The staff are very professional and welcoming and helped put me at my ease.
Took less than an hour for YAG laser treatment on both eyes. Mr Deol described the procedure very well with a very couteous and caring manner which made the whole process simple and stress free.
A thoroughly professional team of staff looked after me. Each member of the team was personable, professional and efficient.

I was a private patient and on my second visit for my operation it felt too busy, with too many people and I was waiting for an hour before I went upstairs. I would not have expected to have wait as a private paying patient. Everyone at the practice was very caring, everything was well explained. My only negative comment was the wait time.
