I have just returned home after a full hip replacement. We were recommended to St Joseph’s and I can’t speak highly enough of the team and the care I received. Many things stand out. The friendly, yet professional ambience, the obviously good relations and communications across all staff. Although my visit lasted only just over 24 hours, at no time did anything feel rushed or ‘conveyor belt’. Just well organised with a feeling that I was being very well looked after. The room and facilities were first class, comfortable and super clean. The operation itself was clearly explained and went without hitch. There was a lot of experience in that room, not least of the lead consultant and anaesthetist. Recovery was also much quicker than I expected, with excellent follow on from the Physio team and 6 sessions into the future as part of the package. I would finally like to express my thanks to all the staff who have made such a positive difference for me.

I can not speak more highly of the care I received from Reproclinic, in particular or Medical Coordinator, Karin, and Dr Alicia Hernández. Being an international patient, I was concerned about how it was all going to work, given so much of the preparation is done remotely. I need not have worried. Karin's response times to my many (many) emails were always quick and her replies provided the information and reassurances I required. I am please to say that we welcomed our healthy baby boy a couple of weeks ago, following our first IVF cycle with Reproclinic. This was on the back of 15 failed rounds in my home country. The result speaks for itself. Thank you Karin and Dr Alicia. I look forward to seeing you both again when we return to Barcelona for our second child.

My experience at the McIndoe centre was incredible. Throughout my surgery and stay the entire team were incredibly kind and caring. I was given plenty of reassurance prior to my surgery, everyone involved during my surgery was incredibly professional and the aftercare following my surgery was incredible. All of my nurses were incredibly kind and helpful and made the process so much easier. I had a great private room and bathroom, and the food was also great! Cannot recommend the McIndoe centre enough, they will be my first choice should I have any more procedures in future

Excellent 5* service all round - I booked my telephone appointment online and everything was on time and thorough. Special thanks to Joanna for helping me out with invoicing and making sure I was happy with my appointment type. Exceptional customer service. Also thank you to Dr N Bennett who provided me with amazing advice and a speedy prescription - she guided me and we made a decision together on next steps. I will be coming back for a review in 3 months and hopefully I can come in person and use the beautiful facilities. Thank you all at Well Life!

I have been twice to see Mr Duncan. Once for an initial consultation and today for a follow up review. I have always found visiting Spire to be relaxed. Mr Duncan is a friendly, kind professional who always has time to sit and listen. He is very knowledgeable and has completely changed my life. That sounds dramatic!! But it’s true. When no one else seemed to listen or care about my condition, Mr Duncan did. Additionally, his secretary is very efficient!! This makes an all round great experience.

I arrived early and was seen early. Very approachable, friendly, reassuring. I feel very comfortable speaking with Dr Chikura and feel that I can ask him anything without feeling silly. He clearly explained the next stage of my journey and we discussed what to do “if”and “when”. I've come home, clear in my mind, about the next steps and how long it is all likely to take. He asked both myself and my partner if we had any questions before we left.

Professor's manner is very reassuring and friendly, while explaining everything very clearly. Although there is no easy explanation, other than my age, to what is causing my problems, I did feel that it wouldn't necessarily all be downhill from now on, and that I could return if it became necessary. Prior to the surgery Mr Greg Jones explained everything about the procedure with empathy. During the operation Mr Jones and all his team were pleasant and courteous at at times. At the post operative visit I was impressed at how much detail we went through and even viewed some images of the surgery - this element is an optional extra service. Overall an excellent service which I would not hesitate to recommend..

The staff were all extremely friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, being happy to answer all my questions and put me at my ease. The procedure was quite uncomfortable at times but the staff were on hand to reassure me and to warn me when to anticipate some discomfort. Once the procedure had been completed, the discomfort totally dissipated and l haven't felt any pain at all since - none whatsoever!

I arrived a little early but was seen by Toby almost immediately Toby greeted me in a very pleasing manner and after an initial examination removed wax from both ears without causing discomfort. He then carried out an examination of both hearing aids and informed me that they were both in good order. I was finished in a little under fifteen minutes and left delighted with the service.

KT is a very skilled, compassionate and highly trained physio-therapist. KT has a deep understanding of human anatomy and muscular complexities. Over a 3 month period she was able to help me diagnose and treat a chronic glute issue which had become debilitating. She always treats with the highest level of professionalism and compassion making every visit effective and enjoyable.

Everything was fantastic - wasted 6 months since original NHS Xrays that weren't correct & delays getting referred from my doctor. However, - 5 mins after start of appointment with consultant - I was having more Xrays taken - then back to the consultant - thorough explanation & surgery date booked for 4 weeks time - very impressive
