The vitality/ doctify/ NH process is not seamless. NH sent me two identical letters setting out the Dr's charges. The letter contained no contact details for NH apart from the address at the top of the page. So who can I speak to if I have a question. The Dr's secretary is freelance and works from home. The Dr. was great.
