As someone who has always been really nervous of childbirth, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to deliver my baby with Dr Bhatti. She has a reassuring confidence about her, I knew I was in safe hands from day 1. I have a really bad needle phobia which Dr Bhatti was really understanding about and never once made me feel like this was an issue, but was happy to talk through the various options throughout my pregnancy and birth and the needles involved and how we might manage it. She was always honest and direct. She was always available for any worries throughout my pregnancy- I once contacted her on a Sunday evening and she responded immediately and had me in the hospital for some blood tests within the hour. My c-section birth was a truly positive experience, which is quite unbelievable based on how afraid I am of medical procedures. Recovery was straightforward and Dr Bhatti’s skillful hand even managed to save my tattoo near my c-section scar. Would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to feel confident of being in good hands in their pregnancy and birth.

Dr. Ahmed Elgheriany

The service I received from Dr Elgheriany was personalised, tailored, kind, positive and an exemplar for how to treat IVF patients with chronic endometriosis. He is incredibly knowledgeable about endometriosis and adenomyosis and explained everything so clearly at every stage, always backed up by the latest research. His results speak for themselves - I had several rounds of IVF at a different provider but it wasn't until the first transfer I had with an embryo created at the Evewell that I succeeded in becoming pregnant. Dr Elgheriany also taught me more about endo in our initial twenty minute consultation than I'd ever been told in several years before that by multiple different healthcare professionals, and his advice helped me change my diet and pain management habits to such a degree that my symptoms are now minimal to non-existent for the first time since I was 11 years old. I've had two operations to help manage stage 4 endometriosis in the past, including the removal of both of my fallopian tubes, but nothing has helped as much as this.

I had an initial appointment with Dr Lauren Colquhoun and Emily Holt at Willow Health, and honestly, it was such a positive experience. The appointment was meant to be an hour, but there was absolutely no rush and they actually spent around 1 hour 15 minutes with me just to make sure everything was covered properly. They really look at everything, my age, lifestyle including diet, exercise and sleep pattern, my long-term health conditions, and all the symptoms I’ve been struggling with. They didn’t rush me at all. They gave me some initial ideas to get started and said we’d talk through options once I’d had time to think things over and review the follow up materials, which I really appreciated. I left feeling genuinely supported and reassured. It was the first time in a long while that I felt confident I was getting the right advice, something you just don’t get in a 10-minute GP appointment. Would 100% recommend Willow Health to anyone needing proper advice, guidance and support.

I have been receiving treatment following ACL reconstruction (with LET and meniscus repair), and I am genuinely impressed with the level of care and professionalism I have experienced. Lee consistently explains each exercise clearly, checks my progress carefully, and adjusts my programme so that I always feel safe but challenged. His encouragement and attention to detail have made a noticeable difference in my recovery and my confidence. During one of my session, Lee even took me to the gym and guided me through three leg machines, explaining how this next stage will help me progress. His support and reassurance that I’ll start seeing big improvements mean a lot to me. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and expertise he brings to every session. I feel well supported and motivated, and I am very grateful for the high-quality care he provides. I am very much looking forward to continuing my recovery with Lee.

Mr. Nicol replaced my right hip about 3 weeks ago, using the anterior approach process. I can't speak highly enough about what he and his anaesthetist, Mr. Andrew Dalton, did for me, making the whole event so straightforward. They were extremely professional but at the same time very approachable and happy to discuss any and all questions. I had a hip replacement 11 years ago but this time it was very different and very much easier and I have not had the difficulties I experienced last time post op - easier to start the rehab, exercises, easier to get a decent sleep, not nearly so much initial discomfort. I had the op at King's Park Hospital which gave me excellent care ( my nurse Stephanie was brilliant) and I was home the following day, having had check up visits from Mr. Nicol and Mr. Dalton. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Dalton - if I had a third hip I'd be asking him to replace it too!

I had a really positive experience at the hospital during my recent surgery. From the moment I arrived, everything was organised, calm, and reassuring. Dr Manish Kalla is a wonderful cardiologist and electrophysiologist. He provides an excellent quality of care and has a lot of experience with treating heart rhythm problems. I had a cardioversion and it was wonderful because my normal heart rhythm was immediately restored from atrial fibrillation by Dr Kalla’s expertise. Everything was explained really well so that I feel very confident that I am having the best possible doctor assisting in my care and I look forward to him continuing to do so. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of his expertise in restoring a normal healthy heart rhythm. I feel very privileged to have Dr Kalla as my cardiologist and electrophysiologist.

On meeting Mr Agrawal I felt very confident and calm about the procedure and did not worry about operation. His qualifications and general manner is one of great skill and trust. After surgery the whole staff were brilliant explaining aftercare and medication. The whole experience has been very positive with excellent care from start to finish. Mr. Waterhouse was my choice because of his honesty, understanding, knowledge, advice and confidence during my consultations for my neck lift and submandibular gland removal. (Which he advised In fact, around 90% of the glands were removed. Which has given me my jawline back) He tailored his approach specifically to me, and now, at 8 weeks post-op, I am extremely happy with the results. I can honestly say I experienced absolutely no pain, with minimal bruising and swelling, and my scars are already virtually undetectable. This is truly a testament to Mr. Waterhouse’s skill.

Mr Balaggan was a calming professional who took time to explain each step and give a sensible best and worst case scenario. He assured me that he would do his very best to close a "Very Large" macular hole I presented with. I underwent surgery within two weeks and the care and reassurance that both the operation and the aftercare afforded was simply, second to none. Mr Balaggans expertise has resulted in a successful closure of my macular hole and I have no hestiation in 100% recommending him to anyone requiring eye surgery. I am delighted with the results.
