All staff were polite, friendly and approachable. We built up quite a rapport with them and always managed to have a laugh and a joke with them Appointments were always centred around my availability to bring my mother in law and they even offered to get a taxi should I not be available. There were refreshments available at all times. All rooms were clean and spacious with clear pathways which was important to my mother in law due to her poor eyesight and use of a stick. We would recommend Newmedica to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you once again for the professional treatment for my mother in law.

On walking into New Medica, meeting the reception staff, the procedural eye staff through to the consultant, brilliant.! Everyone is friendly,approachable and knowledgeable. I can honestly say, the whole experience is absolutely first class.!!

Took less than an hour for YAG laser treatment on both eyes. Mr Deol described the procedure very well with a very couteous and caring manner which made the whole process simple and stress free.
