My husband and I were looking for a clinic that offered truly personalized care, and we absolutely found that at Avenues. Dr. Jyoti, the nursing staff — especially Marina and Stavrula — and the embryologists were all fantastic. Throughout the entire process, we felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. I’m now 10 weeks pregnant and incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and expertise we received.

All of the staff have been absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable and happy to help at all times throughout our treatment. The results so far have been the best yet and all thanks to Dr Dimitri. We wish we had moved to him sooner. The clinic is also modern and clean. Can’t fault anything.

It was approaching 2 years since we started trying to conceive our third child and we wondered if it was going to happen. After being told we weren’t a priority on the nhs and numerous cancelled appointments we decided to seek private help. From an internet search I found a company called profertility who were fantastic booking me a private scan and other fertility tests including my husband’s sperm test. All results came back normal apart from a low egg reserve for me. We were given IVF options but i just knew it wasn’t right for us. I was beginning to give up hope until Dr Vivienne Hall called me, explaining that she had seen my results and wanted to help. I instantly felt like for the first time that a health care professional wanted to help me. Dr Hall was kind, concise and I felt like I could trust her straight away. I went to see her at her clinic at the avenues in Euston, I felt a special warmth from her and she was also highly professional. The whole team are friendly and sincere. Dr Hall recommended follicular testing and then clomid as medication to help me in my cycle. After putting my trust in her and following all her advice after one month, I found out I was pregnant!! I couldn’t recommend Dr Hall and her team enough, I believe that Dr Hall has made this happen for me and my family, a third child we always wanted. After having 2 daughters, I am now 16 weeks pregnant with a baby boy, it is a dream come true. I believe without Dr Hall’s help, care and support this may not have happened for us. I will be forever grateful.

This was my fifth cycle and the third clinic I have used (I previously was with two VERY reputable clinics). I have done a freeze all cycle, so we are only at the first step of the process, but the care I received was MILES apart from other, older, clinics. Dr Ali Al Chami is attentive and thinks outside of the box (rather than trying to do the same protocol over and over again). There is TRUE continuity of care with the same consultant seeing you for all the monitoring scans. At a personal level, Dr Ali Al Chami is extremely caring and replies to queries, literally, within the hour (a huge difference from previous clinics - this allowed me to RELAX during the cycle). The nurses (Marina and Katie - but generally all of them) are all extremely friendly and helpful. I also came across Dr Joyti for the egg retrieval and she was lovely - was fully briefed on my case (the handover noted must have been good) and I had no side effects after the surgery despite the high number of eggs collected. The embryologists (Rabi, Mady and all the others I have not met) know your individual case and they use top notch tech that is simply not available at other clinics in London (I was surprised to see how accurate the AI they use for monitoring is). The blastulation rate for me was far higher than at the previous two clinics. So far, honestly, could not be happier with the care I received and hope to have success soon. But even if I don’t, the care I received was tailored, compassionate and responsive.

We went through our IVF journey at avenues and immediately felt in safe hands with Dr Ali and all the staff there. It was so inviting, professional, clean and seamless! We thankfully have had a positive test from our time with avenues and doing their fair IVF package. We couldn’t recommend it enough!
