My doctors are always amazing and when ive had a serious procedure they have been excellent. Only minor thing id say is once the doctor hands over to the team of nurses etc it felt as though they werent sure what to do with me. I was sent for bloods then asked to go to the main hospital then told to go to ground floor then someone else was able to sort out my appointments. When I couldve resolved a few things on the day I went, it ended up having to make appointments for everything. I was given a urine sample kit to take with me. I kinda wish my bloods and urine would have all been completed on the day as they have the facility and there was time as I sat on the chair for a few minutes before they apologised and told me id have to go to the main hospital. I think when its one thing to do, its pretty straight forward but when theres a few things to book in I was handed from one nurse to another to anothert and in the end I left having to change my appointments. They are all lovely but feels as though they are missing some direction and considering that the patient may already be a bit anxious about the visit. Otherwise its always a good experience

Daleswood Health is like a breath of fresh air in the midst of health services in the UK. My GP tries to the best they can but frankly they just cannot be flexible and I'd spend visits trying to to fit in their calendar, leaving me waiting for a rushed 10 minute appointment only to then refer me somewhere else. Something had to change. I'm lucky enough that I can spend a little to get a great service and Daleswood Health really deliver exceptional service. My recent visit was for a mole removal. In and out within 50 minutes and the mole had been removed, fantastic service from Dr Oliver Denton and also not forgetting Mary on reception. So glad I've found them. Definitely my go to for health services and fully recommended from me.

Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

Experience OK but to have to travel 80 mile round trip with 24 hrs notice was stressful, for the pre-accessment which I had to ask for, as not arranged. If I had been told on the information letter that if I was taking antibiotics I would need to have 4 weeks clear before I could have my procedure, this would have prevented me from excepting the procedure date I had been given. Therefore would have given the date to someone else. I had two weeks notice of my procedure which is OK if all information had been given to me. Find the administration side lacking. Lovely staff. .

Very friendly and informative. Had a consultation and explained what was affecting me. Mr Elhassan then did an inspection for the cause of my problem and listed out what would need to be done. He had a great support team which helped organise everything very efficiently and the surgery went off without a problem. I was provided great aftercare instructions and from this I didn’t have any problems after the surgery was complete. Can’t thank Mr Elhassan enough for helping me. He’s improved my quality of life in a way I never thought I would achieve previously.

Different time slots and sessions or more flexibility. Clearer communication between services and funders. Digital timetable, links and resources could benefit from being clearer/more easy to find. Mixed bag of staff, although the weaker ones did go quite quickly it still felt as though I was a bit of a guinea pig and didn't get as much from those sessions. Core team very caring, compassionate and supportive. Environment is an downside, a shared office building is not the best setting.

There was some complexity with my particular clinical requirements although the clinical team (especially Neil) were very patient and thorough in helping to identify the correct solution for me. The procedure was straightforward and I am very happy with the outcome!

Mr Kasem was very empathetic and reassuring after I found out I would have to have a mastectomy. I knew that I was in good hands and he has done a fantastic job. I initially had a terrible experience with another consultant and he reinstated my faith in getting treatment. Mr Kasem made sure all of my follow up appointments happened as quickly as possible, and 6 weeks after diagnosis I was having surgery.

The whole procedure went extremely well I followed all the post operative procedures to a T which I am sure assisted in a relatively quick recovery. I was able to resume driving after six weeks with the exception of a little stiffness in my hip which I am told will pass in time I am back walking and doing all the things I could before the problem arose. The dentist was very good. Friendly and professional. The hygienist felt as though they were trying to sell additional products and if I hadn’t asked the right questions I’d have been caught out, just like someone who was paying in front of me was. The Saturday receptionist was friendly and helpful The weekday receptionist was a little abrupt and less customer service oriented

Dr Siovas was so warm and caring . I immediately felt at my ease abd believe me I was very anxious. He explained everything and gave me the choice of anaesthetic or not . I felt I could trust him to proceed without knowing if I indicated pain he would stop and I'd get numbed . I didn't need it , I really relaxed enough . Excellent patient experience.

My visit was very pleasant from the , receptionist, nurses. The Anesthetist, came to see me which made me feel at ease. Dr Ashraf saw me before the op and explained the procedure, also after it was finished he came to see me to tell me all went well. Very reassuring!
