I have been a patient of Dr. Urquhart for several years while working through the long-term effects of complex trauma, late diagnosed neurodivergence and profound life challenges. Through analytical psychotherapy and EMDR, he has helped me find steadiness during some of the most difficult periods of my life. His ability to understand what lies beneath the surface, to hear what isn’t said and recognise what others miss, has been central to my progress. Our work together has also helped me uncover the root causes of physical symptoms I had struggled with for most of my adult life, which no medical practitioner had ever been able to explain. Since addressing these issues in therapy, these episodes have significantly reduced. What I value most is his calm, steady presence and his deep understanding of human needs. Perhaps for the first time in my life, I'm beginning to meet myself, and learning to accept myself for who I am. The transition to Mourne Private Clinic has been seamless. The staff are warm, organised and professional, creating an environment that supports the therapeutic work beautifully. I would highly recommend Dr. Urquhart and the clinic to anyone seeking thoughtful, skilled and compassionate care. And, finally, there is no shame in therapy. Medical Prime has been the best service I had ever received. The team are empathetic, professional, hugely experienced & very transparent with regards to treatment. I feel so lucky to be in the very capable guidance & care of Dr Theodora Kalentzi along with Zarina who makes the whole booking process so easy. Going on HRT has been the best thing for me & what is wonderful is how Dr Theodora has such a pragmatic & calm approach. I was in a bit of a broken state not understanding what was wrong. By the end of my first appointment I felt really happy that I was ‘normal’ as Dr Theodora listened & was generous with her time in kindly sharing her knowledge of how this is a normal process that we women go through. How right she was as within a few weeks I felt myself again which was a huge relief. We continue to have regular appointments which are always so calm & helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Medical Prime & the amazing team to anyone. It has been one of the best decisions I have made.

I went to OSD Hemel Hempstead to get my cast removed following my rhinoplasty. When we got there, we were taken straight to the room & were left there for about 20mins for the nurse to find the equipment, upon her return the appointment was rushed and no information was provided for my aftercare. I was asking many questions however, she seemed reluctant to answer any (as simple as, how long do I need to tape for - she couldn’t answer). Following a conversation with my surgeons direct nurse, I found out that the nurse at OSD had not taped my nose correctly, nor removed the glue from my face. I felt rushed out of the appointment & not very well looked after. My surgeon came to review my nose post cast removal which was reassuring & he mentioned that the OSD nurse would provide me with all the information I’d need - she did not.

Despite being very busy Mr Streeter found the time to see me very quickly for a consultation after our private insurance company let us down and I was getting concerned about the growth of the tumor. Whilst direct he was careful to understand me and re assured me . The operation was successful and the support has been great. I received a 6-8 week follow up call From Ed Streeter today which was very reassuring and I have been politely informed on what the final follow up will be from here on. In conclusion the service has been timely, professional, supportive and courteous.

Very good overall. Minor gripes only would be the limited parking, limited capacity in waiting areas and that some seating is too low to meet the needs of hip / knee patients . The roll out of the new call centre facility makes for a patchy experience at times and it’s concerning that online accounts fail to show all patient appointments - even with the consultants - which may lead to confusion and potential missed appointments. Work in progress and will surely iron out in time.

I had an excellent experience. The location was easy to find and parking was available on site. The staff were really friendly on arrival and there was nice quiet areas to sit and wait. DR Pradhan was great in explaining all the procedure and understanding my circumstances. She took lots of time to answer any questions and give me all the information I needed.
