Avenues

I have had a great experience in every way possible at Avenues so far and even though the number of embryos we obtained were not great, I have felt that the whole team has done their best with our case.

I recently went through the egg freezing process, and I’m so, so grateful for the care I received from Dr Ali and his team. Before deciding, I spoke to a few clinics and doctors — but it was with Dr Ali that I felt completely safe from the start. He’s incredibly calm and patient, and takes the time to explain everything, no matter how small or silly the question might seem. You can tell he genuinely cares. Even those little 30-second check-in calls made a big difference — especially when things can feel a bit overwhelming or scary. The whole process went really smoothly, and that’s largely thanks to how supported I felt throughout — by Dr Ali and by the amazing team around him. Huge shout out to Christina, Emily, and the rest of the crew — every single person I interacted with was kind, professional, and created such a warm and reassuring environment. Honestly can’t rate them highly enough!

Great, very personable and informative. The team and Dr Dimitri are so knowledgeable and make things easy for you. Without any unnecessary treatments or blood tests unless they deem it necessary. The clinic itself is well presented and clean. The complete opposite to my previous clinic!

Avenues is best hospital always answer when you massage going staff

We didn't have the best first start at avenues through Ovom , but after switching to Dr Kat who works out of the same clinic, we immediately felt more comfortable with the process plan and overall experiences. Avenues is a clean and friendly clinic that is a welcoming space for patients. The nursing staff are informative, polite, professional and sensitive to the situations of their patients. The embryologyst's are professional, informative and give you plenty of opportunity to ask questions during the fertilisation phase.
