Mr Navid Jallali

I officially found the courage to begin my breast reduction journey in May 2025, after contemplating it for years, most recently following the birth of my twins in 2020. Mr Jallali was one of several surgeons I researched online, but he was the first I chose to consult with. From our very first meeting, though it may sound cliché—I knew he would be the one performing my surgery. Mr Jallali is incredibly professional, attentive, and has a calming aura that instantly put me at ease. More importantly, I genuinely felt that he cared and wanted the very best outcome for me. I did have one additional consultation with another surgeon, simply to ensure I was making a well-informed decision. That experience only confirmed what I already knew, there was truly no comparison. Mr Jallali was absolutely the right choice for me. My surgery date was set for 11th August (a day i will never forget), and honestly, the entire experience has been a pleasure, from the initial consultations, through the surgery itself, to seeing my results. The past six months have truly been a blessing, also allowing me to gain some confidence due to no longer gaining unwanted attention. Mr Jallali gave me what I had always dreamed of - small, perky breasts. I went from an K/L cup to what is now a E/F cup (I finally got measured 10mnths post op). I highly recommend Mr Jallali. Mr Jallali carried out my delayed DIEP reconstruction following a capsular contraction of my implant post mastectomy. I was extremely anxious about the procedure but Mr Jallali and Debbie put me at ease. Mr Jallali visited me regularly during my hospital stay and post discharge I was able to get in touch via Debbie his Pa for any advice which I needed on a couple of occasions. I am very happy and would recommend Mr Jallali. Ruth the plastics nurse was also great and available if I had any concerns.

I can’t thank Dr Navid Jallali enough. He brought to my attention a problem I have that my NHS Doctor had dismissed as nothing.

He carried out a wide excision on my leg after a malignant melanoma was removed by others. I have been left with very little skin markings. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and advice during this traumatic period.

I had a lesion removed from my leg in November 2021 with Mr Jallali after it became pigmented. He explained everything to me in detail and was very professional throughout. I was quite anxious on the day as I have never had anything like this done before but everything went smoothly and it was over before I knew it! I would highly recommend him to anyone!
