Dr Hall is absolutely incredible, she made sure before my treatment I am very well in good health and didn’t just start to treat me but hindered on my GPs to look very well after me to get a best outcome for my treatment which was very wonderful, she knows her role very well and very good in what she does, in all she is best and I can’t thank her enough with her team

It was approaching 2 years since we started trying to conceive our third child and we wondered if it was going to happen. After being told we weren’t a priority on the nhs and numerous cancelled appointments we decided to seek private help. From an internet search I found a company called profertility who were fantastic booking me a private scan and other fertility tests including my husband’s sperm test. All results came back normal apart from a low egg reserve for me. We were given IVF options but i just knew it wasn’t right for us. I was beginning to give up hope until Dr Vivienne Hall called me, explaining that she had seen my results and wanted to help. I instantly felt like for the first time that a health care professional wanted to help me. Dr Hall was kind, concise and I felt like I could trust her straight away. I went to see her at her clinic at the avenues in Euston, I felt a special warmth from her and she was also highly professional. The whole team are friendly and sincere. Dr Hall recommended follicular testing and then clomid as medication to help me in my cycle. After putting my trust in her and following all her advice after one month, I found out I was pregnant!! I couldn’t recommend Dr Hall and her team enough, I believe that Dr Hall has made this happen for me and my family, a third child we always wanted. After having 2 daughters, I am now 16 weeks pregnant with a baby boy, it is a dream come true. I believe without Dr Hall’s help, care and support this may not have happened for us. I will be forever grateful.

From the instant my partner and I met Dr Hall we knew she was the doctor who would help us achieve our dream of having children. We immediately warmed to her as a person - and her vast professional knowledge was evident from day 1. Through the inevitable ups and downs of our fertility treatment she was there beside us 100% - leading our IVF journey with authority and unfaltering dedication. It is entirely down to Dr Hall's efforts, empathy, kindness and experience that we now have two happy healthy wonderful children. She will forever hold a very special place in our family's heart.

Dr Hall helped us conceive our baby after 2 failed IVF attempts elsewhere. We felt she gave us very personalised, thorough care that we had lacked previously. She is very warm and approachable, and made the experience feel much more collaborative. We felt in good hands and were delighted to get pregnant first time under her care.

Dr Hall was very empathetic and kind, and gave us so much hope whilst still conveying the facts of our diagnosis in a clear and concise manner. Her willingness to listen and ability to think outside the box really helped to get us to our happy ending.

We found Dr Hall to not just be absolutely professional and considered in her work, but empathetic, knowing and prepared, right the way through of our IVF journey. Dr Hall did not hide us from any pain or disappointment that may be to come but neither did she dramatises and scare us. At all times Dr Hall was ahead of the process, had matters in hand, and kept us aware of what was coming next, and what we could best do, to prepare ourselves. We simply could not recommend her highly enough to other parents to be, both professionally and personally, and really let them know that they are in the most caring and expert hands possible.
