This fertility clinic is truly the best around! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism. The clinic itself is immaculate, with modern, comfortable rooms that create such a calming environment during what can be a stressful time. The staff is absolutely amazing—kind, knowledgeable, and always ready to provide support and answer any questions. The level of care and attention to detail is unmatched. Dr Dimitri Is such an amazing Dr, he is truly exceptional, with a warm and compassionate approach that instantly puts you at ease. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The nurses, in particular Starrula, are equally amazing—kind, attentive, and always ready to provide support with a smile. I can’t recommend this clinic enough to anyone on their fertility journey. They make you feel cared for every step of the way, and the service is second to none!

I can’t put into words how grateful I am to the whole Avenues team for supporting me through my IVF journey. I went to Avenues for the first time for my second round of IVF following an unsuccessful cycle in early 2024. Right from the beginning I could tell what a special place it was. The clinic itself is modern and bright and immediately makes you feel like you are at home or in a lovely hotel rather than a clinical setting. However, the aspect that really sets the clinic apart is its wonderful staff. Every single one of them went out of their way to ensure I had the best experience possible and were so kind and patient with me during some very difficult times. Katie, Christina and Lauren from the Nursing and Midwives team ended up feeling like family and made every visit and procedure enjoyable and were unbelievably caring from start to finish. I was also extremely impressed with the Embryologist team, led by Andrew, who seemed to be using the latest technologies and AI resources to ensure every one of my rounds was as successful as possible. The embryo monitoring technology I was offered made the five day wait from collection much more bearable and each update I received from the Embryologist team was so informative where they always took the time to explain everything to me in a really clear and thoughtful way. I am now pleased to say I am 5 months pregnant with my first child and I can’t imagine having gone through the whole IVF process without the support of the whole Avenues team. They really feel like family and I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff from reception to nurses are all very courteous and kind!, The vibe in the clinic makes you feel like you’re in your own living room, the wooden decor really gave it a homey lofty vibe. I was in other clinics and this was so much better.
