My experience with Mr Okaro was excellent and very smooth from the start. He handled my case with extreme empathy and calmness to deliver some overwhelming news to me. He was very reassuring and gained my trust and confidence very quickly, in his professional nature. I was petrified about going through with the surgery, but he explained the procedure and all the steps involved. I eventually tried to do a 'runner' and not face it, but he was encouraging and reminded me of the benefits and newness I would feel afterwards. I had a slight hiccup / setback for the initial surgery date, but he was great in explaining how to get back on track and was flexible to accommodate another date promptly. I was not happy to have had to go through surgery, but I am happy to have met Mr Okaro and go through this journey with him. I celebrated my birthday the next day after my discharge from hospital and I silently dedicated that birthday celebration to him! I am totally relieved and happy to have this medical issue behind me now. So Grateful & Thankful to God & Mr Okaro. I feel very blessed & looking forward to a refreshing future!

My consultation with Dr Cho was genuinely outstanding — far above any experience I’ve ever had on Harley Street. From the moment I walked in, Iva's warm greeting put me instantly at ease and set the tone for an exceptional visit. Dr Cho manages to combine true professionalism with a kindness and warmth that you don’t often find. Her expertise was obvious right away. She identified several concerns quickly and even carried out a couple of minor treatments during the appointment. She explained everything in a clear, simple way that made it easy for me to understand exactly what was happening and why. What really stood out was how generous she was with her time. I never felt rushed for a single moment. Instead, I felt genuinely listened to, cared for, and fully confident that I was in the best possible hands. The whole experience was reassuring, uplifting, and frankly a pleasure. Dr Cho made a tremendous impression on me, and based on many consultations I’ve had elsewhere, I can honestly say she is one of a kind. Experts of her calibre are incredibly rare. I cannot recommend Dr Cho highly enough.

Muna is a miracle worker. She made our whole pregnancy journey as smooth as it could possibly be. We started seeing Muna from around 12 weeks and quickly built a good rapport with her. She was very empathetic taking into account all our fears/ paranoias and did so with a lot of patience. She educated and guided us through the journey answering all our questions. She was very approachable and responded quickly to emails, calling us when needed, prescribing medicines to help manage smallest of pain and even guiding us through diets. The delivery was even smoother. We had always wanted a natural delivery and Muna fully respected that and prepared a plan with us based on different possible scenarios. We came into the hospital at 930pm and our baby was born at 215am - it was that smooth. There was some tear and she spent a lot of time immaculately stitching them so recovery was quick. I had always feared labor but thanks to Muna didn’t even realise how it passed. Needless to say we will only go to Muna for any future pregnancies. Thank you Muna for everything.

I can’t recommend Mr. Richard Scawn highly enough. Before meeting him, I had seen three other surgeons and even booked the operation twice but ended up cancelling because I didn’t feel fully confident. From my very first appointment with Richard, everything felt different. He was calm, kind, and incredibly reassuring — never pushy, never rushed — and both my husband and I instantly felt we were in safe hands. I trusted him completely, and I’m so glad I did. I’m now three weeks post–lower lid blepharoplasty and absolutely over the moon with the results. My bruising was minimal and disappeared quickly, and the scar line is genuinely impeccable. I’m 39, so my skin is still fairly young, but even with a magnifying mirror I cannot see the incision. The work Richard has done is truly amazing. If you’re considering this surgery, I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Richard Scawn. I couldn’t be happier with my experience or the outcome.

I thoroughly recommend. I attended Dr McGrady's clinic to obtain a diagnosis and removal of a small bump on my nose which I thought might be a basal cell carcinoma.. Dr McGrady put me at ease by explaining that it wasn't a form of skin cancer but a sebaceous hyperplasia. He explained how he would remove it. He then thoroughly examined the rest of my face for any other skin issues He found 2 more sebaceous hyperplasia and removed all 3 by using cryotherapy. The procedure was quick,and I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr McGrady and his team. I have attended his clinic before for a similar diagnosis and removal. He has so much knowledge and expertise, is a good communicator and made me feel at ease..

The entire team from contact on the phone, reception, nursing, catering, and the surgical all worked with Mr Moohan in a professional, consistent and kind way. I cannot be more thankful. I realize now that this was building up for possibly years and so lucky that it was not more serious. I am now at home recovering and even today, when I had a concern, the nursing came back to check in withe in a very caring and responsive manner. I came for a complete tight hip replacement. Staff were all friendly and answered all my questions. Was taken t my room, unpacked got dressed as required. Put on my dressing gown and then read my book. Was taken into pre prep surgery, chatted to the anesthetist and other nurses. Was then moved into the surgery. Operation went well, I was kept up to date during the procedure. I was listening to music throughout. No pain at all, at the end met the surgeons and chatted with them. Went to the recoveryward for about and hour, chatted with the nurses and relaxed. Then taken back to my room and relaxed.

Can’t fault the surgery team or the staff on the children's ward. The care and treatment my son received has been amazing! The only thing that was far from great was the long waiting time for an MRI scan after the injury happened and the 3 month wait for surgery after the results. I feel Zak suffered a lot hiring this time and I don’t think patients especially minors should wait that long for important surgery. I do realise that sadly this is a poor governmental factor within the Uk though and not fault of the NHS… 😢

Very clean building with plenty of parking. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Doctor and nurse were extremely kind, patient and helpful. I'm a really nervous patient and I'm sure I was a pain but they never let on. Explained everything at the end. Sent me lots of information in great detail. Communication is very organised and timely. Doctor followed up over the phone and sends me results really quickly over email.
