The team are absolutely amazing and wonderful, my treatment with avenues felt easy than I thought, the care and support given was absolutely incredible, you feel like home and welcoming. In all its 10/10, contact avenues to support you through about this phase and your dreams will definitely be overwhelming.

From start to finish, the entire process felt geared towards fear-mongering and taking advantage of women at an incredibly vulnerable moment. The problems began with the very first interaction. I booked a Fertility MOT, and shortly afterwards was told I needed to pay and book an additional blood test. Having already spent £500 on the MOT, I was confused as to why there was suddenly another fee involved. At the same time, I was also encouraged to book a sperm test, which felt incredibly insensitive given that I had clearly come in for egg freezing. When I tried to clarify this, I was passed between several customer service agents, none of whom seemed to understand what was going on. One even laughed when I questioned why I would want to book a sperm test when my appointment was for egg freezing. Eventually, I managed to speak to someone who confirmed that the blood test was actually included, but that I needed to come in that same day so the results could be ready for the consultation. The consultation itself felt designed to create panic. The language used by the doctor was framed in a way that felt alarming and emotionally manipulative, phrases like “Unfortunately…”, “I’m sorry…”, and “You’re not where you should be for someone in your age bracket.” This was delivered with sympathetic expressions that only heightened the sense of alarm. Avenues is amazing! The staff are the best and the clinic is such a lovely setting too!

Very aesthetically pleasing clinic. Highly recommend Dr Al-Chami.

I have used Avenues for a cycle of IVF/ICSi, a hysteroscopy and then FET. I was under the care of De Ali Al Chami and became pregnant with the first transfer, having 3 failed attempts elsewhere. Dr Al Chami changed my protocol (both stimulation and transfer protocol). This places is miles apart because it guarantees continuity of care and patients are treated as people. dr Ali is a wonderful person and he cares about his patients. The midwives (Marina Christina Katie Fiona Emily Starvula) are all amazing and know each patient by name and treated me with warmth, dignity, compassion and professionalism.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable and well cared for from the very first moment.

I am so so pleased with the exceptional service from Avenues. I can’t recommend them enough. Every single staff member I have met during my journey have moved me with their kindness. I’ve never felt so valued when receiving a service before. They are always ready to answer any of your questions, and are happy to give you the time you need to feel reassured. Upon looking for a new clinic after previous treatment not working out, we heard an influencer mention Avenues and then looked on their website. We decided to have a chat with them and from the get go had a really personalised experience. I truly felt as though the doctor cares about the science of fertility and helping us achieve a better outcome rather than just pushing us through for more business. All of the staff are really professional but on a personal level and the facilities feel more luxury than clinical. Even if I didn’t have a better outcome with our fertility I would still recommend Avenues based on these reasons. It’s all the little things that really make the difference.
