My experience with the Newmedica clinic Cheshire Oaks and its staff was of an exceptionally high standard! It offers a high class customer service! The clinic is very modern and very clean. Easy to travel to. From the receptionist to the specialist ophthalmologist team to the Consultant are all very professional, very friendly and caring. The waiting time is very quick and the atmosphere is very calming. The hot drinks offered are plenty and a biscuit is a nice touch too!. The pre-op assessment, the consultation and the surgery to the aftercare was excellent and professional. Every step of the procedure is explained clearly. The staff all put the customer first. I can’t thank Mr Devalia and his team enough having had a breast reduction on the 24th January. From the initial meeting he explained things clearly and managed my expectations. His manner is lovely and reassuring. He even met me at the theatre door when I went down to theatre to reassure me as I was nervous. The aftercare from the team on the ward was great and nothing too much trouble. Jess was great at changing my dressings in out patients and answered my questions. They work as a team to ensure everything is covered. I would highly recommend. If I had to do it again - there is only one choice Mr Devalia.

I had been experiencing right knee pain to the extent I struggled to climb ladders and playing tennis became almost impossible. Mr Shepherd took me through my scan results with clear explanations so I fully understood the condition of my knee and how this may progress. He then explained all options available to me, from simple pain management to total knee replacement. I opted for total knee replacement. The surgical team were amazing throughout and the result is that I was up and about the next day and back on court in six months and playing competitive tennis again in under twelve months.

I went into my appointment feeling quite worried after experiencing palpitations and fearing that something could be wrong. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well looked after. The staff were professional, kind, and very calming. I had full blood tests, an ECG, and a heart scan as part of my visit. During the scan, everything was explained clearly, which really helped put me at ease. Being shown my heart on the screen was an unexpected but very reassuring experience. Thankfully, everything appeared to be fine. I left feeling incredibly reassured and much more relaxed.

Lucy Clarke was recommended to me after a failed diagnosis and plastic surgery to my accident related damaged left eye lid. Lucy diagnosed the damage was to a muscle in the eyelid and her and her team carried out the surgery to correct this. As soon as I got there I was encouraged to relax, when i went in to the theatre for my procedure the nurses Lissy Jacob and Sue Gatrell made me feel very relaxed and explained how to take the gas and air, then Mr Farrukh Khan the consultant explained in detail what he was about to do. Op went well only a slight bit of pain so quick puff of gas helped. Passed on to recovery nurse who's name i didn't get but she was very good checking me over and making me laugh before discharging me. WOULD SAY ANYONE HAVING TO GO HERE WILL BE WELL LOOKED AFTER.

I was called in to see the dentist 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, which normally doesn't happen. It was the first time I'd seen this dentist and she was lovely. Very thorough and gentle too. Her assistant was a little rough with the suction tool and I had to get her to stop a couple of times, as my teeth were cleaned. Overall though I was very pleased and have re-booked with the same dentist.

I have given 3 star for experience as I was so on edge about someone going near my eyes I felt sick, but to let others know there was no need as the staff went out of their way to make me feel relaxed. May I just say that MR Soo Park was a great surgeon and had the operation on both eyes over and don within minutes totally pain free and no discomfort at all. Would highly Recommend.
