I am so incredibly grateful to Mr Chalhoub and feel so fortunate to have recently been under his expert care. I only wish I had found him sooner. I had been struggling for over a year with symptoms and saw consultants locally, both NHS and privately. These consultations only served to make me more anxious as I was given conflicting advice, ultimately I was told my only option was to risk leaving things or have open surgery which they said was complicated due to my previous history. I was so worried and couldn’t decide what to do for the best. Then, after much research and reading many reviews, I found Mr Chalhoub in London and one phone call to Sarah, his amazing practice manager, changed everything. Sarah genuinely listened to me and after talking to her I felt encouraged to have a consultation with Tony. That consultation was incredible, for the first time in over a year I felt confidence and optimism. Tony listened to me very carefully, explained my options very clearly and within a few weeks I had had a total (minimally invasive) hysterectomy and felt fantastic. I can honestly say my recovery was remarkable - I felt completely like myself again so quickly and had to deliberately stop myself from doing too much as I felt so good. Not only is Tony is an exceptionally talented surgeon (I only have two tiny marks as evidence of the surgery!) he is also so kind, understanding and caring. I can genuinely say that from that very first phone call with Sarah, through surgery and the follow up calls, I have felt truly and comprehensively cared for and know I have been in the most expert of hands. I simply can’t recommend Mr Chalhoub and his team highly enough, my family and I will always be truly grateful.

I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Dr James Noake at Pure Sports Medicine for his ongoing efforts in diagnosing a long-standing misdiagnosed knee injury following several unsuccessful procedures. Dr Noake identified relevant pathology on imaging that, unfortunately, had been missed by several other private consultants elsewhere. He then carefully administered a diagnostic injection, taking considerable time to ensure pinpoint precision through a cyst and a very small joint space. Dr Noake is clearly a very busy and sought-after clinician, yet he ensured I received an extensive first face-to-face consultation, with ample time in clinic to explore the problem thoroughly using ultrasound. He also went above and beyond by reviewing both previous and updated MRI scans, speaking to me at short notice via Zoom call during the festive period in order to review images and discuss options. I found this attention to detail and direct liaison to be exceptional as more than once I have had to wait 6-weeks between appointments at other private clinics or hospitals. Dr Noake is clearly dedicated to his craft and approaches his work with diligence, precision, and honesty. From the first point of contact, he inspired confidence through his willingness to answer questions, think critically beyond the obvious, and work collaboratively to reach informed decisions. I would highly recommend Dr Noake to anyone seeking help with complex, long-standing, or less common knee or nerve-related injuries.

My experience was first rate from beginning to end. At my first consultation Mr Coull gave me a very clear understanding of my treatment options and guided me to a decision that took account of my priorities. On the day of the surgery he was supportive and encouraging and left me feeling I knew exactly what I needed to do to recover well. I had only minimal pain post the procedure and my tiny neat incisions healed quickly. At my final clinic Mr Coull checked my progress with care, reassured me and left me feeling confident to put the procedure behind me and return to all my activities. Mr Coull clearly has a very high level of technical skill but he is also a fantastic communicator. Despite being in my seventies, keeping physically active is very important to me. Unlike other doctors of my experience, Mr Coull was respectful and supportive of this and this meant a great deal to me.

I had a specific objective for booking a consultation about my eye issue with Ms Strong. I needed a medical professional to pull together an umbrella treatment plan of the several appointments, which I had running within the NHS system. I was not disappointed. Ms Strong is friendly, knowledgeable (medical as expected, but also how the NHS operates), straightforward and action-oriented. I was impressed by her use of a proprietary appointment and diagnosis reporting application, which she pays for herself as an add-on to her laptop software stack. Whilst the NHS is catching up in this area, this extra communication layer meant that letters and messages were disseminated to the various people who needed to know about and organise my NHS treatment plan going forward. Her excellent service gave me confidence about the future and put my mind at ease.

My care at this clinic has been outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone needing expert psychiatric support for complex trauma. The service is psychiatry-led, with the consultant coordinating treatment plans and supervising input from psychology, occupational therapy, group therapy and trauma modalities including EMDR, DBT, CBT and embodied psychotherapy. This ensured that care was coherent rather than fragmented. I initially attended four in-person sessions per week and have now safely transitioned to monthly. The team have specialist expertise in workplace bullying, institutional power dynamics and identity-related trauma, which is unusual to find. The level of understanding and clinical leadership has made a meaningful difference to my recovery, and I could not recommend the service more highly.

As a first time mother with a baby suffering from a cows milk allergy an being sent from pillar to post by my GP and health visiting team- my baby was seriously poorly and had experienced and unexplained breathing event. My worries as a mother were growing as my baby was clearly in pain and suffering. After one visit Dr jog took full control of my baby’s health- gave a clear explanation and her plan to tackle it. She clearly explained to just listen to her and I needed to follow her care plan for 4 weeks untill my follow up appointment. I had a different baby within a week this allowed us to have a lovely first Christmas! Enjoy my baby and being a mother but most importantly my baby is now in good health and thriving! I had an online ADHD assessment with Bernhard Kelley-Patterson. Bernhard was very friendly and professional, I felt at ease throughout the appointment and would happily talk with him again. So far my experience with Skylight has been very positive, the wait times between communication emails are generally 3-5 days and it took approximately 8 weeks to get my first appointment after the registering my interest. Considering the NHS waiting list for an ADHD assessment is 4 years, I’d say that pretty damn good. I would highly recommend opting for Skylight through the ‘Right to Choose’ pathway via the NHS. I have used Avenues for a cycle of IVF/ICSi, a hysteroscopy and then FET. I was under the care of De Ali Al Chami and became pregnant with the first transfer, having 3 failed attempts elsewhere. Dr Al Chami changed my protocol (both stimulation and transfer protocol). This places is miles apart because it guarantees continuity of care and patients are treated as people. dr Ali is a wonderful person and he cares about his patients. The midwives (Marina Christina Katie Fiona Emily Starvula) are all amazing and know each patient by name and treated me with warmth, dignity, compassion and professionalism.

RTN Mental Health - Right To Choose

My GP sent referral for RTN in January 2025. According to their announcement on the ADHD website, the waiting time was 8-9 weeks. Unfortunately, I was waiting couple of months. My assessment was done in October and on my outcome appointment, which was a year after, the 3rd doctor was involved a d decided to do one more assessment. Without prior arrangement or agreement. Poor customer service, dishonest administration.
