My hearing care assistant Claire was brilliant. I only made the appointment because I was spending New Year in the area from London and still had muffled hearing despite being under treatment for wax removal in both ears. I had already gone down the local NHS route, which uses only irrigation, to no effect and the private (Specsavers) route, which uses only micro-suction, with limited success after several visits. So I was delighted that with just one treatment of about twenty minutes at Meadows and Wood my ears were completely clear. Claire used both methods in appropriate combination to get the result I wanted. She was very pleasant, friendly and extremely professional and fully answered any questions I had. She was also careful to keep me informed of what she was doing at every point of the treatment whilst ensuring that there was no pain or discomfort. I would unhesitatingly recommend Meadows and Wood to anybody. The standard of treatment I received was so high that it might well be worth making the trip from London the next time I need their services!

Dr Stephan was patient to listen to my concerns, made sure he understands the full picture, walked me through the reasons for the proposed tests, and helped get the relevant tests to rule out CVD. Afterwards we discussed what would be an appropriate recurring monitoring plan, and what to expect if I change my diet. Also answered a bunch of questions/concerns regarding protein and creatine intake, and kidneys health. You'll both get great treatment and more understanding of your condition.

The hospital was very clean and well maintained, and all of the staff were extremely helpful, caring, and professional throughout my visit. I felt very well looked after from start to finish. I was recommended St Giles physiotherapy to take our Son to as he was complaining of knee pain. Claudiu diagnosed what was wrong and gave our son various exercises to do to help with the pain. Our son also had laser treatment and massages which really helped. The exercise programme we continued with at home too using a friendly app to track progress. I highly recommend St Giles physiotherapy and Claudiu.

We all know that women's health, particularly those in middle age, is not a priority for the NHS. Dr Barton has made it a priority and thank goodness for that. She is calm, professional and explains things clearly. I'm looking forward to beginning this journey with her.

She took the time to go through my medical history, as well as to explain things as she went along, especially during my examination. I required a GP appointment at short notice. WLC had same day appointments available, which I could book hassle free on the website. I saw a GP that diagnosed my health issue and provided a script. My pharmacist had an issue with obtaining the one item, but a phone call to WLC resolved that and a new script was texted and emailed to me later the same day.

Kasra Saeb-Parsy Quickly diagnosed ( correctly first time as it turned out) and the treatment worked very quickly and cleared up the issue I had been having for past couple of years which my local GP struggled to resolved. I had a septic a septic finger. It was a Saturday morning. Pharmacy would not provide antibiotic cream without seeing a GP. No NHS GP available. Rang Deben healthcare and Dr able to see me within half an hour. Dr was very thorough and carried out a small procedure. Issued a prescription for antibiotic cream.
