Choosing Cleveland Clinic London for my endometriosis surgery was one of the most transformative decisions of my life. I arrived exhausted, scared, and carrying years of pain — and I left feeling safe, understood, and finally free. My surgeon, Dr Mohamed Mabrouk, is truly extraordinary. He is one of those rare doctors who combine world-class surgical skill with genuine compassion. What he achieved in the operating room still amazes me. Although I was originally diagnosed with milder endometriosis, once the surgery began it turned out to be stage 4 — something that often can only be discovered during laparoscopy, because deep infiltrating lesions simply cannot be seen on scans. This can happen “out of the blue,” and it did in my case. Yet even with this unexpected complexity, Dr Mabrouk removed every single trace of disease with exceptional precision: • My ovarian reserve was fully preserved. • None of my organs were damaged. • Not even a single blood vessel was touched. This level of surgical accuracy is incredibly rare for stage 4 cases. Many women lose organs or face complications, but he protected every part of my body. His steadiness, confidence, and expertise are on a completely different level. But beyond his skill, what touched me most was his kindness. He explained everything patiently, made me feel safe, and even called me personally after the surgery — including on weekends — just to check on me. He is a doctor with a huge heart. My anesthesiologist, Jeremy R. Prout, was equally exceptional — calm, reassuring, and so professional that I felt safe even in the most vulnerable moment before going under. The nursing team was unbelievable. They checked on me day and night, looked after my pain management, took tests, reassured me constantly, and treated me with so much warmth. They didn’t just do their job — they cared. After discharge, the nurses continued to support me over the phone, checking on my recovery and symptoms. They even provided me with all the medication I needed to take home, which made everything easier and much less stressful. The hospital itself felt peaceful, clean, luxurious — beautiful private rooms, delicious food available at any time, and a calm atmosphere that truly helps recovery. Now, one month after my complex robotic surgery, I can say something I never thought I would again: my physical and mental health is finally restored. I have no pain. I feel light and calm. My body feels healthy for the first time in years. My mind feels peaceful. Cleveland Clinic London, Dr Mohamed Mabrouk didn’t just treat my illness, he gave me my life back. I visited the Well Life Clinic as I had been diagnosed with ADHD three years ago and since then I have not received any treatment. This was not through any lack of trying with the NHS, and the good efforts of my local GP. The waiting list for ADHD diagnosis and treatment is getting longer and longer, with a minimum three years or more, which is a national situation for ADHD diagnosed patients, as was shown on Television recently, with Well Life and Dr Kahn featuring. I then I decided that I would try the private route, and visited the Well Life Clinic in Cobham, which is a path I would recommend to any ADHD patient in my situation. Your charming receptionists were most welcoming, polite, informative and efficient. They listened to my ADHD situation, and that I had already been diagnosed three years previously and that i had all the comprehensive documentation of my diagnosis, which they asked me to forward to them. Once my details had been taken, they said they would forward everything to the appropriate person, who would contact me. Communication at Well Life is swift and I received follow up emails and phone calls as the process advanced. If I popped into the Cobham Clinic any questions I had were answered efficiently. Excellent. Things advanced quickly, my diagnosis documentation was read and accepted by the Well Life Consultantsmand a consultation with Dr Kahn set up in Oxted. I have had two consultations with Dr Kahn, one in person in Oxted, and one on line. My first one was 40 minutes at the Well Life Oxted Clinic. It was an in-depth discussion, I had to have a blood test next day in Cobham, and within a week I was prescribed the necessary medication for my blood pressure, then after monitoring that for a week, the ADHD medication was prescribed. Dr Kahn is excellent, informative, experienced and explains everything so clearly and well. One feels that one is in the best of hands. The Clinics are excellent, clean and smart. All the staff, most welcoming and efficient, in person as well as on the phone. Emails are always sent promptly, as are reminders of appointments, or electronic sending of prescriptions. After seeing one doctor who was very much "your body will get used to it", so glad to find Dr Gibson who was more sympathetic to my symptoms. A few months (and two negative FNA's) later I have now had one session of RFA to shrink some annoying thyroid nodules. Early days, but fingers crossed symptoms will start to go away soon. Dr Gibson throughout has been very good, and has a very calm and nice way about him that puts you at ease when your not sure what to expect. All 3 procedures I have had have been well explained to me and I have been well looked after by him and his team of nurses, everyone very good at checking you are ok thoughtout too. He has also been very understanding and helpful regards my job situation and loss of Bupa cover. In the franticness of the Royal Berks Hospital (not there fault, just very busy!) his calmness helped settle my nerves and it was very much a case of anticipation being well worse than the procedure itself. Fingers crossed the procedure works for me, early days, but would definitly recommend it to anyone ahead of thyroid removal for anyone whos thyroid is working fine. I would recommend him 100%! (Although he was a little mean having a cup of tea with me just before the RFA when I wasnt allowed anything! But I'll let him off that bit)

Dr. Fiona Moore who looked after us was truly exceptional — so kind, patient, and deeply respectful with my child. She gave Madison all the time she needed to feel safe and ready, explained everything gently and clearly, and never applied any pressure. Her friendly, calm manner made an experience that could have been very stressful into something positive and manageable. The staff at the clinic were also wonderful — welcoming, understanding, and very supportive throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made such a difference to our day. It’s rare to meet a doctor and team who combines such professional skill with genuine warmth and understanding, and we felt completely supported from beginning to end. We are so thankful for the way we were cared for, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I received warm, well informed professional attention throughout my care at St Anthony's Hospital; from outpatients through to discharge. The room was clean, well heated and ventilated, equipment checked and the armchairs comfortable. The unit was quiet. Nursing staff answered call bells promptly and with kindness and a smile. No request was considered a problem. Their level of knowledge and professionalism was excellent along with the standard of care. Physiotherapy care was also excellent and given with respect to my individual needs. Recovery staff were informative and reassuring. Excellent care there too. I include catering staff who also took care in their work. A few glitches with the electronics on the bed and the new bathroom which received prompt attention - the unit has been recently renovated.

Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout
