About Mr Ali Al Chami
Mr Ali Al Chami is a fertility consultant and Medical director at Avenues, Euston. He completed his postgraduate training in obstetrics and gynaecology and became a member of the RCOG. He subsequently had 3 years clinical and research fellowship training in assisted conception and reproductive medicine at University College London Hospital. He is a former consultant at CRGH for 8 years and was the deputy medical director at CRGH-City for 2 years. He is a former speaker for the British Fertility Society IUI/ Embryo transfer Module.
Mr Al Chami is highly skilled in advanced 3D gynaecological ultrasound scanning, HyCoSy, and hysteroscopy. He has extensive experience in all aspects of fertility treatments and assisted conception. Dr Ali Al Chami is a honest, hard-working, caring professional. He switched my stim and transfer protocol after several failed attempts elsewhere. When he first saw me, he didn’t make promises, but said we could try one more time in the hope of getting at least one good embryo to transfer - and it did work! He was the only consultant who switched protocols for me and found what ended up working! He has held my hand throughout the process and believed in my case even where I had almost lost hope.
Dr. Ali is truly outstanding — extremely knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and shows genuine care for his patients. His professionalism and warm approach create a sense of trust and confidence that is truly reassuring.

It was such a breath of fresh air to have a doctor turn up to appointments actually having read your notes and so could offer something useful. At our previous clinic we had been told there weren’t really any other options but Ali seemed to have plenty of options for us to try which have been positive so far. To be honest even if we didn’t have a better outcome all we wanted was another option to try so we could at least say we’d tried everything. Ali is really professional but on a personal level as well and we felt as if he genuinely cared rather than just pushing us towards more ivf without addressing the root cause.
Dr Ali has been the best fertility specialist i have seen and i have seen a few different ones, his care towards me has been outstanding and i highly recommend him for anyone struggling
Dr Ali Al Chami is not scared of trying something different if you have had a few cycle under your belt. His approach was refreshing and I have felt in safe hands from day 1 with him. His work ethic is legendary and he replied to all queries personally and with NO delays (literally I have always received a call back from him within the hour). He called me after egg collection to check on me even though he was on annual leave. He is truly doing God’s work.
Dr Ali was exceptional. He made us feel at ease but gave us all the information needed during each step of the way. With regular check ins and even his personal number incase needed throughout the process! All these details put us at ease through what can be a stressful time. Would highly recommend!
