After a mole on my shoulder began to grow, I booked a private consultation with a specialist who had removed others by Crotherapy. He told me that he could only do it after the infection which had caused it to change, had been cured and prescribed a course of antibiotics. The infection increased after several courses of six different antibiotics which were prescribed by my NHS practice were not able to halt its progress. My daughter Annie convinced me to book an appointment at Essex Private GP. I was seen on the same day and the correct antibiotics to target the infection were identified and prescribed at my first visit. There is already a significant improvement, thank you.

Private room badly refurbished from a two bed ward. Very poor heating system so room was cold and because there were three windows to the corridor, it could not be darkened - blinds ineffective. Bathroom newly refurbished but I was surprised there was no Arab douche facility or bidet. It is not acceptable to have to pull individual sheets of very poor quality toilet paper from a wall machine. There were shampoo bottles and body lotion but no soap bottles or dispenser. I know the NHS cannot compete with SJand E or the Wellington but I was dismayed by the standard. Care was good but rushed because of Christmas staffing levels.

I’ve been a customer at Quality Dental for a while now and they’ve always been amazing. More recently, I’ve been seeing Dr. Ahmed for a filling, and he is fantastic. Coming from someone who is usually terrified of needles, I was naturally nervous, but he is incredibly gentle and patient. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and his work is top-tier. It’s been a total relief to find a dentist who actually listens and makes the experience stress-free. I can’t recommend him and the team enough!

I’ve never liked the NHS GP system. Ten minutes feels rushed and it isn’t suitable for those who want to pro actively look after their health and longevity. Luckily I’ve had a great experience with Ezra / Zenvité. Being able to schedule an appointment online at a time / day suitable for my busy schedule is perfect. I’m also able to get any medication required delivered to my door. Having regular check ins gives me peace of mind that my health is in order.

Dr Maithili Srikantha

A very pleasant, helpful lady who dealt with my problem quickly and professionally. I would judge her to be extremely competent and knowledgeable of her specialism. She swiftly outlined my diagnosis as far as she was able and has arranged an MRI scan plus EEG of my head to more fully inform the diagnostic process. She has already provided a full written report to me and my GP practice and promised a further review when the results are to hand.

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and Dr Karim was ready to see me immediately and warmly welcomed me. He explained clearly about everything that he did and ensured that I fully understood what was happening. At the end of my appointment he clearly explained what he expected of me following that appointment and looked forward to seeing me for my next check up. I felt completely at ease throughout the appointment.

Miss Alex Hazlerigg

During the operation, Miss Hazlerigg put me at my ease and since I expressed interest in the procedures, she explained what she was doing throughout the operation and why. There was also a nurse by my side who I assume was there to distract my attention if i showed signs of worry. The operation has been successful. Miss Hazlerigg on my aftercare visit, explained what to expect in my further recovery an answered all my questions.

Mr Claudiu Hoban

I was recommended St Giles physiotherapy to take our Son to as he was complaining of knee pain. Claudiu diagnosed what was wrong and gave our son various exercises to do to help with the pain. Our son also had laser treatment and massages which really helped. The exercise programme we continued with at home too using a friendly app to track progress. I highly recommend St Giles physiotherapy and Claudiu.

Mr Shahab Khan (Shad)

Mr Khan is both knowledgeable and thorough. He is my approachable and open to you asking questions. With me he went the extra mile and during my procedure noticed another issue that warranted further investigations and treatments and a 2nd operation. Following this it took a while for me to get back to normal and He made him self very available to guide me through this and the adjusting my supplements.

I recommend a private appointment. Instead of a rushed NHS 10 minute experience, the doctor spends 30 minutes understanding symptoms and background. Dr Hamdulay was very thorough, professional and friendly. He gave me very helpful advice and the medication I needed to make a full recovery. Highly recommend OSD Healthcare.
