I attended Mr Ramkisoon's surgery for a YAG Laser Capsultomy. The procedure and risks were explained clearly. The actual procedure was carried out quickly and explained at every step. I was made to feel comfortable and reassured. The effects of the Capsultomy were immediately evident. There was some mild discomfort immediately after the procedure, mainly from the brightness of the lights but this passed quickly. I would recommend Mr Ramkisoon to anyone who needs to have YAG Laser Capsultomy.

Would recommend a patient having an epidural is equipped with absorbent disposable pants immediately after their op(ie in recovery). It was an early appointment and no one was around to let us in. We tried all floor buzzers but no reply. The appointment letter did not say which floor to attend. We were let in by a member of staff who was arriving for work. Having arrived at 7am nothing really happened until about 8.30. I wonder why it was necessary to arrive at 7. Otherwise staff were kind and helpful.
