Starting Reformer Pilates with Heather seven months ago has given me a new lease of life - makes me regret not having 'discovered' it years ago but so happy I did so now. I'm fit enough for my age and serious enough about going to the gym but I enjoy that more from 'having been' rather than actually being there. Pilates is the opposite; i loved it from the first appointment and always look forward to the next one. it makes me feel better physically and mentally. Heather should be designated A National Treasure.

At the risk of sounding over-.enthusiastic, Pilates with Heather has changed my life because: A. Reformer Pilates is the first form of exercise I really enjoy. The gym is necessary. Walking and stair-climbing essential / routine. Pilates is the one I look forward to. B. Results were almost immediate. C.. barbican Physio is on my doorstep. And… D. Smiling, patient, dedicated teacher Heather should be a national treasure! Who else could make me laugh ‘on the rack’? The much-needed difference she has made in just six months to my flexibility makes me look forward to every session.

Anita was excellent! She quickly identified the areas of tension and muscle knots, then took the time to work through them thoroughly. I really appreciated that she didn't rush the treatment and made sure the tightness was properly addressed. Highly recommend!
