I would like to provide some positive feedback following our recent experience, Mr Sobti's PA, whose name I unfortunately do not have, was extremely helpful and efficient. She arranged a virtual appointment with Mr Sobti on Friday 12th December at short notice and ensured my daughter was seen promptly so her care was not delayed over the Christmas period. She also made sure an MRI slot was available that same Friday evening if required, and organised a follow-up appointment for Monday 15th December. This meant we were able to receive a diagnosis and treatment plan very quickly, which we greatly appreciated. Mr Sobti was also excellent. He explained everything clearly and was calm and reassuring throughout the consultation. Overall, we received a very good level of service and felt well supported throughout the process.

Mr Awad has been absolutely amazing throughout my mother’s treatment. She’s been seeing him for around 4 months for a lower eyelid growth, which was both invasive and extremely painful. Mr Awad has been so warm, kind and professional at all times and has been so reassuring. My Mum had the growth removed and eyelid reconstruction on the 18th Dec by Mr Awad and the results are truly fabulous. Mum is already mostly pain free and the surgery is so discreet that it’s hardly noticeable. We cannot praise Mr Awad enough and we would also like to say the same for his team in surgery, recovery and clinic. They are all absolutely outstanding and we are so grateful to them all for the treatment Mum has received. We would very much appreciate it if you can pass on our thanks.

I had an excellent experience with Mr Pal, medical retina specialist at Moorfields Private.He is extremely calm, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He diagnosed my CSR within minutes of the consultation and took the time to explain everything in detail, using scans and test results that had been carried out prior to the appointment. This level of clarity and thorough explanation was something I had not received during several previous consultations with other specialists, both in London and elsewhere. The administrative processes are not always easy to naviagate but the staff at the hospital are professional and helpful. Staff on reception seem well briefed on what information is needed from patients. Clinical staff - both on the wards and in the CT scanning teams were professional and reassuring. It would be useful - for people accompanying a patient for a procedure - to have some information about facilities available to them. I was at the hospital for 12 hours and the only way to get something to eat was to go out of the hopsital to buy it. It would have been helpful to have some catering available on site - if only by machine.

I’ve been with Medical Prime for 4 years and I can’t recommend Dr Theodora Kalentzi highly enough. Menopause symptoms can creep up on you,. It’s easy to ignore if not extreme but over time you can lose your former self. It doesn’t have to be that way. Dr Kalentzi offers a highly personalised approach to finding the right type af HRT for each patient. Visits for me are a time to focus on me and my overall health and wellbeing. Dr Kalentzi makes her patients feel at ease and truly delivers life transformation results for women going through the menopause.

I had a knee replacement and had a reaction to the anaesthetic which resulted in me having to spend several days in bed vomiting copiously. The staff were so supportive and caring; the nurses couldn’t help enough, the porters, physios, catering staff and cleaning crew were good natured , helpful and thorough. Since arriving home I have had numerous phone conversations with Horder staff, who have been reassuring and helpful with my recovery.

Prof Quraishi is a fantastic doctor and technically gifted surgeon . I had a sacro-iliac joint injury many years ago which was fixed in Bristol . Suffered with pain for over 10 years and saw a vast number of specialists . It was only when I saw Prof Quraishi that I knew he could fix me . He did - placed bolts across my SIJ bypassing the previous metalwork. I have had an excellent outcome and he has changed my life !

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in The Westminster Maternity Suite twice, after delivering my babies. The care, cleanliness, privacy, personal space and food are fantastic. I had really enjoyed staying there for the recovery after giving birth. The views of Big Ben both times were an amazing bonus for the night feeds of my newborn.

The consultation with the doctor was okay and she provided enough explanation. Although I expected to continue seeing the doctor, she explained that she couldn't see my mum because of her condition. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the hospital environment was very clean.
