Having worked for a group of plastic surgeons in the past, I received my 1st ever botox & fillers treatment on my 50th b'day from a leading Consultant, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon, Ms Effie Katsarma. After I left the hospital/ industry, I was eager to find an aesthetic nurse practitioner who could maintain her high standard of work. My research eventually led me to Giacinto. I'm particularly fussy & wanted a medically qualified & skillful aesthetic nurse with a keen, creative eye. I knew instantly Giacinto was exceptional. He has been maintaining my ongoing botox requirements for approx the past 7/8 yrs. I've also recently had profilio & fillers for the 1st time at his Harley St practice. He never tries to upsell, is highly knowledgeable & always achieves a fantastic aesthetic result (no bruising!). He is an absolute pleasure to deal with, I trust him implicitly & wouldn't dream of going to anyone else... I highly recommend him.

Dr Mallina treated my carpal tunnel syndrome which was given me severe pains at night and discomfort during the day. I felt that he was an expert in the field and Dr Mallina diagnosed the issue right away and treated it with surgery which was arranged in a very short time. The surgery resolved the problem instantly and I was given great post-surgery care. Dr Mallina guided me step by step offing a lot of care and attention and being accommodating. He communicated every step of the way while giving excellent care and guidance. I would highly recommend. I have a similar problem in my other hand and plan to use Dr Mallina again.

It would really help to recieve more accurate information on the assessment procedure before attending. Details such as if parent remains with child, if appointment also needs a seperate parent meeting and an indicator of when diagnosis would be made. It didn’t really tie up with pdf sent on welcome email. Would be better to schedule in parent appointment at a similar time as first child assessment appointment, or/ and make it clear this is the procedure. Phoning up Harley mind care prior to attending did not help me to understand & actually conflicted with what happened at appointment.

I had a follow up appointment for more YAG Laser treatment. Upon entering Cathedral Eye Clinic you are greeted by very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Thereafter I had very detailed tests carried out by a female Optometrist who is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Finally I had further tests and this was followed by the laser treatment by Mr Best who exudes absolute professional brilliance and is very reassuring explaining everything in detail. A truly excellent experience and I can recommend their fantastic care to anyone.

Post chemotherapy she then operated on me, and the result - aesthetically as well - is simply outstanding. Also clear explanation of numbing my eye or general and whether one eye or both eyes having cateract removal and stents for glaucoma in one surgery. Every aspect of surgeries considered, explained and fully understood by me so I could make a decision with regard to surgery.

I came away feeling relieved. Thank you to Mr Garg, the radiographer who was delightful and the lovely nurses.

Mr Petrushkin was very helpful and tested my request for the operation in a open and honest way to make sure that I had taken into account advanatges/disadvantages and was at the right stage to go forward with the operation. I did not feel pressured to undertake the treatment, and he respected the choice I had made without trying to sell alternative lens treatments that I had already discussed with my optician.

Everyone was so lovely and helpful. I was very anxious but was put at ease and felt safe and well looked after. Premises were clean and comfortable. I was warm and as relaxed as I could be thanks to staff. I had a very good experience at iGP Cardiff - it was easy to book a timely appointment, the clinic was clean, light and welcoming and staff welcoming and friendly. The GP I saw was helpful, knowledgeable and very good at taking time to discuss results, weigh up pros and cons of treatment and agree a plan in a very collaborative way. An excellent service!

Lovely place. It felt calm and reassuring as soon as you walk into reception. Greeted with a smile at reception and this continued throughout the whole process from the lady who provided tea, the nurses, the anaesthetist and the porter. I have always had a phobia about dentist s having had bad experiences as a child. Although my phobia has not gone away I found the whole experience very calm. The receptionist with her friendly manner relaxed me straight away. The dentist has a calming manner also and did not push me from my comfort zone. Overall a good experience.

The only thing that I would mention was one of the receptionists (who was quite elderly brown hair and petite) was very abrupt to the point of being rude. I didn’t get her name but if I had it done would’ve mentioned it on here.
