Dear Team, I would like to provide feedback, as my experience at Harley Street Specialist Hospital has genuinely changed my life. I want to say how incredibly grateful and eternally indebted I am to my surgeon, Mr Luke Cascarini. He has given me a completely new lease of life. He is not only an outstanding surgeon but an exceptional human being, and I cannot thank him enough for the care, precision, and compassion he showed throughout my entire journey. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Janet, Dr Bosh, and all the nursing staff, as well as every member of the team right down to the wonderful ladies on reception, including Marianne. There are too many to name individually, but every single person played a role in making this experience extraordinary. The hospital itself does not feel like a hospital at all — it feels more like a health retreat where you leave as a better version of yourself. The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. For anyone suffering from sleep apnea, as I was, or dealing with any of the conditions treated by your specialists, I could not recommend HSSH and Mr Luke Cascarini more highly. I recently had a bilateral breast augmentation at 101 Harley Street and I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was — especially thanks to Dr. Agha Riaz. From the very first consultation, Dr. Riaz stood out as one of the most genuine, caring and skilled doctors I have ever met. He took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted, explained every step clearly, and made me feel completely safe and confident in my decision. His professionalism, precision and warm manner instantly put me at ease. The operation itself was a complete success, and the results are even better than I imagined. Dr. Riaz’s attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome truly show in his work. His follow-up care was just as exceptional — he checked in, reassured me and made sure my recovery was smooth and comfortable. The entire team at 101 Harley Street was outstanding, especially Simon, the nurse, who was incredibly supportive and kind throughout the process. Moorfields Private Eye Hospital

Very chaotic administration after the initial consultation (errors and delays in invoicing, typos in the written opinion and delays in providing price information for surgery). I felt that the staff couldn't be bothered to get things moving and I had to keep chasing them. The package price quoted on the website for cataract surgery also turned out to be very misleading because the consultant wanted to charge an extra fee for fitting a toric lens, in addition to the extra cost of the lens itself. This pushed up the cost considerably. This extra, hidden, consultant's fee had not been made clear on the website and I felt that I had been induced into paying for a consultation on the back of misleading information about the cost of the surgery. The consultant may well have been an excellent surgeon (I don't know because I chose not to proceed) but these issues made me very uncomfortable and led me to lose complete confidence in the hospital. Going to Moorfields Private was a complete waste of time and money and the hospital ought to refund the consultation fee.

Dr. Athanasios Tsoumpris

Mental State Examination - of the psychiatrist Pleasant on interaction, quickly establishes a warm rapport and puts you at ease. His questions are structured but feel natural, and he allows you to go off on tangents while gently bringing you back on track when needed. He explains his thinking clearly, checks your understanding, and comes across as calm, grounded and genuinely interested. Throughout the assessment he was fully present, respectful and kind, while still being appropriately thorough and evidence-based. Impression Dr Athanasios Tsoumpris is a highly competent and compassionate Consultant Psychiatrist with real expertise in adult ADHD. I felt listened to, taken seriously and never rushed, and I left the assessment feeling understood and hopeful rather than judged. I am very happy with my diagnosis and the way it was reached, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking an ADHD assessment or ongoing care.

I visited Chapter One with my 4 year old child, we both had an appointment with Ashley. The practice is immaculate, beautifully designed and feels more like a luxury spa than a dental practice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Ashley was charming, instantly putting us at ease, involving my daughter with everything she was doing and making it a fun experience. With regards to my appointment, Ashley was very informative, ensuring I had time to ask questions and I left assured I was in highly capable hands. All the equipment was state of the art and I now have ultimate confidence in my dental routine. Easily the most professional and positive dental visit I have had, I would thoroughly recommend Chapter One and will be signing up to one of their care plans for my family.

I had the pleasure of attending several sessions with Mrs. Sandra. The first focused on an assessment of my overall health, followed by clear and practical recommendations for improvement. She prepared a detailed report that included a personalized list of supplements with precise dosages, which I found extremely helpful and highly professional. In addition, I experienced several kinesiological sessions that brought me significant emotional relief. These sessions allowed me to gain new perspectives on patterns I hadn’t recognized before and helped me release them with greater ease. I recommend Mrs. Sandra as a knowledgeable and compassionate practitioner. She approaches each person holistically, integrating both physical and energetic perspectives. Monaghan + Morrow | Vasectomy Clinic - Belfast

I attended Monaghan & Morrow clinic for a vasectomy procedure in February this year. I got booked in within 2 weeks of initial contact. I was naturally anxious about the procedure but the guys made me feel at home from the minute I walked in. The procedure was pretty much pain free. Stephen & Gillian also clearly communicated pain/brusing etc over the days following, which was very reassuring. Also a check-in email the following day to confirm all was ok. (which it was) After some initial tenderness, I was back running within 1 week of the vacetomy. The follow up semen analysis was also very straightforward. I received the kit in the post with instructions. Results were then emailed within a few weeks. I could not recommend Monaghan & Morrow enough.

