I began working with Jo shortly after receiving my autism diagnosis at the age of 45. At the time, I was already an experienced practitioner, but I was navigating a new understanding of myself while continuing to work at a high professional level. Jo’s mentoring was genuinely transformative. Through her insight, strategies, and lived understanding, Jo helped me to recognise who I am, clearly identify my strengths, and understand that I am not deficient. She supported me in developing the confidence and language to advocate for myself, to understand the reasonable adjustments I was entitled to, and, crucially, how to ask for them effectively. The impact of Jo’s work with me went far beyond personal insight. By applying the strategies and approaches she shared, I not only progressed professionally; I was promoted first to a senior role and then to Service Lead. Jo helped me align my authentic self with my professional practice, strengthening both my leadership and my effectiveness. Jo’s mentoring has had a lasting impact on my confidence, my career, and my sense of self. Her support was empowering, affirming, and deeply respectful, and I cannot overstate the value of what she helped me achieve.

Nuffield Health The Manor Hospital Oxford

The Manor Hospital appeared clean, pleasant environment and staff were friendly. There is however one major issue - Car Parking. I nearly missed my appointment despite arriving 35 minutes prior. The car park does not appear adequate for the volume of patients and staff. A vehicle had been parked and blocked the car park, presumably because they thought were going to miss their appointment. This was resolved by creating a one way system which finally allowed me to, by luck, get a space. As an improvement it might be good if when booking, the booker tells the patient of possible alternative car parks in the area that they might have to use?

I had a breast reduction and uplift with Parkash Lohana in December 2025 and I am delighted with the results. All the staff here are so kind and friendly. Special shout out to Roslyn for how well she looked after me (and my very anxious mum!) on the day, Bernadette, Lisa, but everyone has been amazing. I'm still healing and had to come in for a same day appointment to have something checked and Belinda totally put me at ease and gave me really clear information. Honestly couldn't fault a single element of my experience!

Dr Balachandran Sriram (Surgeon/Consultant), carried out a patient-centered experience from beginning to the end. Dr Sriram answered all questions & covered an abundance of info the public services don’t in the matter. Wasn’t rushed in anyway. I had a really positive visit with Dr Tantry. I was able to arrange an appointment quickly, and was so grateful for his care and time. I felt heard, and was given the time to discuss my concerns and talk through our options. Dr Tantry’s manner was kind, and had a really friendly and welcoming manner. His secretary Tracy was also really friendly and helpful.

I had a small lesion removed from my ear. It would be helpful to advise patients to take a pain killer before the removal of dressings and bandages as this was extremely painful. Two of the nursing staff mentioned that this would have been a very good idea, but it was too late to do this at my appointment.
