The whole referral process was a bit of a mess with little communication, so what could have been a 4-8 week wait-time was actually turned into 3-4 months. I understand though that since my original referral skylight had an influence of applications, but mine got put aside without talking to me because of problems with my GP. When I originally contacted them after 8 weeks to get some information I was told not to contact again and then if anything was needed from me someone from skylight would reach out. So I wait, and heard nothing. When I finally contacted them again, close to the 4 months mark, I got told my referral still hadn't been processed because of a mistake from my GP and them not answering Skylight's emails/phone calls. I had to keep contacting both skylight and my GP to get this sorted until finally someone who could give me a bit more help and information helped get it sorted then and there. I cant fault skylight too much though, right after that everything went smoothly and they have been really informative on the rest of the steps. I just wish in future they contact the patient right away if it happens, rather than wait for the patient to contact them.

From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. Dr. Maniyar's expertise, professionalism, and compassionate approach made me feel completely at ease and confident in the care I received. He took the time to listen attentively, explain everything clearly, and ensure I felt supported throughout the consultation. The entire team at Cleveland Clinic London, from the front-of-house staff to the clinical team, were equally impressive. Everyone was welcoming, efficient, and highly professional, creating a seamless and stress-free experience. The attention to detail and genuine care provided by the staff made a significant difference in my visit. Cleveland Clinic London at 55 Moorgate is a world-class facility, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Dr. Maniyar and the entire team set the standard for exceptional healthcare. I was treated by Dr. Patrick Grover at the Cleveland Clinic for a skull base tumor, and I couldn’t recommend him more. The surgery went smoothly, leaving a precise scar with minimal hair loss. The admissions team and hospital staff were also outstanding attentive, kind, and professional. Upon looking for a new clinic after previous treatment not working out, we heard an influencer mention Avenues and then looked on their website. We decided to have a chat with them and from the get go had a really personalised experience. I truly felt as though the doctor cares about the science of fertility and helping us achieve a better outcome rather than just pushing us through for more business. All of the staff are really professional but on a personal level and the facilities feel more luxury than clinical. Even if I didn’t have a better outcome with our fertility I would still recommend Avenues based on these reasons. It’s all the little things that really make the difference.

Not all doctors from GP’s to specialist consultants explain things in a way that makes everything absolutely clear and not leave you wondering what their explanation really meant. Mr Malik was very friendly and approachable which meant that all our concerns were resolved and he even drew a diagram to help reinforce our understanding of what the implications of having or not having the procedure to remove my gallbladder. In addition to that Mr Malik is going to write to my GP so that some queries he be has about my scan can be in investigated so that Mr Malik and my husband and I can have I can make a fully informed decision. It was such a breath of fresh air to have a doctor turn up to appointments actually having read your notes and so could offer something useful. At our previous clinic we had been told there weren’t really any other options but Ali seemed to have plenty of options for us to try which have been positive so far. To be honest even if we didn’t have a better outcome all we wanted was another option to try so we could at least say we’d tried everything. Ali is really professional but on a personal level as well and we felt as if he genuinely cared rather than just pushing us towards more ivf without addressing the root cause.

I arrived for my appointment with 5 minutes to spare. I was called in within a few minutes and was greeted by 2 very friendly nurses who made me feel at ease immediately. They were very efficient and within about 10 minutes had completed all the tests required. I then visited the anaesthetist who went through everything that would happen on the day of my operation in a very understandable language. The whole appointment lasted around 30 minutes and was very efficient professional and friendly.
