassurance that everything will be ok and that should I need further information or just needed to chat at about it, I was to ring her and speak to her about it. Help and advice that was offered was exceptional!

Everything was explained by diagrams...Mr Patel listened to me and responded appropriately. He examined my ears and said everything looked healthy which was good. He said I could have an MRI if I wanted to....it was kind of him to say not to have another consultation just let his secretary know if I have thr MRI. I am still deciding on this, however.
