You have such regard for the patient not only showing a greater depth of care and empathy and is testimant of your character in practice. You take your time and listen to your patients, there is no rushing along and missing details. You work with your patients to create a plan that fixes their ailments and best suits their lives. The way you explain things is both informative and reassuring. You are a surgeon who sees patients for who they are; not just another number on the surgeons list. Your bedside manner and inter-personal skills is up and beyond the colleges and peers you work amongst, and it truly makes you stand out. You even handled complaints amongst your team with due diligence, respect and courteously...wanting to know where and how you could improve your service for the next patients to come. One of the most adaptable, and fore-sightedly thinking surgeons not only within the modern realms, but in within the next generation to come. Keep up the good work sir. Truly an assest in the medicinal world; and for anyone as lucky to have Dr. Qutayba Almerie as a surgeon- you most definitely are in safe hands!

The staff at Princess Grace Hospital were outstanding from start to finish. From pre-op to the pre-surgery waiting area, everything was explained clearly, including how patients are triaged, which really put me at ease. The level of support was exceptional; physio, dietitian input, and timely pain management were all seamlessly provided. I was also impressed by the technology, such as the pump to prevent blood clots, which gave me extra reassurance since I have predisposition to Deep Vein thrombosis. I would like to give special thanks to my anesthesiologist, Dr. Chan, who was excellent, and to every single nurse who cared for me; there were too many to name, but they were all amazing, including the night assistant who was always available the moment you ranged. Even the food exceeded expectations. It felt like 5-star dining, with healthy, abundant options that made recovery more comfortable. After many surgeries elsewhere, I can honestly say I’ve never had such a positive hospital experience. Princess Grace sets a remarkable standard of care.

He took the time to carefully listen to all my concerns, which was incredibly important as it made me feel truly heard and understood. He answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Most importantly, after a year of seeing various specialists without answers, he was finally able to provide me with a diagnosis. This brought a huge sense of relief and allowed me to set up a clear recovery plan. He also collaborates with other trusted specialists, ensuring that patients receive the most comprehensive care possible. I have only had an initial interaction with one of the doctors at the female health doctor MK, so far I've fiubd the service to be very quick with a variation of cost affective options for the first conversation. I personally have been met with finally feeling heard from a professional in the medical field after a year and a half of constant GP appointments and being on referral waiting list for over a year. I have been advised about a test package to help me further with my specific issues, and have had nothing short of polite communication and quick responses. I would so far 100% recommend any female to reach out to this company for help with their health.

We had already been with another clinic before joining CRGH and working with Dr Niki. We thought we were close to the end of our options. Then Dr Niki found a protocol that worked for us - still took a few tries and a lot of patience and Dr Niki was always there. She is very supportive and approachable, never rushed appointments when we had questions, and went out of her way to make sure she was there for the big milestones like egg collection and even doing our FET transfer on her lunch! We're so thankful and fortunate to have been paired with Dr Niki and we have had a successful transfer - so we're hopeful for the future :)

Earlier this year, I suffered a Weber type B ankle fracture with a syndesmosis injury. Dr Abbasian performed the surgery, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the nature of the injury, the surgical procedure, and what to expect during recovery. The surgery went smoothly, with no complications and minimal post-operative pain. My recovery was also much quicker than expected. I’m truly grateful to Mr Abbasian for his excellent care and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of ankle surgery.

I first went to see David Bratt on personal recommendation after suffering for a number of months being treated for the symptoms of kidney issues but never solving the overall problem. Talking to David was a refreshing change, someone who was keen to get to the cause of the issue not just treat the symptoms. David takes the time to explain issues and options in a practical way. I'm pleased to say the recurring issues I had are no more and I have been pain free following a small procedure. We have seen Dr. Jawad for both of our boys over the last few years, and I have never met a doctor as kind and professional with children. My eldest son has always been very scared of doctors, but Dr. Jawad made him feel completely comfortable — it was the first time I had ever seen my son so at ease during an appointment. I had a fibroscan which was really thorough and detailed. It was clear that the clinican was very highly trained and knowledgable. There are lots of places at the moment which primarily specialise in private baby scans but also offer health scans. I have previously been to one such place for for an abdominal scan and it was very basic - absolutely nothing like the attention to detail of the scan I had at Duality Healthcare. The doctor reviewed my background and then completed the form. I felt the support offered was thorough and friendly. While I had to pay for this service, I felt it rescued my holiday and so was therefore completely worthwhile.

Couldn’t get an NHS GP appointment for 3 weeks to authorize repeat prescription before holidays. Dr online scheduled a 15 minute appointment same day for £40 and issued the prescription which I am able to collect from a local pharmacy within a couple of days. God bless the NHS but it is SICK!
