Mr Steve Bromage was very professional and respectful. He made me feel very comfortable while having the converations about my issue - he explained everything very clearly and also had a lot of patience to listen to me. I knew exactly what the issue is and what next steps are. I chose Mr Steve Bromage, because he treated my husband few years back and we had a very good experience.
Very professional, well informed, open and friendly. I had a vasectomy 16 years before and wanted a reversal. Mr Bromage was open about the chances of it working after such a length of time but seemed confident. He also did a sperm retrieval procedure at the same time which was put in storage in case the reversal wasn't successful then we could try IVF. On the day of surgery Mr Bromage kept me well informed and made sure my wife was kept up to date regularly. The whole process from admission to discharge went as smoothly as could be. Exactly a year after my reversal procedure my wife gave birth to our healthy baby boy. I would highly recommend Mr Bromage to anyone looking for a vasectomy reversal.
Found Mr Bromages details by searching independently for some advice, his reviews seemed great. I searched for him as I didn't have the greatest faith in waiting 12-18 months for a NHS Urology appointment as my discussion wasn't life threatening or urgent. I was pretty demoralised at some Fertility test results and Mr Bromage clearly outlined what could be causing the issue, and what the next steps could be. I remember feeling quite hopeful after that first consultantion! Very friendly and very reassuring, easy to talk to and hes happy to answer any questions or concerns. He operates from a few sites around south Manchester area which is quite handy and his team are very responsive in getting things booked in. Operation in 2023 went very well, followups were great and after a subsequent IVF treatment we welcomed our daughter into the world right at the end 2024! I can confidently say that talking to Mr Bromage saved us 1 - 2 years of uncertainty, you can't put a price on that, best move we ever did :)
Mr Bromage is the most incredible consultant surgeon. He effectively saved my life and I cannot thank him enough. I could recommend him to anyone with complete confidence!
Took the time to explain everything I asked about and provided alternative methods for me to choose from regarding my surgery. He gave his opinion as well and explained all the pros and cons of each alternative. Extremely knowledgable and friendly.
I haver full confidence in Dr Bromage and highly recommend him
From my layman's perspective he seemed very competent and I am pleased to be under his care.
I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Bromage. Whilst my condition wasn't life threatening he made sure that everything was investigated until the correct diagnosis was found. He was extremely professional but also spoke in a tone that was reassuring and spoke in simple terms. A lovely man.
Very professional and patient friendly. I felt in really good hands with Mr Bromage.
