I recently completed my final assessment with Dr Edney Boston-Griffiths through My New Self and I can honestly say the experience has been both positive and inspiring. Edney has been a consistently supportive and motivating presence throughout my journey — professional, empathetic and genuinely invested in helping me make progress. As one of the pilot participants, I had the privilege of working with a tailored team of MNS Experts — from fitness coaches to cognitive therapists — all contributing unique insight and expertise. Understandably, there were a few teething and technical issues along the way (as you’d expect from a pioneering platform in its early stages), but these never detracted from the value of the programme itself. The concept behind My New Self is truly fantastic — an integrated, evidence-based approach to wellbeing that connects mind and body in a practical, personalised way. I look forward to seeing how the team refines the video content, CRM and AI technologies to enhance delivery even further. Once these developments are in place, I would absolutely love to revisit the programme and experience its full potential. In short: a brilliant concept, an outstanding team, and a platform with enormous promise.

It really was 5 out of 5 Stars, appointment. Monday 20th Oct 2020 Reception staff have endless patience and good manners dealing with the more demanding. Offered tea or coffee and don't underestimate what a cup of tea can do to calm down someone more demanding. Gave appointment time 5 stars as yes consultations running a bit late but told my receptionist and had worked it out myself as my view is always someone else needs that extra time. Actual consultation was brilliant as have been through a lot this past year and really was listened to and asked all the right questions with follow up action above and beyond. I really can't fault any of the staff I met or talked to and waiting felt comfortable and saw other staff giving the same standard of care and consideration. A simple thing but a smile goes a long way & they had them, many thanks to all.

We visited this clinic for our immigration medical examination, and I have to say—it was a surprisingly pleasant experience! The entire process was incredibly efficient, and as a family of three, we were seen and fully processed within just 1.5 hours. This was especially appreciated as we have a 9-week-old baby, so getting home earlier than expected was a huge plus. The doctors and reception staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. A special mention to the team for noticing we had accidentally booked an extra test—they issued a refund automatically without us even having to ask. How amazing is that? Highly recommended service!

From the moment I entered the Cleveland Clinic I was aware that I had entered a centre of excellence for my partial knee replacement surgery. Mr.Dinish Nathwani put me at ease addressing my concerns and made me feel safe and secure. He set out timeliness for my goals and ambitions in regard to returning to normal fitness, which I can confirm I am achieving. I new I was in exceptionally safe hands. The whole team ie. anethiest , nurses and physio looked after me with great care. I have no hesitation in recommending patients to the Cleaveland Clinic. I went for a postpartum check up with Aisling Freir, who helped me obtain a better understanding of where I was at in my recovery and where I needed support. She gave me helpful guidance on c-section massage as well as easy floor exercises to remediate my ab separation. I also saw Camryn Roberts for reformer Pilates. She really helped me to engage my core again and to regain confidence and strength. Both were very kind and understanding of the mental and physical challenges that can arise following childbirth.

I cannot praise Mr. Karamanakos highly enough. This was my first surgery experience and any fears I had were quickly soothed away by his careful explanation of the procedure. The actual surgery was far less daunting than I had expected and I have recovered far quicker than I had anticipated. My overall experience at the R A H today was very reassuring & the consultant was vey thorough asking me relevant questions about my replacement knee joint problems. He discussed with me about my knee x ray & blood test checked out satisfactory. It would seem that I would benefit from further physio therapy & I will buy an exercise bike as suggested. The reason I didn't give five stars to all the points is that the hospital slightly fell down on its admin/paperwork. On my first visit the address of my GP practice was incorrect, although I had given the correct one; the discharge notes were almost illegible; and I was not given an advice leaflet from Bright-Eyes on how to proceed with eye management for the first 24hrs or so, until I was able to speak to Mr Bender.

Mr Terrace took time before and after my operation to put at ease, reassure and inform with gentleness and clarity. He explained everything I needed to know about recovery. More importantly he did everything he said he would and when eg the follow-up appointment & onward referral. He inspires calm confidence and as a result this whole process has been much easier than I would have imagined..

I asked when I was given the appointment if I needed to provide or do anything and was told no, On arrival I was told i needed to provide a urine sample, I wasn't prepared and couldn't do this so an entire test was missed out, please give more detailed and precise information, theperson who called to give me the appointment yawned on the phone and sounded half asleep.

I booked my appointment less than 90 minutes before hand as was seen as soon as I arrived the doctor was very thorough and spent over 30 minutes with me and gave me a prescription for my issue. The prescription was waiting for me as I left, all very professional and excellent service. I would highly recommend them.
