I had my last post op check-up yesterday at Holly house buckhurst Hill essex My consultant throughout has been Mr Oliver Bowes. From the moment I entered the hospital I received 5-star treatment everyone was so polite , helpful and professional. All the girls at the main desk give exceptional customer service one lady in particular I think her name was Denise was amazing. Mr Bowes was amazing from the start I felt at ease as I was very nervous - my daughter who lives abroad was only visiting for 3 weeks and we explained that we needed my eye surgery done while she was here as I live alone. Mr Bowes went above and beyond to get both my surgeries done in that time frame. Mr Bowes was professional throughout and his energy is so warm and welcoming. It was an absolute pleasure to have met him and had my procedures done by him he has given me back the quality of life I had lost and for that I'm truly grateful. I cannot stress enough the high standard of customer service and treatment I received by Mr Bowes and all the staff - just amazing thank you. This was my first time paying private and now I am considering doing a health insurance plan as the treatment is second to none, I was so impressed I cannot thank you enough I hope my good praises reach the people I have mentioned as they are an absolute credit to your establishment and worth their weight in gold.
