Dear Team, I would like to provide feedback, as my experience at Harley Street Specialist Hospital has genuinely changed my life. I want to say how incredibly grateful and eternally indebted I am to my surgeon, Mr Luke Cascarini. He has given me a completely new lease of life. He is not only an outstanding surgeon but an exceptional human being, and I cannot thank him enough for the care, precision, and compassion he showed throughout my entire journey. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Janet, Dr Bosh, and all the nursing staff, as well as every member of the team right down to the wonderful ladies on reception, including Marianne. There are too many to name individually, but every single person played a role in making this experience extraordinary. The hospital itself does not feel like a hospital at all — it feels more like a health retreat where you leave as a better version of yourself. The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. For anyone suffering from sleep apnea, as I was, or dealing with any of the conditions treated by your specialists, I could not recommend HSSH and Mr Luke Cascarini more highly. Delamere: Private Rehab Clinic & Addiction Treatment

Wow, what an amazing place with a holistic approach to recovery. Far from previous experiences that simply provide a detox and a few tools tacked on the end. Delamere provides any willing individual the opportunity to explore yourself and a way of life that can truly bring balance and happiness. The food was excellent, home cooked with minimal processed food, probably only the tofu as the vegetarian option was processed, along with bacon and sausage for breakfast. Chefs were very approachable and friendly, even gained some advice on what to cook at home. The overall environment was clean, tidy and well maintained. The liaison team were excellent and always on hand to support and guide when needed.The nursing team were also superb, always there to answer any medical questions in a compassionate way. The mentors provided clear direction without judgement or bias. My therapist was second to none and created a safe environment for me to discover myself, while always being there to catch me when I stumbled. All in all a life changing experience. I have left with a solid toolset and aftercare package that will steer me through a joyful life with my friends and family. Only negative was the insane temperature in the bedrooms…..bring some cool PJs.

From the moment my procedure was over, the nurses were by my side — kind, patient, and so comforting. They made me feel safe and completely at ease during a time that could have been overwhelming. My surgeon and nurse continued that same level of warmth and support throughout my aftercare. Their reassurance, responsiveness, and genuine concern for my wellbeing meant more to me than they probably realise. Their care and attention were truly outstanding — compassionate, professional, and heartfelt in every way. I am so thankful to each and every one of them, and I could not recommend Kingsbridge highly enough.

Happy how the appointment went .Any concerns I might have had was discussed in full leaving me reassured that my healing process was on the right track..Also it was reassuring to know that I will receive another appointment in six/ 1 years time to check that both operations on my knees are healing and not causing me any other difficulties.Mr palmer has been excellent all the way through this journey.He been a good listener explaining and reassuring and putting you at ease.Iv have had lots of operations in the pass but Dr Palmer is definitely on the top of my list as Dr/surgeon.

Dr Janjua is always incredibly thorough in the eye exam, explaining each step and answering all my questions with patience. He takes the time to discuss my prescription in detail and also the variety of lens options available such as anti-fatigue, blue light reduction and anti-glare. I work in the computing industry and having the right eyewear makes the difference between a good day and one where you’re severely tired at the end of it. Dr Janjua’s expertise and attention to detail makes sure you’re confident it will be a good day.

Mr Josef Watfah

Dr Watfah is a superb doctor and surgeon. He is calm, very kind and most importantly fully aware of you emotional and physically state and provides excellent support during appointments to confirm full understanding and asssurance before and after surgery. Highly recommend Dr Watfah, we need more doctors like him with a real human connection and ability to understand you and put you at ease. You will be in great hands. Clayton Ward at Queen Charlotte's & Chelsea Hospital

I would very highly recommend the Clayton ward. We have had two babies there and were really well looked after by kind, happy staff (doctors, midwives, assistants, catering and reception) who taught us a huge amount about how to care for a newborn. Having access to 121 support from midwives anytime day or night is just invaluable. The food was very good (for hospital food) and we genuinely looked forward to it each day - it really helped us recover as sleep deprived parents.

Dr Manuela Cresswell

This was my final post operative check up after my ear operation. Dr Cresswall has a pleasant manner and explains everything in detail in a way that is easily understandable. Throughout my treatment, from the initial appointment, through my operation and post operative check ups, Dr Cresswell has been excellent. I will need an operation on my other ear and I have no problem being looked after by Dr Cresswell. I know I am in a safe pair of hands.

Dr Haus is a master of his craft. I have been visiting Dr Haus for several years now for a variety of treatments, including lasers and injectables. Dr. Haus's clinic is immaculate, spotless, beautiful and relaxing and the staff are so friendly, efficient and capable; nothing is too much trouble. Outstanding!

When I was ready to be seen, I was greeted by Dr Michael Smith. His friendly and welcoming nature instantly put me at ease, even though I was already feeling anxious. The medical exam was done with professionalism and Dr Smith talked to me throughout which I appreciated. I can not express my gratitude enough.

Asked all questions (clearly from script/list of qs), even when already discussed and known as irrelevant, or already covered the answer. Exercises provided in technical terms only, hard for lay person to remember and understand. Zero follow up even though it was promised.
