Very good. Especially this morning. My follow up appointment was at 10am. I arrived just after 9am having allowed plenty of time for M4 traffic. My consultant was able to see me before his ward round. Hence I was on my way home within 20mins having been discharged and had coffee. Thank you.

Faultless. Made me feel at ease. Explained the process very clearly. I was frightened about the process, but the nurse held my hand throughout. It was efficient and painless, but nonetheless scary!
