I received excellent patient care and treatment from Mr Madussar Abrar Ahmad, making sure my very painful condition is treated properly and promptly, using his expert professional knowledge and skills to the best of his ability. While maintaining a positive doctor-patient relationship, he built the trust and connection with me by listening to my long story of the pain I was going through without interruption. He showed genuine interest in my health condition. He also made me feel that I am heard. After my explanation, I realised that he had attentively listened to every word I said, because of the manner in which he communicated my current condition in a very effective and honest way. He had the ability to communicate very clearly, precisely with genuine concern about my condition. Within the first 5-10 minutes, I was very impressed with his positive professional care as a doctor which was maintained to the highest level. (Subsequently, I upset a lot of the other doctors in his team by saying I want to be seen only by Mr Ahmad.) He advised me that there will be a measurable difference in my health if, I change my current job due to 8-9hrs of standing. - He ordered an MRI; - Informed me that both my knees and my lower back was wasted; - Showed me pictures of my Arthritis being significant; - Referred me for Physiotherapy; - Discussed in detail the relevant medical care; - Subsequently sent me for the PRP injections which had a 90% relief for about 6-8 months. He has definitely mastered the art of leading a productive conversation, being an active listener and convincing that the treatment he suggests will be successful. He proved it right for sure.
