Approximately 6 months ago, my sister was diagnosed with oral cancer which had spread to her cervical lymph nodes. Since this time, we have seen Mr Alibhai a number of times both prior and after the extensive surgery he performed on her. Having worked in health care now for nearly 20 years, I have met several consultants from specialties across the board. Mr Alibhai is by far one of the best in a number of ways. His knowledge and expertise is second to none - this came across in his explanation of the diagnosis and meticulous detail and success of the surgery. He has a warm and compassionate manner while being honest about a difficult diagnosis and the reality of this. Each and every time he has seen my sister, he has spent ample time with her and provided her with reassurance and answered all her questions. Mr Alibhai made a massive difference to my sister in all the time he spent with them with the exceptional care and respect he have them. I was keen to recognise the outstanding care my family received by Mr Alibhai .He is clearly an exceptional professional and massive asset to any organisation he works with.

I was really please with the quality of service at Medneo Great Portlane Street and the speed at which I got my results. The medics seemed very professional and made me feel calm. I wish I'd used the service sooner as before getting a private MRI which I paid for myself I had had a number of physio treatments and exercise plans which may my injury worse due to them not knowing what was actually wrong. They were working blind as it were. And the NHS wouldn't put me on a waiting list for a MRI through them. I got a 3T scan which I believe shows a bit more than a 1.5 scanner which cast me £299. If you can afford it it might be the right choice for you. I would definitely go to these people to have a scan again if I develop another injury.

I had been suffering with severe swelling in my leg caused by varicose veins for over two years. Having explored various options, I landed on Spire and found Dr Jeddy. As soon as I met him for my initial consultation I felt relaxed and felt as though Dr Jeddy understood me, my lifestyle and the need for results. The procedure on the day was flawless and I was home by 5pm that day. All the follow ups with the nursing team to change bandages and with Dr Jeddy at the 3 week mark were flawless as well. 3 weeks and all the small incisions are healed, I have no swelling and I am back training for my Ironman in 2026. Couldn’t recommend Dr Jeddy, his team and Spire hospital any more

From my first appointment with Dr Jain, things went gery smoothly, he was able to identify my need for surgery quickly and then began to explain the process i would go through clearly and consisely. Dr Jain explained to me in simple enough terms the problem i had, the methods t9 be used to fix it, and then also explained the things i could be doing in preparation pre, during and post op to assist the process. 6 weeks post op, i am very happy with the progress i am making, am clear about what i need to do to ensure full recovery and i have Dr Jain to thank for that. Couldnt reccomend him more.

As always friendly, helpful and professional team. Had to wait for my appointment which was a little frustrating as had a taxi waiting. I understand there was an emergency that came in before me, but would have been nice to have been told so I could re organise my taxi. But that said the whole experience is great from start to finish. I would say though that filter coffee in flasks is not the best option for a good hospitality service for private patients? Bean to cups are so good these days I would suggest the flasks are replaced by these. The coffee each time I’ve been have been undrinkable.

I understand went a procedure at Kingsbridge hospital Ballykelly. From my first appointment I was treated with care and respect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My appointment prompt and quick. All question and queries I had where answered in a matter I could understand. On the morning of my procedure the room I was given was clean and bright. Staff were very attentive and made me feel at ease. After the op try he staff where always near taking vitals and super attentive. The staff and doctors made my stay comfortable and mostly pain free.

I underwent a HoLEP operation carried out by Mr Brewin and his team. Both the operation and my recovery have been excellent. Due to potential complications, in the event there were none, the operation was carried out in Salisbury NHS Hospital. Again the staff were friendly and helpful but circumstances at the time in the recovery ward resulted in the washroom facilities being less than acceptably clean.

Attended Spire Leeds having researched IDB. His testimonials were no exaggeration and his patient care pre & post surgery was first class, not to mention his expertise whilst under surgery. The procedure was expected to be quite straight forward, however previous surgery left scar tissue and surgery took 3 hours. The result so far is most satisfactory. What a first class chap

Mr Bahram Fakouri

I'm currently under Mr Fakouri's care due to a (quite severe) herniated L5-S1 which has been causing me trouble all year. He was quickly able to book me in for a caudal epidural injection which is alleviating a great portion of the pain (able to bend down for the first time in 8 months). Mr Fakouri is a good listener, a very calm and professional presence. Would recommend :)

A very calm, reassuring and friendly atmosphere. The New Victoria also had the necessary scanning and blood testing facilities just a few steps away from the consultation rooms. The hospital is well served by the 57 bus route but also has facilities for dropping patients off and also limited parking.
