We had a truly positive experience with Mr Luca Sabatini throughout our IVF journey, from the very first appointment through to egg collection and embryo transfer. He is an exceptionally skilled doctor, but just as importantly, he is personable, kind, and reassuring at every stage of the process. Mr Sabatini provided genuinely individualised care, taking the time to explain each step clearly and making us feel confident and supported throughout. He was always very easy to contact whenever we had questions, which made a huge difference during what can be an emotional and stressful time. We are incredibly grateful for his expertise and care, which has led to us now being almost 17 weeks pregnant from our first IVF round. We cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone considering IVF treatment!

He went through the scan results carefully, talked me through the options, and made sure I understood the pros and cons before moving forward. I left the appointment feeling informed and confident, not stressed or unsure. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting the right outcome for his patients. Cannot speak more highly of Delamere. The liaison team are absolutely amazing, always friendly, helpful and accommodating. The nurses are lovely and genuinely care they have helped me a lot when I needed it. The chefs are brilliant big shout out to both Neils because they are so lovely and i enjoy every conversation with both of them and they always go above and beyond for us guests. The cleaning staff are brilliant and always know your name which is lovely. Everyone genuinely cares about you which is such a lovely concept because it really makes Delamere feel like home. I have enjoyed every class and every group I have been involved in. Finally the brilliant Mark and Gary my Therapist and mentor they are just brilliant and have helped me so so much I cannot thank them enough.

I was getting ready to leave home in Broadstairs to travel to Canterbury. My Son had rearranged his work to drive me. I received a phone call from the consultant I was going to see. He was under the impression that it was a telephone consultation. As it happened as far as the consultant was concerned it was not necessary for me to travel to Canterbury. He was able to tell me results of MRI and what he felt was the plan of action. There were some crossed wires and it was lucky that I had not started out earlier to use public transport. . Also lucky that the consultant had not waited till.the appointment time on the letter to ring me as i would have been at his clinic.. I was not concerned that I had not got to make the journey.

I feel lucky to have found Mr Natt in London everything was above and beyond my expectations, especially the skill with which he carried out my successful coblation tonsillectomy. In the initial consultation he was sympathetic to the methods I had already tried, clearly explained the cause of my issues, and how the recommended procedure would be carried out. On the day of the surgery he and his team did a great job to calmly guide me through everything, naturally I was nervous however looking back I feel like it couldn't have gone better. Mr Jeffery has reviewed and operated on my teenage son recently. He has been amazing all the way through the process. He was able to explain, in a way we could all understand, both his scan results and the reasons an operation would be needed. From the big friendly smile on Steve Lewis' face as he opened the waiting room door and called me into his consulting room I knew we would get on well. He soon realised that I was the sort of patient who wanted to know exactly what he would do to correct my deviated septum and he spent time in explaining the procedure and the recovery. He has done a great job and the difference it has made is fantastic. He took a thorough history and did a full examination before discussing his diagnosis and proposed treatment plan with me. I was confident of his medical expertise and really appreciated his manner. It was only a 15 minute consultation but at no stage did I feel rushed or that more time was needed. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and would thoroughly recommend.

I had a google meets with Frankie. She was very empathetic, as understandably the conversation was a very emotional and reflective experience for me. That said, the patience and tone in which Frankie approached the questions directed at me was always in a professional and kind tone. Time was allowed for breaks and the whole process was clear as to where and what was required. Frankie was lovely and put me at ease.

Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.

I had been experiencing problems with my thumb and knees, tried various things including thumb splint. Saw Dr James Thing and must say the experience start to finish was excellent, pinpointed problem areas and carried out scan and targeted areas that were problem and treated, now no longer need splin or pain relief. So much more movement in knees too. Would highly recommend.
