I have had a Morton’s Neuroma for many years, which gradually worsened to the point that it severely impacted my daily life. After seeing a consultant in my hometown of Birmingham, I decided to research other options and came across Mr Julian Pavier, so I made an appointment to see him in Nottingham. Julian Pavier was truly fantastic. During the initial consultation, he identified a second, previously undiagnosed neuroma. Mr Pavier was extremely knowledgeable, and I had complete confidence that he was the right person to carry out the surgery. Following an MRI, it was decided that one large neuroma would be removed through an incision on the bottom of my foot, and a second, smaller neuroma would be decompressed through an incision on the top of my foot. I felt very reassured that this was the right decision. The surgery was carried out under local anaesthetic, and I was able to travel home later the same day. I followed all of Mr Pavier’s advice regarding recovery and rehabilitation. I am now around eight weeks post-op and absolutely over the moon with the outcome. I can walk normally without pain and wear normal footwear for the first time in years. I am gradually building up my walking and have even signed up to run a half marathon in a few months’ time — something that felt completely unattainable for many years. I couldn’t recommend Mr Pavier more highly. His knowledge, expertise, care, and skill when it comes to Morton’s Neuroma are truly second to none. I’m so glad I travelled to Nottingham to have my surgery with him.

Zack treated my son for deep verrucas caused by swimming, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The diagnosis and treatment were done in the same appointment, and everything was handled with so much care and professionalism. My son is 9 years old and was understandably nervous, but Zack was fantastic at keeping him calm, confident, and engaged throughout the treatment. He was reassuring, patient, and made the whole experience far less daunting. The treatment itself was quick and very well managed. We went back for a follow-up today and were given the all-clear, along with a top-up treatment to remove any remaining dead skin and ensure nothing was left behind. Zack explained everything clearly to both my son and me, which really empowered us and reassured us that this was the best course of action. Zack was excellent — funny, caring, and professional — exactly what you want, especially when treating a young child. I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

Dr James Thing is a miracle worker—I am now walking almost completely normally for the first time in almost a year. I had a Baker's Cyst which he drained and injected. I had limped into his office, barely able to walk and I (almost) skipped out. He did a scan on my foot but wouldn't do an injection until I had an MRI. This is good medicine as he wanted to be sure he was injecting in exactly the right place, and indeed, he wanted to make sure an injection was the right thing to do (which it was). The foot is so much better. I am back to walking my normal 4 ½ -5 mile routes without much difficulty. Dr James Thing is a brilliant doctor! What I like is that you go in, he does an ultrasound to make a diagnosis, and if appropriate, he carries out the procedure there and then. No waiting for additional appointments at additional costs. Treatment and relief are immediate. That is amazing to find in this day and age.

I’m grateful to Mr. Tsepov, Vicky, Nadia, and the full medical team for the care I received across my surgeries. From the first consultation to post-op support, I felt looked after in a steady, consistent way. Mr. Tsepov explained the plan clearly, set realistic expectations, and answered my questions without rushing. His calm and confident manner helped me feel safe, especially during moments where I felt anxious. Vicky, the nurse, was outstanding. She was attentive, warm, and reassuring. She noticed what I needed and acted quickly. That kind of care matters when you feel vulnerable. Nadia, Mr. Tsepov’s PA, was organised and responsive. Communication was clear and quick, and the admin side ran smoothly. That reduced stress at a time when I had limited energy. Thank you to everyone involved. I felt respected, listened to, and cared for as a whole person, not a task.

I had a great experience with Dr Cappai at Diverse Minds Clinic. She listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on therapy and pharmacological treatment. I conducted some research before booking with Diverse Minds Clinic, and I was reassured because the clinic is registered with the CQC (unlike some other popular services in London), and Dr Cappai also works in the NHS as an ADHD specialist. The building in central London, Harley Street, is very elegant, and I felt comfortable during the long assessment (I had a 3-hour ADHD and ASD assessment), and Dr Cappai allowed some breaks and ensured I was at ease. The appointment started on time, and the report was very thorough. I am happy with the service. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Ami Shukla is the first gynaecologist who listened to me and understood my concerns and worries. I left feeling reassured that my issues will now be looked at properly. Before seeing Ms Shukla I was feeling really lost I found GP's don't really understand womens health. I was previously put on antidepressants and was told that I was feeling a certain type of way because this was all in my head and this was put down to mental health when in realitiy my HRT needed looking at. The HRT was not quite right which is why I booked into see Ami Shukla who has now put my mind at ease and is helping me with my women issues. I highly recommend Ms Shukla to everyone.

Dr Charles, the consultant was excellent and I would 100 percent recommend him. He is polite and caring, takes his time to ensure that patient feels comfortable and understands the options, and very effective and precise. He helps with any anxiety, and is very professional. I’ve had several moles removed, including a more complex larger one, and I am satisfied with the progress during the recovery period, and the results of the others removed, and with the support that I have been given. The Clinic was a little difficult to find but once there the staff were excellent and very efficient. My appointment was on time and the waiting area was warm and comfortable. The consultant was very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions. I wasn’t rushed or meant to feel unimportant. The nurse was helpful and reassuring. There had been an administrative problem that I had mentioned to the lady on arrival and that was completely sorted out by the time I left which was extremely efficient. All professionals on all levels, be it administration, psychiatrists, health care professionals etc, have all been extremely empathetic, kind, respectful and efficient. I felt safe and able to trust all members of staff during all interactions I've had. Sometimes organisation wasn't always perfect such as informant questionnaires seemingly getting lost and causing delays and my assessment being double booked requiring a last minute rescheduling, but any problems were dealt with efficiently.

Dr Shergil is a highly skilled Dermatology Consultant/Surgeon who was recommended to me by a friend. I found him to be gentle, kind and very sensitive to my profound hearing disability. His diagnosis of a basal cell carcinoma on the rim of my right ear was clear and straightforward. I opted for him to remove the lesion at McIndoe Centre and the procedure was carried out by him without causing me any pain. He has since advised that the histology showed that the operation was successful.

Communication about where the treatment was to take place could have been a bit clearer - appointment was arranged via Shawfair Park reception but treatment was actually at Murrayfield which wasn't clear to me. Murrayfield reception also called and seemed surprised too that it has been done by Shawfair but didn't clarify where it was happening. All worked out in the end though.
