I cannot thank Dr Moses Batwala enough for the care, kindness and support he has given me throughout my IVF journey. From the beginning of treatment through to achieving my much-wanted pregnancy, he has helped me feel supported and cared for at every stage. Going through IVF can be physically and emotionally demanding. There are so many hopes, worries and moments of uncertainty, and having a doctor who is compassionate and reassuring makes such a difference. Dr Moses’s encouragement helped me through those difficult moments and made the journey feel less overwhelming. He also helped me manage my weight to support my overall health and prepare for IVF and pregnancy. I really appreciated that his care included my wider wellbeing. His guidance helped me feel better prepared and supported in working towards a healthy IVF journey. What has meant the most to me is feeling that I was being cared for as a person. This pregnancy means so much to me, and I am deeply grateful to have had his guidance and support throughout the treatment process. His kindness has been just as valuable to me as his medical care. His support has continued beyond my positive pregnancy test into these early weeks of pregnancy. Having that continuity of care and reassurance during such an emotional time has meant a great deal to me.
