I book a consul to see Mr Dobson as I was experiencing lots of pain with my monthly cycle in addition to an extremely sharp pain around my left ovary. The best option was to have laparoscopic surgery to find out what was going on. I had my surgery and immediately felt better in myself. I feel like a new person who can live their life again compared to before the surgery. Mr Dobson removed all the adhesions that had been causing me pain and issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring and I felt at ease in his care. Everything was explained again at my 6 week post-surgery consultation and all my questions were answered in depth. I am extremely grateful for the help and work Mr Dobson has done to help me be able to live a better quality of life again. Should I need to seek any further help or advice in the future, I will definitely be returning to see Mr Dobson. Thank you!

I had to wait 35 minutes to see the Consultant. He did explain the previous patient had taken 50 minutes of his time. I felt I was rushed through the appointment and told what to expect, without the opportunity to ask any questions. I was really disappointed with my consultation. As a nearly 80 year old this is a lot of money to pay just for 15 minutes and not able to ask any questions. He then seemed to rush me out of the door ready for the next patient waiting. I have decided to go back to the NHS to have an injection to see me through the long wait for a hip replacement.
