Mr Tildsley explained everthing to me very clearly allowing me time to consider what he was saying and giving me the opportunity to ask questions.
Very pleasant and professional, I'm really delighted with my eye sight post my operations.
I was very impressed with the whole experience. The quality of service, cleanliness, the professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of all the staff was exceptional. I would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.
Final visit following catarat removal and lense insertion. Good overall check of my eyes. Also advised to contact him if any problems further down the line. Very pleased with the surgery in which every step was explained whilst it was happening, which put me at ease.
The guidance and advice I received were superb. With Newmedica’s help I decided on multifocal lenses. After 40 years wearing glasses I no longer need any at all. This has been life-changing.
Mr Tildsley was very pleasant and professional. He examined by eyes thoroughly explaining what he was doing. Thankfully he found my eyes were fine post op with no problems and I have now been discharged but Mr Tildsley stressed that if I have any problems at all to get in touch with the clinic. Thank you Mr Tildsley for everything.
Excellent service. With really helpful professional staff
Absolutely brilliant, friendly caring staff who put you at ease. Mr Tildsley explained the procedure in detail. The facilities are spot less, and most of all air conditioning through out the building, would recommend to anybody.
I have worked with Mr Tildsley for over 6 years now and could not recommend him highly enough to colleagues for referrals and directly to patients themselves. He is an expert in his field of glaucoma and also has very happy patients whom he gets out of glasses with premium lens cataract surgery.
