We are extremely grateful to Mr. Shobith Verma and the entire orthopaedic team at Luton & Dunstable Hospital. My son was born with severe club foot in both feet, and his condition was very worrying from the beginning. His treatment started on the 5th day after his birth. Today, at just 2 years old, my son can walk, run, do all his daily activities, and has even started playing football. Seeing this progress feels like a miracle to us, and it has only been possible because of the timely involvement, dedication, and expertise of Mr. Verma. Mr. Verma not only treated our son but also guided us through every step, gave us strength, and supported us during one of the toughest times of our lives. His reassurance, encouragement, and commitment made a huge difference to our family. I would also like to sincerely thank every member of the team who took care of my son. From the reception staff to the clinical team, everyone was amazing—kind, friendly, supportive, and truly compassionate. Thank you, Mr. Verma, for your outstanding care, constant support, and encouragement. We will always be thankful for everything you have done for our son and our family.

Miss Cheryl Lobo

I couldn't reccomend Miss Cheryl Lobo highly enough. She held my hand from start to finish. It is pretty daunting getting a positive breast cancer diagnosis but Cheryl not only explained and reassured me at every stage but also advised me on how to broach everything with the family. Obviously the first concern is removing the cancer but as a women, you then start thinking about aesthetics and how you will feel after the surgery. Cheryl's surgery was incredible - she removed the tumour and then moved the tissue around so that my breast looks exactly as it did. She stitched me around the ripples and I do not have any scar on my breast whatsoever in fact the only small scar is under my armpit where some lymph nodes were removed. If you're reading this then I'm sorry you have to go through the ordeal of breast cancer. But if you do, Cheryl Lobo is incredible.

in for umbilical hernia operation. Staff were first class from arrival through to leaving next day lunchtime. So caring and professional they took lots of the stress out of a stressful time. Room was clean and spacious enough. Dressing gown and under gown provided. Special thanks to Mia for looking after myself and wife when we arrived. The anaesthetist was kind and humorous helping me relax even more and I was completely reassured by the calmness and professionalism of everyone. Thanks also to the team preparing me for the op and Ms Darrien for performing the surgery successfully on the day. Special mention to Emma in the recovery area for looking after me and being so kind. Also to Sophie and John on the ward. Food was also first class. Really enjoyed the breakfast! Can’t recommend highly enough

My first visit Already aware of my main concerns. Asked what my concerns were. Asked lots of questions to see if anything else was concerning. Listened to what I had to say. Measured my weight and blood pressure. Confirmed medication I am on Colchicine one tablet was correct for my weight. Blood Pressure measurement high which has not been mentioned or monitored before. Read 190/122. Given a prescription for Candesartan 4mg. Explained dose might be increased after next consultation. Given appointment for ECG and Echo scan for 9th December 2025. Following day received email confirming outcome of visit and next appointment. Told if I had any concerns not to hesitate to make contact. Felt well looked after.

I had an urgent issue with my back and Ms. Aamina Saeed was able to book me in right away. She was incredibly professional and attentive from the moment I arrived. Her massage, cupping, and use of the power gun were all excellent, and she immediately understood where my trigger points were without me having to explain much. I felt truly cared for and in very capable hands. She is efficient, skilled, and highly knowledgeable. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of physiotherapy.

This was my first experience at this facility and I was quite nervous. From the moment Mr Shergill came to meet my husband and myself he was so reassuring. He took the time to listen to me and provided me with everything I needed to know. He encouraged me to ask questions and I never felt that I was unable to ask him any questions. The 1:1 pre- and post- operative discussions with Dr Lowe were excellent. Clear, concise, professional and empathetic. Dr Lowe's approach instilled confidence - including the consultation in October when the ablation was decided as the appropriate course of treatment. Again, his knowledge and clarity of explanation of the new pulsed-field technique and associated risks along with the discussion of alternate treatments and long term prognosis under different pathways were excellent.

After several consultations with other doctors (including NHS referral to private doctor) failed to identify the cause of the issue, he identified the cause and his perseverance ensured a repeat scan confirmed what had previously been missed. On phone calls and in face to face consultations he is very easy to talk to, with a relaxed professionalism that puts patients at ease.

Professor Quick gave clarity and honesty about surgical success rates for Thoracic Outlet decompression. His aim is to treat the individual living with the TOS condition most appropriate to their particular presentation, rather than treating Thoracic outlet syndtome as a homogenous condition; with 'one size surgery, fits all'. I feel reassured he will offer a minimally invasive approach should I opt for surgery.
