Dr Finbar’s Skin Clinic is led by GPs with a special interest in dermatology, dedicated to diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, from skin lesions such as cancers, lumps, and bumps to rashes including acne, eczema, and psoriasis. The clinic’s mission is to reduce the risk of skin cancer, manage signs of ageing, and support patients in optimising their overall skin health.

The clinic follows a holistic, patient-centred approach, ensuring that every individual feels listened to, respected, and supported. Consultations are tailored to each patient’s needs, beliefs, and preferences, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout their journey to healthier skin.

Dr Finbar is an international speaker who regularly educates healthcare professionals on the latest developments in skin lesion diagnosis and management. He is trained in skin surgery, is a member of the Southern Trust Multidisciplinary Skin Cancer Team, and offers procedures such as mole, cyst, and lesion removal alongside surgical management of skin cancers. In 2025, the clinic introduced Total Body Photography to complement full skin checks. This involves capturing 34 high-quality images, securely stored and analysed with AI to track changes and detect new lesions early, supporting timely diagnosis and treatment.

Alongside Dr Finbar, Dr Christine Glendinning and Dr Rosy Manson, both GPs with Diplomas in Dermatology, manage chronic skin conditions such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis, and can perform skin biopsies where required. The clinic does not prescribe systemic or biological therapies, which remain consultant-led services.
