Mr Sundeep Deol

Mr Sundeep Deol is an experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist with a specialist interest in glaucoma. He brings a strong academic and clinical background to his practice, combining scientific expertise with advanced ophthalmic training to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.

Mr Deol studied Biochemistry at Imperial College London before undertaking further academic training at Birkbeck, University College London, and completing his PhD at Wolfson College, University of Oxford. 

He went on to pursue specialist training in ophthalmology and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (FRCOphth) in 2020. Alongside his fellowship, Mr Deol is an active member of the European Glaucoma Society and the Medical Protection Society.

A committed educator and researcher, he has authored almost 20 peer-reviewed publications and has a strong interest in training the next generation of ophthalmologists.

Beyond clinical practice, Mr Deol is a dedicated supporter of grassroots sport and serves as a Medical Officer for the Amateur Boxing International Association.