Mr Radu Mihai

Mr Mihai was very accessible and approachable. He was reassuring about my diagnosis although it was serious and gave a very clear recommendation for surgical treatment which was well explained. I was confident that he was very experienced in managing patients with my condition. On the day of surgery he spoke clearly to me and my wife about the planned surgical operation and gave all the relevant information for me to be able to sign the consent form; I had plenty of time to ask questions. After surgery he visited me on the ward and saw me again the next day to check I was fit for discharge and to give clear guidance for the post operative period and to explain the plan for further follow up with results.

Wonderful care from good staff but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was too small and felt airless and too hot. But the main thing is that hopefully this surgery will enable me to have a better quality of life. I already feel that my powers of concentration have improved and my brain is working better. It seems to me that once the soreness and itchy neck skin heals I will be back at the gym in January feeling thirty years younger. The hospital has done a good job and staff team are excellent. My only recommendation is that you knock the building down and build some more comfortable bedrooms with good ventilation with some comfortable beds for tall people.

I recently had a hysterectomy at this hospital the surgeon was brilliant but during my stay in the hospital I was appalled by how I was treated. Staff were friendly but some of them when I needed them ignored me. A specialist nurse from my consultant had to advocate for me. Upon discharge, one of my stitches had been left in which then went on to cause other issues. I was then chased severally for payment when I had made clear and provided authorisation codes from my insurer. I was not impressed with service from the hospital itself at all. But my consultant was brilliant.

I only have positive things to say about the incredible Mr Mallick. He was very understanding about my pain and led a prompt, timely diagnosis and carried out the surgery in an efficient, perfect manner. Thanks to him I am feeling much better than I was previously. During the follow up appointment at his clinic he patiently listened to my questions and answered them in a way which was easy for me (non medical person) to understand. I hope many more patients are fortunate enough to receive care from Mr Mallick and his team.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Mr. Muglu at Blackheath Hospital. I truly appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me, making sure I fully understood my options and the next steps. Now, six weeks after my open abdominal hysterectomy (to treat fibroids), my recovery has been smooth, and my incision is healing beautifully. At every stage, I felt supported and well cared for by Mr. Muglu, his admin team, and the entire staff at Blackheath. I'm really grateful for the care I received.

Kingsbridge Diagnostic and Treatment Centre

Disabled parking wasn’t available at the car park for the Diagnostic Centre or at Outpatients at the main site. In fact, there were no spaces for anyone to park. Although I arrived at the car park in good time, being unable to park meant I had to drive around until I found a spot to park on the street, the very thing that Kingsbridge is advising patients not to do. The onus should be on Kingsbridge, not the patient, to have planned adequate patient parking before offering private patient services.

Dr Robert White

General Practitioner

Dr White was very polite and understanding of my diagnosis but not to have provided a prescription and send me off knowing how much a tube of the ointment was at £26 each I was not in a position to pay £78 for 3 tubes to treat me and my husband. I have had to wait a further 3 days feeling horribly un clean after the diagnosis and continue suffering. I’m still waiting for the cream to arrive via the post.

Mr Sayed Iqbal Miakhil

Urologist

I had been using self catheters for 8 years. It does impede on life. I waited 27 months for an HoLEP procedure, but it was worth the wait. I now empty my bladder as and when necessary instead of by regime. I was treated really well during my hospital stay and given guidance for my return home. It has revolutioned my life. I feel normal again. My thanks to doctors and staff.

Mr Chatenya Chauhan

Mr Chauhan was very clear with details about the procedure and very reassuring, he gives me great confidence in his abilities as this will be my second procedure with him. The first knee repair is still working fine which was done eight years ago. Now have a new issue and I am sure it will be good too. Side note the assisting nurse was lovely and very helpful.
