Couldn’t fault any of the wonderful Newmedica staff. Extremely welcoming, proficient and humorous which put me, and no doubt other patients, at ease. Obviously the long waits in between are important for the numerous drops to get to work but the actual operation was surprisingly quick and easy. Thank you Newmedica for putting me at ease.
Everyone was very nice but for the girl I seen checking my eyes at the start of the appointment, she has no personality at all does job and nothing else.
