I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Dr James Noake at Pure Sports Medicine for his ongoing efforts in diagnosing a long-standing misdiagnosed knee injury following several unsuccessful procedures. Dr Noake identified relevant pathology on imaging that, unfortunately, had been missed by several other private consultants elsewhere. He then carefully administered a diagnostic injection, taking considerable time to ensure pinpoint precision through a cyst and a very small joint space. Dr Noake is clearly a very busy and sought-after clinician, yet he ensured I received an extensive first face-to-face consultation, with ample time in clinic to explore the problem thoroughly using ultrasound. He also went above and beyond by reviewing both previous and updated MRI scans, speaking to me at short notice via Zoom call during the festive period in order to review images and discuss options. I found this attention to detail and direct liaison to be exceptional as more than once I have had to wait 6-weeks between appointments at other private clinics or hospitals. Dr Noake is clearly dedicated to his craft and approaches his work with diligence, precision, and honesty. From the first point of contact, he inspired confidence through his willingness to answer questions, think critically beyond the obvious, and work collaboratively to reach informed decisions. I would highly recommend Dr Noake to anyone seeking help with complex, long-standing, or less common knee or nerve-related injuries.

Moorfields truly deserves its reputation as the best eye hospital in the world. Mr Pal is an exceptional surgeon,highly knowledgeable, calm, polite, and genuinely caring. I have been living with diabetic retinopathy for a long time, and the fear of losing my sight has been constant. Thanks to Mr Pal’s expertise and treatment, my vision is now stable, and I feel reassured that my eyesight is safe. I am also deeply grateful to the entire team who supported me throughout this journey. Mr Pal’s secretary was wonderful, and the lady I spoke to on the phone took the time to explain every step clearly and patiently. She followed up with a detailed yet easy-to-understand email outlining the treatment and costs, which made a very daunting situation much easier to manage. The nursing staff were equally outstanding—kind, attentive, and reassuring at every stage. While the treatment is expensive, it is absolutely worth it when it comes to preserving your eyesight. After living in fear for so long, this care has given me peace of mind and hope again. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Mr Pal. I discovered him purely by chance through an acquaintance, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Moorfields Eye Hospital and Mr Pal to anyone. Mr.Webb operated on my left hip in 2018 which was very successful so when I knew that my right hip was troubling me I made an appointment to see him in October 2024 because I valued his expertise & wanted him to perform the operation. As soon as I arrived Mr.Webb referred to my notes & had checked my physio's report & between us we decided that surgery was necessary which was planned for early 2025. Mr.Webb in my opinion is an outstanding consultant. He is clear & concise in what he plans to do. He listens to any concerns & involves me in any decision making. He is personable & friendly with an appropriate touch of humour which certainly helped me overcome many of my fears. Post op he visited me every day & reassured me that all was well & sent post op notes to my physio advising her on the appropriate level of exercise which has resulted in my full recovery for which I am very grateful. One year on I feel I am now living a full life due to his excellent surgery & the ability to do different kinds of exercise which helps psychologically & in all sorts of other ways. For anyone contemplating hip surgery I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Webb.

I came into St Joseph’s on the 10th of January for a Abdominoplasty procedure, from entering the hospital and being greeted professionally by the reception, to the assistant who came down to reception to collect me and show me your my room, went smoothly and l would say, the highest stand l have had at a private hospital. The ward staff attended to me immediately, carried out their pre-op checks, were very informative in terms of time of the procedure etc, l couldn’t have been made more comfortable and cared for. The cleanliness and room was outstanding, l have had a number of stays at private hospitals over a period of 15 years and St Joseph’s is the leader from all parts of the service provided, your hospital should be used to show others how to set the highest standards, which you certainly excel at. Mr Wilson was outstanding too, from our initial consultation to the surgery and aftercare. I recurved a call from St Joseph’s on the 3 day after being discharged to check on my progress, which l wasn’t expecting but very much appreciated it. I have received the highest of care and everyone l met was amazing. Thank you for everything you did for me.

I had a very good experience with Visio Health when I had recent laser treatment following cataract surgery on both eyes with Ms Sandhu. The cataract surgery, which took place in hospital in July and October, has been very successful. I no longer need glasses after having vision corrective lenses. And I hadn’t realised quite how blurred and sepia my sight had become. My vision is now very clear and bright. It really has positively impacted my life. Everything looks like it did back when I was young. It’s so much more cheerful than that blurry, yellow sight that I had grown so used to. And I am so much more confident when driving. No more night glare. I was really apprehensive and anxious about cataract surgery. So much so that it was decided that I would have the procedure under general anaesthetic. But I can honestly say that despite all the worry the end result is better than I could have imagined. The laser treatment at Visio to improve my sight further with one session of laser treatment was totally painless, very straightforward and uncomplicated. The clinic was very well organised and the staff were all lovely. A very good experience.

Couldn’t fault Mr Holton, from the first consultation he really listened which I hadn’t had with other consultants in the past. Mr Holton also made me feel reassured throughout giving me the least invasive options first before surgery. As a young adult I have struggled to find a diagnosis and within the first consultation Mr Holton knew what my condition was and how to resolve it. I have had the surgery and have my life back as a result! First follow up he checked me over again and answered all questions I had especially about my recovery. I couldn’t fault the care and support that I had received and will forever be grateful. I would highly recommend Mr Holton especially for young adults who had struggled to find a consultant who isn’t afraid to operate if it is necessary.

Staff were friendly and professional. Some additional work required and dentist took me through options for treatment and resulting cost. Dental work was very good and pain free(!).
