I recently took my 3-year-old to Kidswell when he was feeling unwell, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which was excellent. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The facilities are clearly designed with kids and their parents in mind—bright, comfortable, and reassuring. The doctor who saw us was efficient, thorough, and great with my son, taking the time to make sure we understood everything. The rooms were spotless and well-organized, which added to the sense of calm during a stressful moment. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality care for their children

Mr Yamoah has changed my life and I will forever be grateful. For almost ten years my GP told me I had IBS and wouldn’t take my pain seriously. This time last year I reached breaking point and didn’t think I would ever feel better. I’m so glad I decided to seek private care. Mr. Yamoah is the first medical professional that has taken me seriously and not made me feel like a nuisance or hypochondriac. Within the space of three months my endometriosis and dermoid cyst were diagnosed and successfully removed and I finally feel like myself again. Our family has been patients of various members of the team at the Forbury Clinic for over 10 years. Something has changed in the past year, rather than feeling like you are listened to and being cared for it now feels much more like a business akin so a sausage factory. In and out the door as quickly as possible, barely space for questions and little to no bedside manner. It feels like profit over patients. The remainder of our appointment yesterday was in a stair well being led downstairs after being shunted from room to room. With a teenage that is appalling. They find it hard to ask questions in an environment like that.

I had a very positive experience at my recent doctor’s appointment. The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly made me feel cared for. I was especially impressed that the doctors themselves came to the waiting area to welcome their patients (shake their hands 🤝) and personally guide them to the examination rooms — a small gesture that makes a big difference. I also appreciated that I was offered help without having to ask repeatedly, which has unfortunately been my experience at my local GP in the past. I recently had a virtual consultation with Dr Mahto in the wake of having a REMS scan. Dr Mahto was flexible (I had technical issues!), friendly, professional and informative. She explained the results to me in detail, outlined the consequences of the diagnosis and suggested a clear treatment plan. She wrote a helpful report which she sent to my GP within a few days, and also made an urgent referral on my behalf. Her PA, Hannah has responded to any email or telephone queries almost immediately. The overall care provided has been exceptional, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

The doctor was excellent — very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my consultation. However, I’ve been waiting for over seven weeks for my report, and despite following up with the secretary several times, I still haven’t received any update. It’s quite disappointing, as this delay takes away from what was otherwise a very positive experience with the doctor. I truly hope the clinic can improve its communication and follow-up process, as it would make a big difference to patients’ overall experience.

I was able to ask questions and the clinicians were very helpful. I would have liked a recap of exactly what the procedure would entail but I forgot to request this. Although the prospect of eye surgery was daunting I could not have received better care throughout the whole process. Communication was clear and kind, surgery was efficient and recovery uneventful.
