I’d like to share a review of the care, diagnosis, and treatment I received during my short inpatient stay and subsequent outpatient follow-up. Diagnosis: The professionalism and expertise of both Professor Teo and Dr. Patel were evident. They took the time to thoroughly review my medical history, listen attentively to my symptoms, and conduct a series of comprehensive tests. The diagnostic process was meticulous, involving advanced imaging and laboratory analyses, all explained clearly, which left me feeling confident about my care. I was admitted as an inpatient for a couple of days, and my stay was exceptionally comfortable and reassuring. The modern hospital environment and top-notch facilities contributed to a positive experience. The nursing staff was attentive and highly trained, providing outstanding care around the clock. I appreciated their responsiveness to my needs, ensuring I felt comfortable during my brief stay. Being aware that my eyesight was deteriorating I decided that the wait for NHS cataract surgery was going to take several months, and particularly at my advanced age ,that being able to see more clearly was very important for me, so decided to contact Moorfields where I was introduced to Sharmina Khan. When first visiting Miss Khan she explained the type of lens that could be used . I decided on the better lens, which it was hoped possibly allow me to see sufficiently without any glasses.at all. As both of my eyes were to be treated it was decided that this would take place with an interval of two weeks between the two procedures. I was impressed by the service given by the reception staff and indeed on the days of surgery, the room provided, for the pre op tests and recovery afterwards- the staff were positive and very polite. I found that Miss Khan performed the two operations with calmness enabling me ,to feel relaxed ,and confident , during the two procedures which was really appreciated. particularly when one is having surgery under a local anaesthetic., being mainly aware as to what is being performed , I am very grateful and impressed by Miss Khan's surgery and so grateful to be able to see more clearly again, particularly noticing richer colours and clear 3D vision once more, and indeed the efficiency of the whole procedure, which has given me back one of my most vital senses My thanks to all concerned Jeremy K

I had two appointments at 24 Portland Place. The first was for an US of my right foot at 11:40, the second one with Mr Losseff at 12:45. No problem with the first one but with it was with the second one. As I finished the US procedure around 12:05, I went to the 2nd floor to wait for Mr Losseff's appointment at 12:45. I asked the receptionist whether he was running late and she responded negatively. As time passed and it was getting near 13:00, I asked the receptionists whether he was running late. Negative answer again. I enquired again around 13:10 as I had to take a train back to Oxford at 14:10. Mr Losseff called me at 13:40 and he was concerned about me not appearing on the screen despite having registered on the main reception desk. As he did not see me on his screen, he saw another patient. He was extremely kind and concerned about timing. He is a kind, and caring person and excellent neurologist. As I complained to the receptionists on the second floor, the problem was with the initial registration on the main reception desk. This has never happened to me, my husband or my youngest daughter who are patients of Cleveland Clinic. It would be good if it does not happen again. Check when patients have more than one appointment please and that they this information is transmitted correctly to the corresponding floors' reception desks. Thank you.

Mr. Kelleher was my chosen consultant for both of my pregnancies, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. During my first pregnancy, my waters broke unexpectedly at 36 weeks. Despite it being 4:00 AM, Mr. Kelleher took my call immediately and met me at the hospital just two hours later. His decisive recommendation to deliver early to avoid infection ensured that both my baby and I remained healthy and safe. ​When my second pregnancy became significantly more complex with a high risk of premature delivery, I knew I was in the best possible hands. Mr. Kelleher monitored me meticulously, coordinating additional specialist care with the premature delivery team at St Thomas'. Despite two hospitalizations, his expert guidance helped me reach full term. He delivered our healthy second baby with the same skill and care he showed the first time. Beyond his own practice, his referrals to other specialists—including an endocrinologist and physiotherapist—were outstanding. We are incredibly grateful for everything he has done for our family.

Professor Plaha is an incredibly rare human being. Within 24 hours of my MRI scan being sent to him, he took responsibility for my care. The subsequent week, he met with me and guided me through my condition with a clear prognosis and a plan for treatment. He referred me onwards to other neurologists who were able to adapt my medication accordingly to ensure pre-operative stability. Along with his expert team, he operated to resect my tumour in a highly sensitive location with precision and success. He followed up after surgery with histology results and I have recently met with him at GenesisCare in Oxford, which promptly took place after my 3 month post operative MRI scan. In clinic, and as always - he exuded true warmth, humility, professionalism and integrity. He is a true specialist in his field and I am gracious to be under his care. Where anyone is looking for a true expert in his field in difficult and challenging circumstances, you must go no further.

I am so thrilled with my experience at Weymouth Street Hospital, London, after having had cataracts removed in both of my eyes, by Mr Hove of Blue Fin Vision. I can see clearly now, both distance and close up, reading, computer etc, etc.. ; no need for any glasses. Mr Hove is truly amazing - so caring, kind and professional. He explained everything to me in my assessment on Monday 8th December, in Chelmsford and actually had the operation in such a short time - Thursday 11th December! I am a new person now ! Doctor Carlos, the anesthetist, was also so kind and caring. I felt thoroughly at ease for my operation. Many, many thanks to everybody, including the kind nurse. My husband and I were both given a delicious meal afterwards, which was really appreciated - so welcome. Thank you very, very much for everything, everybody

The Manor Hospital appeared clean, pleasant environment and staff were friendly. There is however one major issue - Car Parking. I nearly missed my appointment despite arriving 35 minutes prior. The car park does not appear adequate for the volume of patients and staff. A vehicle had been parked and blocked the car park, presumably because they thought were going to miss their appointment. This was resolved by creating a one way system which finally allowed me to, by luck, get a space. As an improvement it might be good if when booking, the booker tells the patient of possible alternative car parks in the area that they might have to use?

I went at 11 weeks for a scan and for a NIPT test. The booking process was excellent, the members on the phone were so helpful and considerate. My appointment with Dr Desi was on time and extremely thorough. She was so compassionate, caring and kind throughout the appointment, explaining everything each step of the way and being extremely thorough through the scan and explaining our NIPT options. It’s the best consulting experience I’ve had throughout my pregnancy. Reception staff were extremely helpful too. I would really recommend LPC to any expecting couples.
