Review for Dr. Hill and Kingsbridge North West Hospital I had a fantastic experience at Kingsbridge North West Hospital. Dr. Hill is a phenomenal surgeon — incredibly skilled, friendly, and easy to deal with. He immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. It’s clear that he’s not only respected by his patients but also by the staff; all the nurses spoke so highly of him, both personally and professionally. They even mentioned that they can always recognize his surgical work by the exceptional standard and care he provides. All of the staff were excellent. Sku checked me in — he was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The whole process ran smoothly, and I was in and out of the clinic within an hour. I highly recommend paying the bit extra to use Kingsbridge — it’s worth every penny for the level of care, professionalism, and peace of mind you receive.

Upon looking for a new clinic after previous treatment not working out, we heard an influencer mention Avenues and then looked on their website. We decided to have a chat with them and from the get go had a really personalised experience. I truly felt as though the doctor cares about the science of fertility and helping us achieve a better outcome rather than just pushing us through for more business. All of the staff are really professional but on a personal level and the facilities feel more luxury than clinical. Even if I didn’t have a better outcome with our fertility I would still recommend Avenues based on these reasons. It’s all the little things that really make the difference.

Receptionist who is on always makes my son feel welcome and allows him to speak comfortably and puts him at ease. dr Amrita is amazing with my son and I don’t know how she manages to make it look so easy when I know it definitely is not and my son gets extreme anxiety at times. She really is good with children especially with autism and makes them feel empowered and in control and does not pressurise when not needed. Happy kids set up in the only dentist my son will allow to see now. We travel quite far for appointments but it is worth it thank goodness for happy kids.

CP+R are a great team of highly skilled professionals dealing with post heart surgery wellbeing, physiotherapy, healthcare improvements and general wellbeing techniques. They also treat other ailments & sports related illness. I appreciate the help they gave me and I can say that I now have more confidence & my health has improved considerably. My special thanks are due to Ollie Hagar, the Experience Manager, Amy Yuill, Cardiac Coach & dietician & Angela the Medical nurse. Their guidance, patience and expert help has helped me considerably in my later years.

Visited your clinic yesterday. Arrived about 10mins late (appointment was 2.30pm), rang to warn, telephone reply was calm and reassuring, Young lady in the clinic was very polite and friendly. Sorted the problem in about 10mins, everything calm and relaxed. Left ear-piece, the transparent part, was identified as faulty and needed to be posted off to Oticon, return expected in about a week's time. Reception and treatment faultless and very much appreciated.

When arrived at the Hospital, easy parking. The reception was friendly And efficient with a short wait to be taken through to a private room. Clean and comfortable apart from the heating it was a bit chilly, but when commented on a mobile heater was brought in. Staff was efficient in their duties. A longish wait but that is inevitable according to the number of patients. Overall it was excellent and the nurse Paul was very attentive and professional.

All the staff including the kitchen staff Taiwo, staff nurses Maria and Ewyzebet (pardon me if I forget the spelling) were very kind and professional. They made me feel at home. Theatre staff kept me warm, comfortable and reassured. Consultant Mr Syed T. Hussain made it look and feel like a “walk in the park”. . Very professional and pleasant. Thank you all for looking after me, calling and checking on me too. I am recovering well at home.

It was an excellent experience. I was seen beforehand very quickly by nurses who did my ecg, height, weight and blood pressure and although slightly late into my appointment it was not a problem. I thought that Dr Spinthakis was very courteous and thorough. He explained everything in great detail and he made me feel that he really cares. I didn't feel rushed in anyway and I don't believe that he could have done anymore for me.

I had surgery under Mr Shatkar. Everything went really smooth from start to end. I was very pleased with the level of care. Mr Shatkar is very patient and caring, always explaining everything in detail and providing the reassurance you need.
