I found MP through a friend of my sister who was having an horrific menopausal ordeal so she decided to go private and discovered MP. She spoke very highly of them and so both myself and my sister immediately booked appointments. I had an unpleasant interaction about 2 years earlier with an NHS FEMALE doctor at my GP surgery when I tried seeking help with my menopausal symptoms, as I found her quite callous and unsympathetic as she told me that I just needed to buckle down & get on with it as it is normal and every woman goes through it, but she would describe pills if I couldn’t handle it. I was so disheartened and discouraged that I never sought any further help. So struggled through this for three and a half years without any medical help. I tried a lot of natural & herbal remedies but nothing seemed to help, if anything it made my symptoms worse. I was suffering from awful hot & cold flushes and unbearable itchy skin. It was so debilitating and was making me miserable and I have always been a bright and upbeat individual. I had a talk with Zarina, the office manager, who arranges all the appointments and follow up calls and who was simply put a godsend. She was empathetic, patient, kind and very reassuring. She is an amazing ambassador for the clinic. I referred to her as My Earth Angel, she was beyond helpful. My doctor of choice was Dr Ash. I had my first appointment with her and liked her immediately. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled and could answer any question asked of her. She put me at my ease instantly and asked considered and pertinent questions surrounding my symptoms. I never felt that she was just going through the motions and that I was one of many. She was very down to earth, personable and likeable. It almost felt like a chat between friends , although one of them extremely knowledgeable about the subject at hand. I came away feeling fortified and HEARD! Dr Ash immediately got me started on a prescription , and advised a follow up appointment for 12 weeks later to see how the medication had worked. I used a pharmacy that they are affiliated with to order my prescription and it was an huge relief as it arrived to my workplace the very next day so I could start on it immediately. I had my follow up appointment with Dr Ash and she adjusted my prescription as my symptoms had lessened but not disappeared so upped the strength which helped immensely. I am now receiving my prescription through the NHS and am doing really well and have gotten my life back , but I could not have achieved this without Medical Prime who put me on the road to recovery. Yes it is expensive but totally worth it in my opinion. I had no idea about where to start and it is a minefield as there are so many doctors out there who just prescribe medication without really thinking about what is most suitable for YOU. MP really take the time to find out what medication will give you the best results and that is what everyone wants and needs. . Dr Ash was very thorough and I was never made to feel that I was being dramatic about the effect my symptoms were having on me. Medical Prime made a huge difference for me and I will be ever grateful for their help in my menopausal journey.

Since having a cystectomy back in 2023 and being discharged from another hospital, my periods were terribly painful lasting 16+ days causing me a lot pain and some days I felt I was unable to cope, I was often cancelling on plans and having to bin clothing due to the heaviness of my periods. I often felt down due to the pain and felt stuck after being told by another hospital my pain was down to “exam stress” Miss Ghosh believed my pain and investigated with multiple MRI tests, blood tests and ultrasounds I then got diagnosed with Adenomyosis. Miss Ghosh also removed me of the contraceptive patch and changed me over to the mirena coil which has changed my periods. They are now much lighter and do not last any longer than one week and are much more manageable. Miss Ghosh explained thoroughly the benefits of the coil and how if anything changes I can contact her. Thank you Miss Ghosh, you have made a massive impact to me and I am very appreciative. I was really nervous and anxious at the beginning but, from my first appointment with Dr. Metin, I felt in reliable hands. We had an extensive pre-surgery conversation where everything about the procedure was explained in details, all my questions answered in a very professional and friendly way. The procedure went smoothly. The follow-up medical checks were well organised and I felt well supported after the procedure. I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the result, my breast looks much better and more natural compared with the result of my first procedure. I had a great experience with Dr Cappai at Diverse Minds Clinic. She listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on therapy and pharmacological treatment. I conducted some research before booking with Diverse Minds Clinic, and I was reassured because the clinic is registered with the CQC (unlike some other popular services in London), and Dr Cappai also works in the NHS as an ADHD specialist. The building in central London, Harley Street, is very elegant, and I felt comfortable during the long assessment (I had a 3-hour ADHD and ASD assessment), and Dr Cappai allowed some breaks and ensured I was at ease. The appointment started on time, and the report was very thorough. I am happy with the service. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

After a mole on my shoulder began to grow, I booked a private consultation with a specialist who had removed others by Crotherapy. He told me that he could only do it after the infection which had caused it to change, had been cured and prescribed a course of antibiotics. The infection increased after several courses of six different antibiotics which were prescribed by my NHS practice were not able to halt its progress. My daughter Annie convinced me to book an appointment at Essex Private GP. I was seen on the same day and the correct antibiotics to target the infection were identified and prescribed at my first visit. There is already a significant improvement, thank you.

We were lucky enough to get into the appointment before our allotted time. Mr Mohammad seemed like a very nice person, but I felt very rushed, I wasn’t shown the MRI scan, The situation was not explained to us in depth,just offered options of an injection or surgery involving “metal work” which scared me somewhat. So I chose the injection as seemed a less scary choice to start with. We were told this would be put forward, then we left , all taking about five minutes, not really very reassuring. Hopefully I may get another chance for someone to explain what the operation with the “ metal work” would involve. So I would feel more confident with what needs to be done

Mr Samer Mahmoud

I saw Mr Mahmoud on 31 December for a check-up and was seen quickly. However, I'd been asked to arrive 45 minutes early to have an x-ray which, on arrival, wasn't required! Mr Mahmoud is a kind and caring Consultant who really listens, but at the same time is always very professional. He explained how he'd carried out the hip operation to my daughter and I (which has been a huge success); showed before and after images on his screen, and watched me walk. I will be having the other hip replaced this year, and thankfully Mr Mahmoud will be carrying this out. He is an expert in his field and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Dr. Lencioni performed my ablation along with Dr. De Bono. He is a very calm, reassuring and patient doctor. I was very anxious about the procedure initially but Dr. Lencioni has such a good "bedside manner" that I felt quite ready for the procedure to start. The procedure went well and my after care was excellent. Any questions I had were promptly answered. I received outstanding care from Dr. Lencioni, Dr. De Bono, and Michelle, the practice manager at Birmingham Heart Rhythm Group. I am so grateful because - for now, I have my life back!
