I cannot praise and thank the staff at Newmedica Barlborough enough. All the staff (reception, clinical, after care etc.) were so professional, caring and empathetic and where appropriate humorous to ensure you felt in confident and safe hands. I'd also like to particularly thank Mr Brent and his procedure team. They did brilliant work for both my cataracts and now I can quite literally see what a great job they did!!
Mr deol was my consultant I can’t fault him in any way the laser treatment went very well All the staff were excellent and very friendly I Would highly recommend this facility. I give it five Star rating.
All staff were polite, friendly and approachable. We built up quite a rapport with them and always managed to have a laugh and a joke with them Appointments were always centred around my availability to bring my mother in law and they even offered to get a taxi should I not be available. There were refreshments available at all times. All rooms were clean and spacious with clear pathways which was important to my mother in law due to her poor eyesight and use of a stick. We would recommend Newmedica to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you once again for the professional treatment for my mother in law.
