Other than the delay to start the appointment, which I quite understand, the service provided was great. Everyone was sensitive to the delicate nature of the procedure and the after care was welcomed.

It was a telephone consultation and Lucy was extremely clear, professional and empathetic. Her explanations had clarity and her advice was practical and down to earth. I was left completely confident of her capabilities and content with her as my consultant.

Phone consultation today was excellent, as has been all my hifu treatment at Bath Hospital from Lucy Simmons and the rest of the team. The procedure was far less invasive than having my prostate removed, with a much quicker recovery time and a lot less side effects. It is now over a year later and I have no signs of cancer, I was so lucky I was accepted into their care for my prostate cancer treatment despite being in Devon and owe them all a great debt of gratitude.
