I am VERY physically active and have run frequently since the age of 14; I was operated on ~1 month before my 50th birthday. I have also inherited osteoarthritis, but in hindsight, I seem to have managed this better than my dad, who had his first arthroscopy before he hit 40 years of age. Mr Whittingham-Jones performed arthroscopy on my right knee because there were several sizeable loose bodies in there, which caused my knee to 'catch' in such a way when I walked that it would buckle on me; there was also fleeting sharp pain when it did so. In addition, MRI scans showed a 'flap' of torn posterior horn medial meniscus that needed to be tidied up/excised. Mr Whittingham-Jones removed the loose bodies, and I have rehabilitated well, with a lot of effort*. However, the flap of meniscus still causes my knee to catch from time to time. * I feel that there should be much better information provided regarding the 'rehab journey' for patients, broken down according to age, history, pathology, etc. There is scope for someone to make a LOT of money providing this as an online service...

Had Cataracts removed in July and then September the staff and Dr Jothi was excellent and couldn’t wish for any better care, follow up phone calls on the day after to check if all was ok such a great procedure on both occasions and no pain at all as everything was explained. The eye sight is now great with all the colours all being clear and now I just need reading glasses to see stuff up close ,have worn glasses for the past 60 years and find it funny not having to were glasses permanently. I would thourghly recommend KingsBridge and their staff as all was very kind and looked after your needs on every visit, One thing no pain .

Its a really good experience, I'm really enjoying the meditation sessions. Understanding trauma and cravings and learning tools have helped me understand more about my addiction and opening up and sharing with the therapy team has really improved my self worth and I have felt really empowered. This has been the perfect place for me. The VR is really enjoyable, its very realistic and I was put in the perfect scenario to help me understand my addiction. My husband and I both saw Rekesh and are really impressed. A first class ear specialist who from the outset listens attentively, explains clearly and makes you feel at ease. My hearing test and wax removal from both ears were pain-free even though there was some wax on my actual eardrum. My husband got great advice on how to manage with wax buildup in his ears and on what to do and importantly not to do & when to have it removed. Highly recommended.
