James is always incredibly helpful and takes the time to clearly explain what’s happening and why. He uses his professionalism and knowledge to look beyond the symptoms and identify the root cause of the problem, which has been incredibly valuable for my recovery. He’s also always encouraging and supportive throughout the process. I genuinely couldn’t recommend him more!
James was a delight to deal with. Enthusiastic and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with some exercises that dealt with the issue.
James helped fix an issue that had been bothering me for 18months. Kept the motivation high and exercises varied to make sure I was sticking to the plan. Always looked forward to our sessions as I came away with some extra understanding of the rehab process to put into practice.
James is an outstanding physiotherapist, with a huge range of skills. He is highly knowledgeable, expert, enthusiastic and empathic. He has been supporting me in rehab and has given me a series of excellent programmes, which respond to my individual needs. He has a very kind and encouraging professional manner. And his enthusiasm is hugely motivating. Wholeheartedly recommend! Five + stars!
Multiple visits regarding a persistent wrist injury. James was very professional and thorough in diagnosing potential causes and prescribing helpful exercises that have greatly helped the issue.
Really thorough review. Clear and professional. Made me feel at ease.
I had an excellent experience with James. He quickly identified the likely issue around my T5–6 region and explained it in a clear, practical way without overcomplicating things. The treatment approach was structured and logical — focusing on improving mobility, reducing muscle tightness, and rebuilding strength in a controlled way. What stood out was the balance between hands-on work and longer-term thinking. The sessions weren’t just about short-term relief; there was a clear emphasis on conditioning, proper loading, and understanding how the issue developed in the first place. Over the course of treatment I saw a noticeable improvement in movement, strength and overall symptoms. I also came away with a much better understanding of how to manage and prevent similar issues going forward. Highly professional, knowledgeable and effective — I would not hesitate to return if needed.
I’ve had consistent knee pain for quite some time now and James was great in helping me reduce this pain significantly. His explanations were very clear and he tried to make the exercises as fun as possible. I loved seeing my progress and James was really encouraging at every step.
Couple of weeks ago, couldn’t run 20 seconds and yesterday just completely my Half Marathon. Thanks so much for all the help!
I recently had James as my physiotherapist, and I couldn’t rate my experience with him highly enough. I’ve seen various physios over the years, but none have come close to James’ knowledge and professionalism alongside his warm and friendly nature. He’s given me very specific and targeted treatment for my injury which has allowed me to reach my physical goals and feel pain free doing it too! 5 star experience with a 5 star physio!!
