I can not speak more highly of the care I received from Reproclinic, in particular or Medical Coordinator, Karin, and Dr Alicia Hernández. Being an international patient, I was concerned about how it was all going to work, given so much of the preparation is done remotely. I need not have worried. Karin's response times to my many (many) emails were always quick and her replies provided the information and reassurances I required. I am please to say that we welcomed our healthy baby boy a couple of weeks ago, following our first IVF cycle with Reproclinic. This was on the back of 15 failed rounds in my home country. The result speaks for itself. Thank you Karin and Dr Alicia. I look forward to seeing you both again when we return to Barcelona for our second child.

Right from my first meeting to my discharge from his care, I was treated with dignity and respect and his diagnosis and treatment followed the evidence. I was really please with the quality of service at Medneo Great Portlane Street and the speed at which I got my results. The medics seemed very professional and made me feel calm. I wish I'd used the service sooner as before getting a private MRI which I paid for myself I had had a number of physio treatments and exercise plans which may my injury worse due to them not knowing what was actually wrong. They were working blind as it were. And the NHS wouldn't put me on a waiting list for a MRI through them. I got a 3T scan which I believe shows a bit more than a 1.5 scanner which cast me £299. If you can afford it it might be the right choice for you. I would definitely go to these people to have a scan again if I develop another injury.

I had appointments for a CTScan and an MRI. One after the other. For the CV Scan I was taken in early. For the MRI I was taken in some 30+ minutes late due to earlier overruns in the unit. That was no particular problem. What was a problem was the changing room in the CT Scan area. For a person who relied on balancing and walking with a stick, grab handles in the changing room would have been a godsend. There was nothing to hold on to to get down or up except the gown waste bin, which was very insecure. The bench seating was far to low and standing up was a real problem. It was rather dangerous.

I have been attending Cathedral Eye Clinic since May, when Mr Niraj Mandal carried out cataract surgery on my left eye. A follow-up operation to stitch the iris was also successful. Although I still experience some blurring at distance, tests show 6/6 vision, and this is due to be corrected with laser treatment in the New Year. I am very pleased with the way the consultations and overall service have been carried out. The care has been professional and reassuring throughout, and I am looking forward to improved distance vision in 2026

My overall experience was excellent, I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
