All of the staff at Nuthfield were so kind. Everyone was always smiling and being happy and kind to myself and my partner. From the receptionist who told us where to go and took us to our room. To the night nurse that checked us in to the room. I had multiple nurses come and check on me throughout the time I waited to have the cystoscopy. We were able to get food before and after. We arrived at 07:00 on the 27th, and I can't remember all the lovely people's names who helped us. My only slight criticism would be from arriving at the hospital at 07:00 the actual procedure didn't start till after 09:00 and this gave me lots of time to overthink the procedure. But I think that was a me problem and I also don't know how long these things take to check people in etc. So apologies if it is standard haha.

At my recent appointment following the S‑ICD implantation, Dr Sidhu went through the procedure with me again and explained the aftercare in detail. I cannot thank Ravi Ray enough. I had my shoulder issue for nearly 30 years, with GPs constantly failing me and not giving me the right investigations to see what's wrong and saw Ravi Ray once, had an MRI and he knew straight away what needed doing and got it done. I'm now almost 8 weeks post op and it's been a real game changer. Just the rehab of building an extremely weak shoulder up now after 30 years of neglect. Ravi is one of if not the nicest, friendliest consultants I've ever seen and the only one who really showed he cared and that he wanted to help. I honestly will never have the words to thank him

I cant thank Mr Jeer enough. At the initial consulting appointment he was reassuring. Confident ( without arrogance) and clear about the procedure and damage caused to my ACL. After surgery he popped by to update that surgery has gone well. During a follow up physio appt he caught up with me to ask how the scar was and give more reassurance about the healing process. I am 3 weeks post op and doing better than I expected. Thank you. I feel like I will make a full recovery and have my freedom back to explore the world. ( Maybe not climbing mountains for a while though).

Whilst all staff were friendly and professional from the reception staff to the dentist. My appointment was 10 o'clock but I was not seen until 10:25 without any courteous apology or advise of the delay until I was in with the dentist. I appreciate that delays can happens with the treatment of the customers before me but a courteous apology and advice of the estimated wait would have been appreciated as my car was parked in a pay and display area.

Honestly couldn’t fault this man, I’m autistic so obviously had a lot of questions relating to pilonidal disease which is what I saw him for and he took the time to clearly explain the answers to all my questions. First of all he done an exam of the scar and asked what we wanted and not what he suggested, we told him we wanted a definitive surgery done, then explained what he would do. I have struggled with trigger finger in both hands for a while. Mr. Jonathan Hobby has always given me the best advice and treatment. The most recent steroid injections have been a huge success. My middle fingers no longer lock when I'm carrying out daily tasks and the terrible pain in my left middle finger joint has disappeared. A huge relief and it's wonderful not to be in pain.

We were at the Portland for a weeks stay. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. I was kept updated and could ask as many questions as I needed. The rooms are fine and clean. The nurses were all pretty incredible. A huge thankyou to them, we saw drs and consultants very regularly so felt reassured throughout.
