Dr. Mason listened carefully to what I wanted and didn’t want, and he was understanding and clear about my post-surgery care. He even took the time to discuss my desire to come off my medication and thoroughly explained which medications I could stop and which I should continue taking.

Dr Mark Mason has a calming, pleasent and professional manner. From my very first appointment I felt comfortable and relaxed and that my concerns were taken seriously. Diagnostic tests were requested and results explained. The process of setting up appointments was seamless which was enabled by his very competent secretary.

I saw Doctor Mark Mason and from the first visit I felt listened to and respected. You can see he has so much knowledge in what he does and he talked through everything that was happening with me while I was under his care. So overall it was just nice to be cared for in a way that I haven’t felt since the 1980’s.

I was delighted and very reassured by our conversation. There is natural anxiety with a serious heart condition, but Dr Mason confirmed that my current regime is working well.

This was my first meeting with Dr Mason who is very charming , but also very professional. He fully explained my current medical situation in language that I could understand and answered all my questions in a re-assuring way.
