Anita was excellent! She quickly identified the areas of tension and muscle knots, then took the time to work through them thoroughly. I really appreciated that she didn't rush the treatment and made sure the tightness was properly addressed. Highly recommend!

Barbican Physio is small but always clean and tidy, with excellent facilities. It is easy to book and change appointments. The location is convenient for those working in central London.

Within 4 visits my badly injured spine and sciatica have completely recovered. I was treated cordially and with gentle courtesy by 3 physios. Each physio brought a slightly different approach. I also had acupuncture with Vanessa which opened the flow of chi through my injured right leg. Vanessa’s advice was so helpful. Simons initial recovery method is very supportive. Angela’s initial assessment and treatment were handled witj care at the forefront. Vanessa’s ‘hot water bottle’ advice cured my sleepless nights and reduced the need for medication. She saved me an absolute fortune! I am so grateful to Barbican physios for their caring friendly practice . Salut !
