A Life-Changing Experience – Thank You My wife is 62 years old and has battled alcoholism for 27 years. She had been to rehab three times before, but this time was different. Sadly, after the funeral, the drinking returned and we lost her to the bottle once more. When a small inheritance came through, I decided to try again. Addiction is not just the addict’s disease — it affects the whole family. They supported all of us, not just my wife. It’s now been four months, and I see a change in her I have never seen before. She is beginning to embrace sobriety in a genuine, lasting way. She speaks openly when she feels low or has a difficult day, instead of turning to the bottle. That openness has been life-changing for the whole family. I will always be grateful for their understanding, dedication, and wisdom. They didn’t just help my wife — they helped give our family hope again.

I have only had an initial interaction with one of the doctors at the female health doctor MK, so far I've fiubd the service to be very quick with a variation of cost affective options for the first conversation. I personally have been met with finally feeling heard from a professional in the medical field after a year and a half of constant GP appointments and being on referral waiting list for over a year. I have been advised about a test package to help me further with my specific issues, and have had nothing short of polite communication and quick responses. I would so far 100% recommend any female to reach out to this company for help with their health.

My wife is in hospital for an operation today and due to prior anxieties over NHS treatment, we asked the hospital for me to stay with my wife in the room throughout including overnight. They have been most accommodating and have bent over backwards to make it work and kept me fully informed throughout how the operation is going. The consultant was more than happy for me to ask questions both during consultations and the surgery today and has given great confidence that all will go as planned. Ward staff have been more than helpful to both of us and treated us as individuals and my wife has been provided a high level of care throughout.

I had hip replacement surgery, my admission and pre surgery checks were done professionally and very courteously. The surgery team made me feel relaxed (I was very nervous) and they treated me with care and respect before, during and after the operation. Overnight, the medical staff checked on me regularly, were very supportive and helped with pain management and looking after my comfort Throughout my stay the service staff were very attentive and looked after me, catering for my needs. Overall, I feel I was looked after as an individual and my needs taken care of.

Thursday afternoon visit, the surgery did not adjust to be that busy, arrived before my appointment time but still had to wait till after my scheduled time before being seen. Cat was blocked in when I be wanted to leave and I requested for the owner to move their vehicle as I had other engagements scheduled. No sense of urgency amongst the staff it appreciation that my time is as valuable as theirs. Managed to manoeuvre my car out whilst waiting so impact was not as bad as if I had waited for the other to move their vehicle but it was irritating.
