With my recent treatment with Mr Ud-Din I.e a full hip replacement from initial consultation through to being discharged the treatment I received from the Meriden hospital to especially to Mr Farid Ud-Din was absolutely first class.Alll the staff that I was involved with were first class right down to the lady who brought me a cup of tea.,nobody likes being in hospital and all the staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable everything from when I arrived to when I left was excellent Mr Ud-din came to see me explained everything to me also I saw him after the operation. He is a very nice pleasant gentleman with lovely beside manners.came to see him yesterday showed me my x ray explained it all had a good conversation about it all ,I felt with him that he had all the time in the world to listen to you and explain everything I would highly recommend him and the hospital to anyone

I was thinking about having a breast reduction and tummy tuck for a few years following 3 caesarean births. I phoned river medical, on a friend’s recommendation, and never looked back. Mr Hodgins is highly professional but also very easy to talk to, I didn’t feel embarrassed asking any question. He left no query unanswered or worry unresolved. I am 8 weeks post op now and am absolutely thrilled with the results. They are so much better than I could’ve imagined! My only regret is that I waited so long! I met mr Rob Bethune at a preliminary meeting to discuss having a hernia repair. He explained everything very clearly and I decided to go ahead and have it done. On the day of the procedure I was escorted to a room to await my turn. The procedur was done under a local anesthletic and took about an hour and I was conscious all the time and then taken back to my room. I was allowed home after about an hour. I was a bit uncomfortable for about a week but have been 100 percent since with no repercussions. Mr Rob Bethune is a great surgeon.

Everything went ok but if I had one criticism it would be I felt that the surgical area was very busy and needed more nurses . I was left in my room with no one coming in for quite a long time and although offered a coffee after the procedure I eventually had to ring my bell and a Dr came and brought me a coffee . Luckily I am not a nervous patient but if I had been there wasn’t enough contact with nursing staff . They’d appear and say they were going to do something and then disappear and not come back .

Dr Kapur was incredibly informative and really gave my daughter a full understanding of the products being prescribed, why they were being prescribed, how they worked, what to avoid and how she should manage her skin regime going forward. We left feeling far more educated on dermatology especially in relation to teenage hormonal skin. The products she advised were inexpensive and the routine she now has to follow far easier to manage. He explained what was wrong and more importantly, he was prepared to take his time and explain things when I had questions.
