I cannot thank Dr Arun Shanmugandan enough for his diligent assessment and treatment. My condition was severe requiring multiple procedures under sedation as well surgery under general anaesthetic each completed by Arun. Arun has been exceptional in ensuring the issues were resolved completely. Even picking up on an irregularity in my blood results which led to finding an unrelated issue with my parathyroid gland. This has now also been resolved following Aruns referral, which I was also very extremely pleased with. Aruns patience and bedside manner are second to none, ensuring I understood each process every step of the way. As a 41 year old woman I was horrified to find I had so many health issues happening at once. However, Arun was able to resolve each of them in less than 6 months giving me confidence in my health moving forward. I feel 10 times better, I have so much more energy and a new lease for life. Thank you so much to Arun and his amazing team for all you have done, it has truly been life changing for me .

We met the excellent Mr Arthur Dalton who has known me since 2023 when he led the outstanding NHS team (which included the ICU nurses) that saved my life after a brain subarahcnoid haemorrhage and, again, in 2024, when my aneurysm needed recoiling and a flow diverting stent was also inserted . This time we sought his opinion to help us decide between two treatments for a brain meningioma, after two previous consultations at another private hospital had created confusion and anxiety,. As always, with impeccable professionalism and a warm approach, he explained the pros and cons of each procedure in relation to my particular case, allowing us to finally make the decision that suited us best. It is always deeply reassuring and an absolute joy to receive Mr Dalton’s opinion. We feel extremely lucky to have met him.

Consultant Gary and allergy specialist Rachael were incredibly friendly and attentive, putting my very worried daughter completely at ease—not like a scary doctor's visit at all. They managed the prick testing smoothly and professionally. Although the appointment wasn't satisfactory for me because the doctor couldn't give me a second opinion on my back and neck pain since his specialty is lower extremities, he sent me for updated MRI exams so he could give me a responsible and accurate second opinion on my knee and ankle. I emailed the doctor and am waiting for him to reply with his diagnosis from the previous appointment so I can provide my employer with the information they need to continue helping me with the MRI costs and get positive results that will allow me to go to work without any health risks.
