The level of customer service was amazing – I felt listened to, respected, and well cared for throughout. Thank you for making what could have been stressful feel so smooth.

A very clean facility. Staff were amazing, caring and friendly. I was carried along with every step of the treatment and I never felt left out.

We absolutely loved the team at Avenues. We came to the clinic after a referral from a struggling clinic and the difference in competence, service, expertise and patient care was just next level. We're really lucky to have had a successful outcome, but I think that is in some part due to the friendliness with which Avenues approached our care. They spoke to us like humans and were so positive and upbeat. Going through IVF is really stressful and they made the journey so much easier. We're so grateful to the team and Dr Ali and we really miss them now we're with the NHS :)

We have currently completed an egg collection with Avenues and feel extremely well cared for and most importantly that we’re in exactly the right place. Their AI-driven approach gives us as patients that peace of mind that we’re optimising any marginal gains to get us the best possible outcome. Aside from that the nursing team are so lovely and our doctor (Daniella) has been fantastic, delivering incredible results we couldn’t have hoped for at the start of this process. Still a way to go in our journey but feeling optimistic and cared for, and that is the biggest win in this process! The only thing that could slightly be improved is wait times at the clinic, usually 15-30 mins delayed, but we know the clinic is busy and expanding - likely because of the good work they’re doing. Hope this will be improved with time.

I wanted to leave a review to mention how amazing Stavrula is. She has just done a blood test that needed to be redone and I hate blood tests and usually dread them. However since she has been doing my bloods, (last week) and intralipids (a few weeks ago) my fear has massively reduced. Her caring, calm nature makes me feel at ease and her ability to do blood tests with minimal pain (of which I have had many) is incredible. I always ask for her whenever I need to have my bloods done. Thank you so much for being your amazing self Stavrula. Xxx

I had an fantastic experience at this clinic with Doctor Montserrat Duran she was amazing and honestly the most sweetest doctor I have met she made me feel welcome and was very helpful with all the information provided she felt like a family member rather than a professional very grateful to this doctor sending love and prayers your way always x x
