From the moment I came across Dr. Kat’s website, I had an immediate gut feeling that she was the right doctor to guide us through our fertility journey, and I was not wrong. Under her care, I have completed two egg retrievals. During our second retrieval, we were incredibly grateful to have five blastocysts successfully created and frozen in total. Dr. Kat’s knowledge, precision, and thoughtful approach truly made a difference in our outcomes. She was also instrumental in uncovering an issue that could have easily gone unnoticed. Dr. Kat recommended further testing for my husband, which led to the discovery of a varicocele. She promptly referred us to a urologist, and following his procedure, our results improved significantly. Without her recommendation and thorough attention to every detail, we truly believe we would not be where we are today. Beyond her clinical expertise, Dr. Kat is exceptionally compassionate and supportive. She communicates promptly through the app, answers questions with clarity and care, and is present every step of the way. Her reassurance and dedication made an emotionally challenging process feel manageable and hopeful. We are so excited to continue forward and begin the next chapter of starting our family, and we look forward to updating this review when that day comes. Dr. Kat is truly a blessing, and we are endlessly grateful to have her as our fertility and IVF doctor. If you are just starting your fertility journey or searching for an IVF doctor who will genuinely support you and advocate for you every step of the way, I cannot recommend Dr. Kat enough. I was informed in the email sent for my first appointment that the consultation would take approx one to one and a half hrs maybe more if I was having tests. I saw the consultant and had the tests, this took no more than 10-15 minutes. In my experience of having private consultation I don’t think this was a consultation, I was told someone will call me and give me details of the treatment, I was not given a time or day when this phone call would take place. I tried to ask questions about the treatment but was told they would explain all to me in the phone call. I called next day as I had other commitments the following days and weeks and may have missed their call. I was given the information about the treatment on the phone, I asked if I was paying for this phone call and was told that I would not be charged. I was charged and paid for the tests on the day, after the phone call I later received an invoice for the consultation of £300, so basically I was charged for a phone consultation as I don’t believe I got a consultation on the day that warranted this amount of money. I am really disappointed with this kind of service, I believe if I’m paying for a private consultation I should be given the time face to face so that I can ask questions and understand the treatment that I will be paying for. This was not NHS where you are only allocated a small amount of time, which is why I am so disappointed with this service and the costs which is unwarranted.

Having to go private as I could not wait for the 2 + years to get my knee replacement on the national health. It was the best decision I have ever made from my first appointment with Mr Whittingham- Jones to my final appointment today first class service through out everything runs like clockwork excellent Surgeon & very good nursing staff . The place is immaculate. Would not hesitate to recommend this place high enough Mr Whittingham-Jones is a highly skilled surgeon the difference getting my left leg done by a surgeon was by far a 100% better than when my right leg was carried out by a robot .

I was “plagued” with psoriasis on my elbows and forearms for the last year or so (I am a 60 year old male). I never suffered from psoriasis before. It was getting me down and I wouldn’t wear short sleeves. I made an appointment with Dr Rosy and she examined me and gave me a prescription and hey presto my psoriasis has “gone” after 4 weeks usage of prescribed spray. As per Dr Rosy it will come back but I should use spray as required when psoriasis returns. I am absolutely 100% confident now of wearing short sleeves. I am so thankful 🙏

as ever, the administration has let your business down. i had an MRI scan at Cleveland Victoria at 1000hrs and the outcome should have been given to Neurologist Dr Richard Perry. Having had more than 35 minutes consultation, i asked about the MRI scan and it had not been sent to him. as a result, we had to have a lunch around the corner and had to return an hour later to continue the consultation. I have complained a number of times about the poor administartion. this is yet another.

Dr. Kenny Sunmboye

Since last seeing Dr Sunmboye (last February) not only had I had a stroke but had also developed several issues. Dr.Sunboye addressed each of my issues with empathy and listened diligently…. Never rushing me whilst I went through my list. Dr Sunmboye was particularly concerned about my recent stroke, and listened showing care and concern. I left the surgery with a definite plan for the future, and may I add a much more happier person than when I went in.

I had a knee replacement and had a reaction to the anaesthetic which resulted in me having to spend several days in bed vomiting copiously. The staff were so supportive and caring; the nurses couldn’t help enough, the porters, physios, catering staff and cleaning crew were good natured , helpful and thorough. Since arriving home I have had numerous phone conversations with Horder staff, who have been reassuring and helpful with my recovery.

Prof Quraishi is a fantastic doctor and technically gifted surgeon . I had a sacro-iliac joint injury many years ago which was fixed in Bristol . Suffered with pain for over 10 years and saw a vast number of specialists . It was only when I saw Prof Quraishi that I knew he could fix me . He did - placed bolts across my SIJ bypassing the previous metalwork. I have had an excellent outcome and he has changed my life !

I came to Barts for PFO closure with Dr Micheal Mullen and can not thank everyone at St Barts enough for their help, care and professionalism, from the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I left. Paediatric appointment for my child- Mrs Mira De Krijf was brilliant. She talked us through everything and made myself and husband feel we were finally on the right path to getting our child the correct treatment. She made our 9 year old feel at ease straight away and explained everything to her too in a child friendly way. Very happy.

The staff at the hospital are absolutely brilliant. Communication was always clear and timely, and their care was very much centred around me as the patient and nothing was too much of an ask. Overall my recent experience was excellent. I had recently had foot surgery and had a blue post surgery shoe on. A lovely, thoughtful and kind nurse called Theresa brought me a stool and pillow to elevated my foot without me even asking and generally looked after me and made sure all the other patients were ok.
