During my recent experience at Cleveland Clinic London, I was under the care of Professor James Teo and Dr. Dipesh Patel for my diagnosis of myelitis. I’d like to share a review of the care, diagnosis, and treatment I received during my short inpatient stay and subsequent outpatient follow-up. Diagnosis: The professionalism and expertise of both Professor Teo and Dr. Patel were evident. They took the time to thoroughly review my medical history, listen attentively to my symptoms, and conduct a series of comprehensive tests. The diagnostic process was meticulous, involving advanced imaging and laboratory analyses, all explained clearly, which left me feeling confident about my care. I was admitted as an inpatient for a couple of days, and my stay was exceptionally comfortable and reassuring. The modern hospital environment and top-notch facilities contributed to a positive experience. The nursing staff was attentive and highly trained, providing outstanding care around the clock. I appreciated their responsiveness to my needs, ensuring I felt comfortable during my brief stay. Daily visits from Professor Teo and Dr. Patel allowed me to discuss my progress and any concerns I had, reinforcing my sense of being valued and cared for. Following my inpatient stay I transitioned smoothly into outpatient care. My follow-up appointments have been invaluable, with thorough evaluations of my ongoing recovery. The clinic’s proactive communication, including test results, appointment reminders and prompt responses to my queries, has greatly supported my journey. They also provided me with educational resources to help manage my condition effectively. In conclusion, my experience at Cleveland Clinic London, particularly under the care of Professor Teo and Dr. Patel, has been exemplary. My first visit was a very positive experience. The clinic was well presented, and I felt comfortable sitting in the waiting area prior to being called in. All staff members were polite, kind, and respectful during every interaction. I had a knee replacement, all I had to do was follow the instructions of the medical staff, who were all very professional, clear but above all kind. Mr Krishnan (the surgeon) did a wonderful job, this is a painful procedure but the nurses made sure relief was only a bell push away. I was given exercises to do that were gradually increased as the days went on. Once home I followed all the instructions and exercises given and regained full mobility by the end of six weeks. The hospital staff worked as a team and were very supportive, kind and positive. I can’t praise my surgeon enough and all the wonderful staff. Because of their treatment I made a textbook recovery in the shortest time possible.

After not getting an appointment with our GP I decided to book an appointment late on in the afternoon when I became concerned with my child. I was able to book online with ease and had the appointment for 35 minutes later. The staff were welcoming and it wasn’t long in the waiting room before we were seen. Fiona made my child and myself feel at ease and did a thorough check. She even offered a follow up MOT check the next day which left me very reassured. This is the third time I’ve used the clinic and would recommend to anyone needing piece of mind when they can’t access their own GP unfortunately..

I would like to express my sincere thank you to Mr. Karashi, who performed the sonata treatment and hysteroscopic myomectomy. The operation went well and my period has become normal and much lighter after the operation. My tummy has less pressure to my lower back after both treatments. Mr. Karashi explained very well to me my symptoms and what caused my heavy period and pressure to my lower back. He is very patient and friendly and I feel that I am in a very good care of him. I had a breast reduction and uplift with Parkash Lohana in December 2025 and I am delighted with the results. All the staff here are so kind and friendly. Special shout out to Roslyn for how well she looked after me (and my very anxious mum!) on the day, Bernadette, Lisa, but everyone has been amazing. I'm still healing and had to come in for a same day appointment to have something checked and Belinda totally put me at ease and gave me really clear information. Honestly couldn't fault a single element of my experience!

I had vein ablation today under Mr Mohamed Elawal - having had this prior at Uckfield Hospital, what a difference attending Cooden Medical Group was! From start to finish the whole team we're so lovely and professional! The Administration team, the Nurses and all the Consultants are so knowledgeable and really make you feel at ease. Would highly recommend this establishment for any procedures they offer!

On my recent visit to Prive Clinics, I had a really lovely experience. The receptionist was so welcoming and offered tea or coffee as usual, which was a nice touch.
